Goodyear

I thought this was an outstanding company. Not true at all. Hidden charges were billed as a commercial customer. No mention of those charges anywhere. The commercial dealers have no idea what the prices are when you are on a national account, but they can add items on to a bill that a company will get charged for later. Our company used to use Loves for tires and retreads and now we are going back to Loves. Very unfortunate really. Even the national account manager for Goodyear doesnt care either. FYI. However, if these practices work for you as a commercial trucking carrier, then more power to you. We do not like surprises and then when you call the company's attention to it, the company gives you excuses. No thank you. Peace-Out

I attempted to get a tire recommendation from an online chat offered on the companies tire website. I have a slightly modified tire size. The companies website offers 2 or 3 tires in my size, speed rating and load rating. However the online chat was unable to provide me with any help. I was informed to take my truck to a dealer and have it inspected before they would offer me a tire model. This seems unreasonable. I assume this is because the chat representative did not have personal knowledge of tires, rather navigated the same website I was already on, entering my vehicle info. It seems that Goodyear would benefit more from a hyperlink to tire rack rather than attempting to help customers directly.

Gold lead certified building with electric car charging and a beautiful campus. Very modern offices, much like Google and Facebook offices.

This headquarters facility has no customer service support. They were contacted and their management teams were fully aware of the abusive and vulgar language that the service desk men use at the 675 Skymarks dr. store in Jacksonville FL, not only towards each other but at their customers directly. They were given an opportunity to correct it and refused. They never followed out or apologized or said they'd make sure it stopped. They actually told me to take my business elsewhere. DO NOT allow your family to communicate with these slobs. Discount Tire or Tire Kingdom is a much more professional facility to deal with.

I went to Goodyear to have tires put on my car had problems every since my car vibrates at 45 to 50 mph so I took it back to Goodyear and told them I was having problems with the tires so they took it back in said one of the tires was off balance they re balanced the tire sent me on my way so as I was driving I still felt the same problem so I took it to a certified mechanic and he test drove the car and felt the same thing so he took the car put it on the lift and he spent the tires and at that point he said my tires were warped so took it back to Goodyear and they didn't even honor his opinion so I waisted 55 dollars to take it there so Goodyear had there technician drive the car balance the tires again and he he felt the same thing then they told me to take the car to the dealership and I did to determine the tires are no good that cost me 95 dollars to go back to Goodyear and give them the paper work that the dealer gave determined the tires are bad so they decided to order me new tires my point is this this is a tire company you mean to tell me they can't tell when tires are not good

Just heard about G159 tire OMG hope they are working on improving their integrity and customer focus

Have had to take my car back 6 times.they replace the radiator twice its leaking my transmission is leaking the new radiator is cracked

I wrote Goodyear Corporation a personal letter advising them of my situation and not only did the meet and beat all my tire estimates but they thanked me for my service as a medically disabled Firefighter/Paramedic of 27 years on a limited social security disability. I can give nothing more than a 5 star review and they have my service for life. What an outstanding company with great products and service. Thank you Goodyear!

Amazing to see the changes. Good to see old buildings reborn for a new purpose.

Upon entering Goodyear make sure they secure your phone and place small stickers over camera feature on your phone. I can't blame them, so I have no pictures to post. But as you enter they have nice modern decor.

I'm only putting in a review because it contains the Goodyear gift shop, which if you're a fan of Goodyear or like rigid air ships, then you're in the right place. You'll find plenty of shwag for yourself or the kiddos here.

Was able to tour some of it. It was a great experience!

HORRIBLE !!. PENDING... .. I will see if corporate makes it right... Aj The manager at the Canton shop off of Frank and Portage accused us of lying. Put tires on REALLY bent rims to where you could visibly see the wobble... Showed me the footage of it but would not give me the footage later stating it was Goodyears property... I could visibly see the shake in the tire hence why we had a horific 1000 mile trip... My poor husband all he wanted was to have a new tires and safety for our trip... They fixed it and paid for the rims...

The Goodyear building has an interesting architecture and great security. The parking garage was spacious and easy to navigate, as was the dedicated crosswalk to get to the main entrance. Inside the door I was greeted by the fresh smell of Starbucks being prepared at the counter to the right, and a well staffed security station to the left. Beyond that, well it's all a mystery....

Very confusing to find people to help. Especially in 12 degree weather.

Very imposing building, with a cool bridge and sign. I even got to see the Goodyear blimp flying in when I arrived. But theres no obvious visitors parking lot. Which was a bit confusing, I had to drive past and turn around eventually parking on the street.

My son hand some work done to his car he had a tune to be done to his 2009 Hyn Genesis and they messed the car up they put the wrong spark plugs in the car along with the coil pack and they have not fixed he has taken it to the dealer they run 2 diagnostic test on the car both of the test came back that the spark plugs was wrong that was put in the car he has went back to the good year on williamsburg rd in Richmond and has asked him to fix it they Nobody has contacted him back or are taking care of the car. This is not good business.

I would like to get in touch with OTR Goodyear some mail from Mexico or the United States

Very beautiful building. Uniquely configured with a pedestrian bridge connected to the parking garage. Only visited to take my son for pre-employment testing, so I have not viewed the inside.

As a review of the architecture, this is a world class facility

Excellent LEED Gold design. So much better than old building!
