Just heard news Google was helping Nexus 6P with bootloop and battery issues. My phone directly purchased from google was having this issue forever. I contacted google and they told me to contact Huawei because it was "hardware" related.

Just contacted google today to get help with a Nexus 6P to Pixel replacement since they are now acknowledging this problem and findout the phone sent back to me from Huawei wasn't my original phone having bootloop/battery issues, just another one with the same problem now.

Google support has refused to help me even though there is proof of my purchase from google directly.

Thanks for nothing google. Way to leave your customers with issues with no support.
