We had a great time. Try to cruise the GOODTIME III every year.

Very fun! Great to be on the water and learning all the information about things on the Cuyahoga river!

Fun boat ride! Nice views of Cleveland, and the 1.5 hour trip time was just right. Would recommend for an early evening activity before hitting the town!

It was pretty nice. The workers were kind of stingy on the food portions. But nice views and interesting information.

The city of Cleveland is beautiful from the Goodtime. The music was a bit too loud but they chose good music and it was a lot of fun.

It was very fun and the staff was very personal and nice. It was a good time all around. Good family fun.

2 hour Memorial Day cruise.
VERY VERY long and I think that had to do with the incredibly boring narration for 1.5 hrs of the cruise.

An hour would have been plenty of time.

Always good to be on a boat, on the water, with sun, but the narrative really could have been shorter or not happened at all. Or maybe give another afternoom cruise option with no narrative on it.

Staff was very friendly throughout. Views were fantastic. Maybe offer seat location options when booking.

A very nice boat tour. We really had the best weather and the view you get over Cleveland is really incredible! If you want to learn something about Cleveland I would recommend something else, you could hear the narrated hard because of the noise. But definitely something that should be part of the Cleveland visit!

Fun little boat ride. Wish it went farther out on the lake though

The Rice Reunion

My husband and I were visiting Cleveland for the weekend and wanted to take advantage of the Beautiful weather. The two hour sightseeing cruise was wonderful, it was the perfect blend of information and having time to just unwind, relax and enjoy the views of Lake Erie after learning about the Cuyahoga River and Cleveland! The prices were also very fair and affordable. :)

Things have changed so much..The Pier has so many places to explore...great to chill out ......the goodtime was too short but it allowed me a chance to see the city at night...love ALWAYS being with my family

To crowded to noisy didn't see fireworks boat kept turning. Food very good

Great time with my with, brither and sister in law on the Saturday night city lights cruise. Calm water, perfect temps, light breeze, great music with the Spazmatics, a few drinks...gorgeous city skyline. It was just a great time!

I always enjoy the Mother's Day Brunch Cruise. But on the past Mother's Day Brunch Cruise (2017) by the time our table got in line for the meal, the food was cold. They only served coffee and when I asked for hot water, and tea bag, the water was not hot. We were able to get seconds on the food, and this time the food was hot, and you got more food.

I surprised my mom with this cruise for her birthday. We both had a great time. And the food was tres magnifique. We'll definitely go again in the future.

We went on the Goodtime III to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Dinner was good. Staff was very nice.
I was very unhappy with the "club like" atmosphere after dinner. I thought it would be a calm cruise along the river. It was loud with the band playing and then the DJ playing at the same time. People were rowdy, partying. People not adhering to the dress code. Which I had read was strictly enforced. Apparently not. I saw just as much "sagging" pants as I would have walking on the street. I planned on taking my mom but have since changed my mind. I was sadly disappointed.

The food was okay for the cost. The band and staff were great and helped us with anything we need. I think they need to find a different caterer tho in the future. I paid 72 dollars for a child and myself,and you would expect better food than what they served. I could've gone to cheesecake factory,paid less,for better quality food. Also one side got fruit,but by the time they called our table,they were out of it. And they should also not charge for pop or juice. That should be included in the price,not only water and coffee and ice tea,not all of us are coffee drinkers. Not ice tea drinkers. Cost me 2.00 for a small cup of pop each. Think they need to sit and rethink everything before hosting another mother's day event. Starting with the caterer.

Very fun. Drinks, dancing, gorgeous view of lake erie and the Cleveland skyline. Bring a sweater!

Great very cool experience lots of history of Cleveland, lots of cool Bridges, Cuyahoga River very good time. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Food is 7 out of 10. Dance and atmosphere is 9 out of 10

We got held up by the train bridge so they gave us tickets to come back for another ride. Thanks!

Live the narrated 2 hour cruise! All the crew were very polite and helpful. Would like the boat to go further up the Cayahoga.

We took a tour for my moms 70th birthday. Everyone had a really good time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend taking this tour!

glad we cancelled lunch cruise and did just the cruise instead. The weather was perfect and the lake and the sky was beautiful. foods and juices were reasonably priced. My daughter, my husband and I all enjoyed it.

It was an excellent one hour cruise that lasted two hours.

Excellent time. We adults had a good time and the kids had a good time. They have a concession stand with average consession prices. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed myself. It will be well worth it to go again and sit closer to the speakers so I could hear the narration. An awful lot chatting went on.

The boat ride and commentary were great. The food was sub-par. Better to go out for Brunch or late breakfast somewhere else then just do the boat ride without the food.

Lived in Cleveland all my life and never went on the Goodtime until 2 weeks ago. My wife and I had a great time and now want to do it at least once a year. The trip was not just fun but also very educational.

River tour was fun. Just go on a breezy warm not HOT day. No air conditioning on boat. You will regret it. Drinks & snacks selection is weak .Thats the only knock.

We went on the 4th of July dinner and fireworks cruise. Good food. Good singers for the dance. Awesome fireworks

Just a great atmosphere and something different to do

We Celebrated our Pastor's Birthday on Sept. 15, 2018. It was an Awesome Experience and we had a great time!

Very informative and fun. Family friendly, smoke free outing. Reasonably priced.

Great time. Great family atmosphere and was still able to ejoy a few beers.

I didn t expect to go into the Cuyahoga river. Gave a good view of the coastline. Was informative and I thought it was nice they only spoke half the time so you could enjoy some of it without having someone speak the entire time.
Nice boat. Totally worth the price.

This is an amazing opportunity for all ages Dinner was phenomenal and the band keep playing the great jams this is my second Mother s Day dinner cruise looks like they ll be three next year

I was extremely disappointed because I went to hear the live band and you can not hear the band play on deck 2 or 3. If having live music everyone should be able to enjoy it. There needs to be speakers on the other decks.

Love these party boats. Cover charge and drink prices are not outrageous.

I don t actually have a review for the boat because it set sail an hour before the wristband said.... but, the staff was very friendly and offered to give a total refund... so, just go with the time it says online.

Surprise birthday party of 7, ages 62 to 89. Getting tickrts at will call went very smooth. Boarding ship went well and crew helped getting person with walker get up and down ramp.Lunch cruse was good. Stairs presented a little issue getting to the upper deck for better view. Narration was good but at times hard to hear. Parking a little pricey, get there a little early. Overall everyone had great time.

The Goodtime 3 cruise of the Tall Ships Parade of Sail was one of the most memorable events of the year. Captain Jordan Kit made sure all on board had spectacular views of the tall ship in full sail. Kudos to the Captain and crew of the Goodtime 3 for a very enjoyable cruise and narration.

Great crew, great views great food, great entertainment a perfect evening

We did the Saturday Night Dinner and City Lights cruise. Food was really great, and everything is very well organized. Alcoholic drinks are not included and they are a little pricey, but it was fine. The band No Control was really great, very talented. I will definitely recommend this to others who want a chill evening dinner on a boat, with a cool night out partying afterwards.

My family and I could not afford a vacation this year. So, we opted for a stay/day vacation with the Goodtime lll this year; this ended up being a good day on the Goodtime lll.

Dinner was great as was the overall cruise along the coastline. Wish it was known upfront that booking with less than 6 people in your group would lead to sharing a table with others to fill to 6, on a table better suited to 4 people. Also NOT having soft drinks included with dinner for the price you are paying seems wrong. Would like to see that included to be a repeat customer.

I bought my 30th Birthday in on this boat . Simply amazing . Now 4 years later I am now working for the Goodtimeiii . I recommend this boat for Parties, Corporate events , weddings , Birthdays , Graduations and Just simply wanting to have a goodtime on the Goodtimeiii

Great family-friendly activity for all ages; the evening cruise was lovely because the sunset views were beautiful, the outdoor temperature was perfect and the staff handled everything with aplomb.

Took my granddaughters and great-nieces on the tour. They enjoyed themselves and the prices were reasonable.

I went for July 4th . We had a great time. Staff was friendly and the music was awesome!

My boyfriend and I had not been out in years and never have time for each other with a 2yr old and both of us working full time job we was forgetting about us. So enough was enough we booked the happy hour cruise seen a bunch of older people we was nervous about how much fun we would have but turn out we had the time of our lives and we will be planning to do the dinner cruise next saturday!

We did the City Lights dinner cruise. It is nice the dinner was okay with the exception of desert. It was suppose to be cheesecake with raspberry sauce. When I looked around the room it appeared that no one else thought it to be desirable either. The trip starts at the 9th Street Pier and goes to the Cuyahoga River and back through the Flats of Cleveland. The ride is about 4.5 hours with a Live DJ playing on one floor, a live band on another floor. The crowd on the boat very diverse black, white, Hispanic and other ethnicities. Young, middle-aged and older people having a good time.
They do have an open bar with the option of water, liquor or wine. I gave it a 4 only because just like any where there is drinking and music you get a couple of undesirables! There was a fight brewing but the security including police that are on the boat made sure to get it before it escalated. Other than that just the over drinking patrons that were constantly rudely hitting you on the dance floor.

Late September cruise. Perfect date night and a beautiful boat ride.

Born and raised in Cleveland and still love the Goodtime III.

This was a fantastic end of the year field trip for my 2nd graders!

It was good for the first 30 minutes. After that it was repeated and went by the same places 4 times. There is more to Cleveland than just bars and salt mines. Then we sat in one place for almost a hour with just music playing. This tour could have been summed up in 45 minutes. I will never waste my money on this again. I went on this tour 20 years ago and it seemed much better back then. If anyone is from out of town and planning on this to be a good way to see Cleveland. I suggest just driving thru the flats or taking a tour on lolly the trolley. You will see more.

Why 3 star. the bar was a big problem it was a long time to get a drink I spent 40 minutes out of 2 hours of cruise on line to get a drink .2 bartenders for a big group of people on the first floor no one tell me it was one on the second floor. Other than that it was a beautiful night and weather for it.

This day was the most fun I've had on this boat in a while i would recommend this boat for parties and just fun period!!

I had an amazing time on this cruise. The DJ was awesome and the drinks were great.

My husband had a great time! The drinks were good and it was nice to be out on the water at sunset. Very reasonable price for a fun experience. The staff was very kind and Captain Rick was a hoot!
