Unlawfull handling of disputes. As buyer I had to prove that I did not receive the package instead of the seller having the burden of proof. I lost my money and received nothing. Aliexpress customer service refuses to help me or to even look into the case anymore.

It is not clear why the application stopped opening .. i.e. It opens and is immediately reset .. what could it be ?! A lot of goods have been ordered, but they have not yet been sent from China, and how can we communicate with the seller now ?!
