This was FANTASTIC! Food and accommodations = OUTSTANDING. Excellent value to see Cleveland. Absolutely highly recommended.

Fun afternoon, lots of great info during the tour, would have been better on the last bit without the annoying music

Went with a school field trip and it was great for that. You get to see CLE from a different perspective and learn about the history of these buildings and areas. Great field trip.

I absolutely enjoyed this experience. The staff was very friendly and the boat is a CLASSIC! The route was amazing and thankfully this was a narrated trip. We learned so much about the area. This was our 2nd time in Cleveland and we already know a lot more about the area. The history is outstanding! We went on the 3 PM-5 PM sailing. Certainly, we'll be back! Next time likely for a dinner or dance cruise next! This was a great starter experience. Tip: Arrive early so you can get a table at the TOP! Thank me later!

Crew was awesome me and my 7 guest went on the the dinner and dance cruise. They all thanked me for coming up with this great idea. Food was awesome drinks were cold and they had goood music. We will definitely be back every year with a bigger group. Also we stayed downtown 10 min walk. Again every one thanked me for coming up with this great idea. Goodtimes

A great experience on Labor Day as we traveled on the Goodtime 3. The staff was great, the tour was great. The air show was great. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour. Oh yes and the price was great.

Enjoyed the presentation and learned much about Lake Erie, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga river. Their history made me more aware of the environment. The view of the city skyline was fantastic and the weather was great. Truly, a "good time ".

I shared a Goodtime III ride with my 9-year-old nephew. He enjoyed looking in to the water, looking at the seagulls, choosing our seats, pointing out other boats (especially the sailboats), and the many bridges. The cruise was just lovely for me all around. And towards the end of our trip, Kevin turned to me and said: "This is so-calming, I really like it."

Its was okay. We just did the night cruise, but the atmosphere was nice and it was a lot of people there. Drinks are reasonable, but not a lot of tables were available to sit. Other than that is was nice!!!

We visited the Goodtimes III on Friday 7/13 night, I enjoyed the two different DJs music selection. My concern were, there were too many people on the boat. I felt I was constantly being push and shove while people was making their way through the boat -mostly on the second deck. It made it difficult just to enjoy the music, dancing, coversing among friends. I watched a young lady who got upset with the DJ because he wouldnt take her request, she then proceeded to touch his equipment. The DJ was able to call security but the young lady challenged authority as well.
I had visited this same boat for a private event (they had there own DJs) and had a great time. I was hoping for the same experience. With this all being said I will not attend Friday night's event on the Goodtimes and just wait when the organization(s) have their annual boat rides.
Sad, I enjoy the concept of a party/dance boat ride but the large crowd was not enjoyable.

Had a great trip on the Goodtime 3, the crew was polite, and helpful, the food for the luncheon meal was tasty, and lots of it! The best part was the Naration on Cleveland's rich history, and its plans for our Cities future. Learned a lot on our trip, while we stayed on the main deck in the air conditioning. Plenty of space up top for lots of people who don't mind the heat! Would go again! Thanks Capt Rick!

Great $15 happy hour tour..something for everyone, plus drinks are served starting right at 5:45. The lower floor has AC for anyone trying to chill (see what I did there?), the second floor has a dance floor where things get pretty wild and supply great people watching fodder, and the third floor is open and beautiful and perfect to catch unobstructed views of the lake and city. I'll be back again!

Sunday brunch cruise was very nice and a good value. Narrator gave lots of interesting facts and stories and had a pleasant speaking style. Out of town guests really loved it!

Went on Memorial Day and it was well worth the time and cost. Very enjoyable. I'd do it again in a heart beat

Something spur of the moment but so glad we did it. My husband has lived in Cleveland his whole life and that was his first ever boat ride, needless to say he is "hooked".

Me and my Wife went on the cruise and we had a great time the staff was very nice. We enjoyed ourselves.

Over all I had a good experience. Food was good, and staff was friendly. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because the boat had technical difficulties and the dinner part of the cruise left the dock over a half hour late. The captain came on and offered a complementary boat ride for another time and a free drink pass. That was very thoughtful! Not a minute later the boat was fixed and he took away the free pass for another time but still have the complementary drink. A drink pass was nice but I feel after something has been announced it is rude to revoke it.

This cruse was the worse. The food was just okay and the band was terrible. I recommend if you are younger than 60 years old, go on a Friday when their is Jaz, diverse music or live RB. I am terribly disappointed...

What an awesome way to see the Air Show. Staff were all nice and very helpful. Food and drinks were great. They had music to go with the air show that added a nice touch. Can't wait to go back and do the river cruise.

Fun family day spent with the kids. They enjoyed seeing and learning about the places down the Cuyahoga and on the lake front.

I took a group of 35 seniors citizens to ride and to have lunch on tbe goodtime iii and the lunch was great and had a great tour. The workers was great in helping couple handicap folks.

This was the first time on a boat for the majority of our students. They had a great time! All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you!!!

I joined a bunch of other photographers on July 11 for an afternoon cruise to see and photograph the Parade of Ships that opened the Tall Ships festival in Cleveland. Most of us gathered on the very top deck, where seating was limited, but most of our time was spent at the rail anyway. The cruise was very enjoyable. A hot day, but the lake breezes made it pleasant. Waves on the lake were at 2 feet, but the Goodtime is so massive, we barely felt it.
The boat parked outside the breakwater for a perfect view of the ships as they sailed in, periodically turning around so each side had a chance at an unobstructed view.
The crew was super friendly and helpful. The only slight negatives were an occasional whiff of diesel and the loudness of the horn. If you don't like that, stay below. The bottom deck is enclosed and air-conditioned, so that's an option if it feels too hot above. All in all a great cruise.

I loved the narration. They had a live narration mixed with a previously recorded narration. As we were passing ships, he told us what they were doing today and what the rest of the shipping day would entail. Truly an awesome experience!

The servers on the upper deck attitude was rude. I had a uncomfortable boat ride

Went on the Saturday evening dinner cruise and the City Lights cruise that followed. Generally a good experience with beautiful sights and good food. One note though ... The City Lights cruise was overwhelmed with young people, booze and loud music. We spent our time outside on the top decks, which is where the calmer crowd crowded in.I enjoyed the sights, but felt the later night cruise took on a non-family feel that I didn't enjoy. Remained seated most of that time and took in the sights of the Cleveland flats, which were new to me. Remember to check for rain and consider a jacket, as the lake winds will drop the temperature quickly.

It was a good time indeed. We enjoyed the views, the narration, and the cost was great too. Definitely recommend it to locals and visitors. Our trip was from 3-5 PM.

We only did the tour (not a luncheon or dinner one). Food and drinks are available for purchase during the regular tours though for additional cost.

The tour was very informative. My friend and I had trouble hearing the early part because many people near us were carrying on their own loud conversations. I kind of wish they'd had sections for those wanting to pay attention to the tour spiel and those who just wanted to socialize with friends.

It was interesting to see the various bridges and how they operated. We got to see a train use one of the bridges both on our way out and on our way back.

The food was excellent. Nice relaxing evening with my husband. Seeing parts of Cleveland that you don't see at any other time.

I wasted a perfectly good Wednesday it sounded good but the trip is pretty boring you get to see piles of sand rocks and more sand as you cruising in a circle with 4 miles an hour so the trip will last for 2 hours the last 90 minutes I was so bored I guess it could be interesting to someone that never went on a boat in his life or he has never been to Cleveland or a lake or something like that too expensive for what you get on the top of $10 for the parking

Saw two broads fistfight and kick a cop. Would do again.

It was a very good time, food was surprisingly good.
our seats were close to the band and dance floor.
The band was very good, they played Blues, they were very entertaining.
The cruise took us out on the lake, it was a very pretty trip.
The crew was very friendly.

Sam the manager was very unprofessional, I did not appreciate her tone or her attitude. She can definitely benefit from attending a customer service workshop. It is very rude to talk to someone while your walking away, perhaps she can use this review as a learning experience.

It was my one year anniversary my husband or myself had never been on a boat and it was beautiful

I am gluten free. I planned a 90th birthday party for my father in law. I am very upfront and always check about gluten free food availability. At least 3 times before the cruise, I informed the staff that my sister and I needed GF meals--maybe more. I was assured that there were GF options for lunch. Upon going thru line to eat, the I found that the GF options for my sister and I were mashed potatoes, green beans and salad. Everyone else got that and also beef and chicken plus dessert. We had to pay the same as everyone else. They had plenary of time to arrange with the caterer. If they had been honest, we could have brought our own food on board. This was a 3 hour luncheon tour. Green beans, mashed potatoes (dry, no gravy) and a small salad does not cut it. For honestly, understanding and flexibility the goodtime is a bad time and gets a 0. The boat ride was fun. Our guests enjoyed themselves

Buying their tickets was easy. However!!! Your requirement for the ticket provider to be present is not. I purchased the tickets as a surprise, and that requirement ended the surprise. My wife said the parking violation was a slap in the face, due to paying for the parking upon entering the facility.. There was no attendent to except her payment at the gate so the machine excepted the payment with license # and proof of payment stub. Upon returning from cruise there was a parking violation on windshield. What the heck is this? Now we must go thru the proper channels and have this rectified all on us.. The afterglow of a wonderful dinner and cruise was ruined by your parking police.

This was a wonderful tour of the river, and lake edge.

NO MASKS REQUIRED SHOULD BE THEIR ADVERTISING. Very good cruise and music but masks aren't enforced and did not feel safe. Felt like I had to be in a back corner to avoid everyone walking around without masks.

This was a great tour. Very informative, nice staff, great value for the money. A great way to see all the big sites, bridges and The Flats.

First time on the Goodtime III, had an amazing evening with my husband. The service, and the experience was amazing. Can t believe how beautiful the City of Cleveland looks at night. Would definitely book another event and spread the word.

Food was uninspiring and the boat was over packed on the 4th of July. The drinks were pretty pricey as well. I would have probably enjoyed myself more if I was into a dance club atmosphere, as that's what it turned into after the fireworks. A top 40s dance club with, children and old people. A lot of people like this, but I was not impressed and ended up not having a goodtime.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. We went on the happy hour cruise, which was delightful! The drinks were reasonably priced, the crew was great, and the ride itself was as smooth as could be. Though it rained for half the journey, we still had a good time!

As a Group Tour Director for Eagle Rock Tours/Muskingum Coach I would highly recommend The Goodtime III for motorcoach groups. "We had a awesome day", the crew was fabulous & the luncheon was very good. You will not be disappointed!!

I got a little tired of the tiring narrative from the speaker... Maybe if they had two or three narrators the dialogue wouldn't have seemed so blah blah blah... Like a barking dog.

Was wonderful time, could have gone longer but other than that a lot off fun!

Experience was very relaxing. I love the good time. This time I took my babe on a day time site seeing cruise in the afternoon and it was beautiful. The staff was great. The food however was not at all. If you re dieting or eating healthy I would suggest eat ahead of time because everything is is processed, pre-made high school style cafeteria food and of course over priced. Plenty of room and plenty of seats. At night on weekends they party. Plenty of dance floor space with I believe 2 or 3 levels of the boat.

INCREDIBLE CRUISE!! IS PERFECT FOR ALL AGES, IT HAS 3 LEVELS, ONE OF THEME COUNTRY AND ROCK , THE NEXT ONE A REALLY GOOD DJ AND THE TOP IS GREAT TO ENJOY THE GREAT CITY VIEW AND TO TALK BECAUSE THE MUSIC IS NOT LOUD IN THERE . I WILL COME BACK FOR SURE!

Love it, a great way to see the city, and learn the history

Was a nice boat trip, but difficult to hear at times. Plus if you sit undercover you cannot see both sides of the boat.

All was pretty good, but I could not hear what the speaker was talking about when he was explaining all the sites we were going to because too many people were talking constantly to each other.

superb trip with a friendly crew, beverage options, and an interesting narrated tour of the cuyahoga river with great sights and sounds...plus the aerial view of planes landing at lakefront airport...very fun and very cool
