I am awfully disappointed in the customer service from Google. After roughly a year my Google Pixel had an hardware issue,
the issue was that the vibration motor started to make very strange and annoying sounds. I've had to send my phone in for repair, after 3 weeks
they have sent me a message, that they have recjected my warranty claim and would only repair the phone for about 310 or receive it back without repairif i pay them 30 for the shipping .
The reason for the rejection was, that they was a little scratch at the top corner of my phone.
After this extremly terrible experience with google and it's customer service i will refrain from using any google devices and only can advice other people to do the same.

They do not answer or acknowledge enquiries to other peoples reviews.

Do you really want companies like Direct Listing using your name as if they are really you? They are rude and they call twice a day threatening my status with google; Will not remove me from their calling list. The operators are ridiculous. I have had a business for 33 years. I would be embarrassed to have someone acting like that under my name. With all the good you are doing in raising the bar for employees do you really want these people tarnishing your reputation?

Probably write their own reviews because HELLO their google. The new era/ regime of google SUCKs to infinity and beyond. I wish they hired knowledgable people to assist with issues but for a company that provides a search directory for info why expect that right?? Their algorithms have changed that is why mostly every search results comes to crap. Their services are basically shfkjls and they could care less about providing proper support because their support staff is trained to spew total zombie clone bs without thinking using deductive knowledge. Tired of being given package rehearsed answers but wait it gets better. There is no real place to post your issues instead there is a long form to fill out before a robotic phone call is made to connect you to someone who could care less in helping you and refuses to understand reason rational logic. If you have a rule that basically should not be applied to the case at hand they still could care less because God forbid they try to solve an out of box issue. Absolutely abysmal and disgusting.

Lots of Android statues to look at, though I haven't seen the most recent ones. Very nice atmosphere for a corporate campus, pretty playful.

The campus is open to the public. They nice bikes for you to ride around, volleyball nets to play at. They also have an android statue for each version of android. They also have other androids around the campus.

Using Google products and services you can transform their internal small businesses processes - everything from internal comms to generating new leads and sales.

p.s. they've already been very generous with their time and support when I've visited. Great food too!

I love Google! Just by walking around the campus with their statues and colorful bikes makes it seem like a fun place to work. Keep up the good work Google!

I wish this company to disappear. they got our money and they don't respond to us ... after waiting 3 hours with google maps on the phone, they failed to fix the problem that my business doesn't show on the map.

So the next time you fanboys of bing or apple or any other competitor of google think and even look up how much you use google a day or even want would you be doing right now if google hasn't helped you in some way or form...

Today is July 3rd. I contacted Google to speak with a representative about my Google pixel 2 overheating and shutting off in the middle of activities. Both representative stated that they would escalate the situation and a Google pixel support technician will give me a call within 24 to 48 hours. Well that was 5 days ago. I called today and spoke another representative from Google and she actually transfer me to TJ a senior supervisor (kudos to the rep the actual helped). While speaking with Rr. TJ the Senior Supervisor, I explained to him my phone is overheating and shutting off during activities such as watching YouTube videos me, scrolling through social media sites or just being on the phone talking. I also informed Mr. TJ the senior supervisor that my phone my phone is under its 1 year manufacturer warranty (I purchased in January) and I would like a replacement. I have no physical damage on my phone. The only problem is my phone is overheating and gets extremely hot. Mr. TJ the Senior supervisor States that he cannot honor my one-year manufacturer's warranty due to they don't have the device in stock. In my mind I'm thinking "How is that even possible if you're the manufactur company of a device.. that's like Samsung running out of Samsung 9s or like Sony running out of PlayStations 4s or 1 even better running Apple running out of iPhones 9 or X's". Mr. TJ continues with " oh he have the device in white but I cannot offer it to you due to the devices being different colors. So not only do some customer service reps sucks nor value the customer or his issues as a priority (because I never received the phone call within the 24-48 time frame that I was promised and I had to call you guys myself) you guys do not honor your Warranty. (even though Google is a manufacturer of Google pixels 2) Mr. TJ the Senior supervisor stated you have device in a different color white not black but it can not be offer to me cuase it's not the original color of your device and I didn't purchased from a Google store. I can tell you I have been an advocate supporter of Google and and never had a problem with any of my Google devices until a couple days ago and based off my experience with you guys I've decided Google now has the "WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM" I've ever encountered. I feel like since my device wasn't available maybe the white version should've been offer to me as a courtesy.

There was no concern to actually fix the issue, no troubleshooting, not even "can you take your device in to one of our stores and let one of our in store reps/techs see if they can trouble shoot your device".... NOTHING!!!!!!..... I called with a problem and received no solution. I feel like it's my fault because I made a bad purchase The only thing I received was I cannot switch out your device due to inventory issues.

I hope you guys nothing but the best. I know I am a small pebble in a Big Pond (at least that's the way I was treated)

Went for a visit to Google on a Sunday and it was great. Yeah there were no actual Googlers around anywhere, other than a few inside the scattered buildings of the complex, but that just meant we could walk around without interrupting the business and employees. There were actually a few dozen visitors around the complex taking photos and riding the bicycles, but the security guards were quite happy to let us go about it, which was great. Had an absolute blast riding the Google bicycles around the complex - there are so many buildings, it was really interesting to see the varying styles of each one, and the Googliness applied to them. Took photos with all the Android statues, and also managed to stumble upon some other things like the Noogler Android statue, one of the 6-seater conference bicycles, and an awesome-looking park (shame it was only open to Google staff - would have loved to have ridden the bicycle around their bmx-style course). Would have been nice to see some Googlers around (to experience the Google atmosphere), but was also kinda glad not to be disturbing them. Would also have been great to have a simple little cafe and shop on site for the visitors like me - it kinda surprised me that this didn't already exist because they'd make buckets of money selling to the keen nerds and geeks visiting the complex, but never mind, maybe some day in the future. Was a great experience, glad I went.

Just heard news Google was helping Nexus 6P with bootloop and battery issues. My phone directly purchased from google was having this issue forever. I contacted google and they told me to contact Huawei because it was "hardware" related.

Just contacted google today to get help with a Nexus 6P to Pixel replacement since they are now acknowledging this problem and findout the phone sent back to me from Huawei wasn't my original phone having bootloop/battery issues, just another one with the same problem now.

Google support has refused to help me even though there is proof of my purchase from google directly.

Thanks for nothing google. Way to leave your customers with issues with no support.

The first time after reading the features, I purchased a reduced quantity just to try it. The following year, with extreme conviction I repeated the purchase and recommended it to other friends. Why' ? In the meantime, I find my taste, it is very delicate, with a scent and a color that immediately connects me to the land, to the countryside that I love so much. Dear google team. My mother owns a medical clinic which operates with the sole purpose of providing honest medical treatment to those in need. All income is used to reinvest into the clinic. Dozens of fake google accounts have been leaving terrible horrendous and false reviews on her google page. No matter how many times we flag these, they remain there. It s remarkable how much injustice google can turn a blind eye on. It s a sad time for the internet.

We have used IRC Plumbing on several occasions and have been very satisfied. They offer very prompt service and come prepared to solve the problem. Their employees are very skilled and extremely polite and considerate.

Unfortunately, Google only lets users post reviews based on their own world view dynamic - the owner of Red Hen interjected politics into her restaurant yet Google will only allow 5 star reviews to be posted. Once the owner interjected politics reviewers should have been allowed to do the same. So much for free speech when it comes to Google. But I suppose that free speech is OK if you have the same political view point as Google.

If you are just visiting this campus without any employee... Dont come here. This whole place is visitor unfriendly. I really liked Google until I came here I feel betrayed.
