Was a fun evening trip, the perfect amount of time on the boat

We celebrated our anniversary on the Good Times III dinner and cruise and had the most delightful time! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the buffet was good, especially the carved beef strip loin, good coffee and dessert as well! We did not have to stand in line very long and you could go back for seconds if you wanted. The weather was fabulous so we had a beautiful sunset! Loved seeing the city lights after dark too!

Wonderful experience, and great crowd. The only addition I have, is for the staff to have plate covers to indicate residents are not ready for their plate to be taken away.

Had a wonderful time. The food was hot and enjoyable. The cruise was very nice. Beautiful weather.

It was a nice cruise. The only downside was that one of the bridges got stuck in the down position causing a long wait. After the bridge was opened we went straight back to the dock. Incidentally the bridge operator is posted in Michigan, dumb... very dumb!

We enjoyed our afternoon trip with the narration of Cleveland's history and waterways. I would definitely recommend taking your children especially with the discount of only paying $1 for a child, can't beat this price. Next visit will be for the dancing cruise.

Food was a major disappointment. Everything was cold and roast beef was not even close to good. Small portions also. Boat ride was ok

A fun experience and, with pandemic restrictions, the capacity was limited to 150 which made it even better ( if you can go soon, this would be the time to go!). All crew were nice/accommodating, as far as restrictions permitted. Snacks are expensive but good. We opted for the Narrated Scenic Cruise. Interesting! Be aware: it was windy on the lake part. I would advise ear plugs/covering. A fun day and you should go!

My wife and I absolutely love going on the boat ride with lunch. Very good lunch, lots of food, drink, and desserts. The staff is extremely professional, curtious, and pleasent to share the ride with during the 2 hour ride. Very scenic ride. Very informational. Very fun. We saw people of all ages enjoying themselves. We will do this again, and again.

Great tour to see parts of the city as well as learn some of the history. Good mixture of lake and river touring. Highly recommend this 2 hour cruise to start your weekend in Cleveland.

Fun times, can be really crowded but overall enjoyed it!

Recently was on the Goodtime to see Hubbs Groove 8/16. Had a great time! The bar staff were great with the drinks and the DJ was jamming! Hopefully I'll catch another one before the summer is over

The trip was incredibly nice it was a beautiful memorial day the wind was just right it was incredibly relaxing and I'm looking forward to doing it again real soon

Loved the ride but too much money spent when you can't hear the audio because of the noise level of kid groups. Very disappointing.

This was our first experience on the Goodtime III.
We really enjoyed the trip!! The crew was very accommodating and made everyone's trip enjoyable.
We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed the cool breeze coming off the river.
The narrated trip was very enjoyable and I learned quite a few things about the river and the surrounding area.
I would highly recommend this trip to families with children. Great family trip and learning experience.
We will be back!!!!

It was okay! The advertisement said dinnner night lights and two floors of entertainment ( music). Maybe I went the wrong time of day because there was only one band on the first floor and after eating , heading to the second floor there was nothing. No radio or any type of entertainment for the rest of the cruise. Dinner and drinks were great! I would go again, but try the evening cruise.

It was a very enjoyable time with my family and we learned a lot. I wouldn't mind doing this again in the future.

Food was good, but not hot enough. Cruises were good but we did not realize the band continued to play after dinner We thought there was just a DJ on the 2nd level. Would be better to have the band on the 2nd level so you could enjoy the band and the "sights" while cruising.

Lived in Cleveland all of my life. but this was my first time on The Goodtime III! It was a great way to spend an afternoon with the family. The tour was narration was very good, and the crew very friendly. It's very cool to look at Cleveland from the water. I highly recommend it for locals and visitors.

Good tour of Cuyahoga River. Easy access from Voinivich Park.

Not enough parking on arrival. Too congested trying to exit the parking lot. I did not see anyone directing traffic out of the parking lot. Police presence would have been great after the ship returned.

We did the narrated tour on a Sunday afternoon. The information was interesting and educational. We love learning new things about places we go, and around every corner was a tidbit that made me appreciate the history of Cleveland even more. And the option of a few drinks didn't hurt! This is a tour you won't soon forget.

Even a few rain drops could not put a damper on our cruise. Took dinner cruise on Saturday night. Food was plentiful and very good. People should put one of the various trips available on their bucket list.

Mother s Day cruise was disappointing. The tables were too crowded. For the price paid I expected to be served. The tables were so close together that I had to ask 2 tables of people to get up every time I wanted a refill of water or to use the restroom. We felt trapped. Cruise started at 12:30 but we didn t get food until almost 2:00. The food was the most disappointing of all. The menu was not the same as advertised. Flavorless and cold creamed chicken on a rock-hard biscuit. Quiche was watery. Bacon & ham unbearably salty. My fruit plate literally had 1 small piece of pineapple and three grapes. The icing on the chocolate cake was a thick layer of warm pudding. Typically at a buffet you dish yourself up but the staff plated for you and then they expected you to carry the 2 plates back to your seat on a moving boat where most of the aisles were blocked by people. Very difficult for me let alone my elderly mom. The band was the trip s only redeeming quality. I would not recommend this cruise to anyone.

A nice ship, friendly crew, and a great tour! We were also really impressed with the dockside lunch that we had! Food was excellent! Highly recommend the Goodtime III!

My family visited us in Cleveland for the first time and had a great time cruising down the Cuyahoga River by five different types of bridges. My dad, a civil engineering professional, loved it and says he understands why it's called the city of bridges now. I would recommend!

The ride was great and the narration was very informative. You have to work on your Will Call procedure however. There were hundreds of people standing in line not knowing if it was for prepaid, to buy tickets, where and when to go for the meal onboard. You need signs or recordings of what line to get into, which way to proceed, and when to proceed.

It s beautiful view of Cleveland from Lake Erin! It was wonderful experience with my family for a short cruise trip! It s a must to do list in Cleveland!

For the price the tour was an appropriate length, narration was thorough, informative and energetic. Staff were very kind and went out of their way to be attentive. The food was also of high quality, particularly for the price. The boat was clean and well kept. We had a great time.

I am truly surprised by all the positive reviews. There is nothing about my Goodtime experience that was positive. We paid $30+ to basically be miserable. It was crowded, restrooms were not easily accessible or clean as I would've liked. I came on the boat for the live entertainment but the space to see the entertainment was so incredibly limited, we didn't get the opportunity. The menu, not good! To me this was a waste of money and a waste of time.

Goodtime III is one of Cleveland's gems. I went on the Friday night cruise with the jazz group Forecast. They were wonderful, fantastic and very talented musicians. They played and entertained us for hours on the first floor. The other levels had their own music and entertainment going on. What's amazing to me is how all levels can party and not interfere with each other. Goodtime III is an amazing ship and also have great scenic routes of Cleveland. I will definitely go back for my third time this year.

Nice long and informative ride! Staff was extremely nice...Only complaint is the bathrooms and that's not really a complaint considering the crew cannot control the volume in that short time. Must have been an odd day for tourists and their bodily functions

Had an absolutely wonderful time. The view of the sunset was amazing. Staff was very professional. Social distancing was really good and the staff was Sanitizing throughout the entire cruise As necessary.

The cruise was informative and enjoyable, however, there are some concerns. No sanitation stations were available on the second and third decks after being informed by rep that this was part of your standard, also guests were allowed to board without masks. Food preparers were not wearing masks and gloves also.

Very fun time on the Goodtime III!!! Highly recommend for a fun excursion. We all felt safe and were able to relax and enjoy the experience. Drink service was a little disorganized but we eventually got them. Nice narration provided interesting info along the way!

OMG we had an awesome time last night on the rush hour tour..... 1st boat experience great music fun people amazing drinks.... Definitely will be back!!

I enjoyed the cruise. The DJ was entertaining and the night lights were beautiful. The view of the flats, Progressive field and other venues give a unique perspective to the city!

Went to see Forecast they were awesome but with events like that on the lower level it gets full and tight quickly, with the only downside when you've paid and can't enjoy a seated show, luckily a couple scooted over to let us squeeze next to them other than we'd a been stuck not cool, but thanks to them the event was nice.

Wonderful way to introduce out -of-town family and friends to our city. Depending upon who is near you, sometimes the narrated part of the tour is hard to hear. (You can move about if that is the case.)

This was my first non-private trip on the Goodtime III. We went for the happy hour cruise and had a great time. Bars were adequately staffed and drinks were not overly expensive. The crowd was very diverse, which I mean in the best way: young/old, white/brown, chatty/dancey, sit & chat / stand & dance. The DJ played a great mix of tunes featuring classic hip-hop, soul, and modern pop. And as a bonus, we got caught in a storm for a little excitement. Thankfully, there is enough indoor space.

We do the Happy Hour cruise as least once a summer. We gather a big group of friends and it is always a great time. I do feel like the cruises are getting a little shorter...I thought they were two full hours in years past. The other thing I find frustrating are the LONG lines for drinks. You miss almost half the cruise just standing in line for drinks. They need to figure out something to facilitate the bar lines. Even with two bars open, we waited 30+ minutes in line for drinks.

We had to move three times my husband is handicapped once we were told to go upstairs but his chair couldn't go , therefore we had to manually walk him upstairs, which was horrible. Just to get up there to be told there was a mistake in our seating we have to move back down stairs. Once back downstairs we had there was a mix up with the guest in the party again 2 of us moved again upstairs .there was a party of 15 we were are spread throughout the boat. Horrible birthday celebration

Fun experience. I was there for a wedding so I can't comment on the regular cruises, but it was fun.

Great time. Wonderful way to apend a sunny Saturday cruising the Cuyahoga river.

We had an enjoyable time on the narrated cruise. We were able to see the tall ships, the Cleveland waterfront and all of different bridges and historical buildings on the Cuyahoga River. Our only complaint is the massive traffic jam on the pier caused by large buses that were dropping passengers off as people were leaving from the earlier cruise. It took quite awhile to finally get to the parking area! Otherwise it was a great experience!

This was a very fun trip! There were bars on two different decks, and one location had snacks. I would recommend eating before you go and getting a drink on the boat. We heard about 30 minutes of the narrated tour and then the bridge operator wouldn't open the bridge. They ended up turning off the narrated tour and playing music as we went around the lake. It was a blast! They did give us comp tickets because we missed most of the narrated tour. I will definitely return!

Overall it was nice, we went on a Saturday there was a wide selection of music, nice crowd. The only problem is there should be more variety of alcohol, it wasn't much to choose from.

The boat is nice, lunch food is not too great, although the tour is pretty interesting. We were lucky to have good weather.

It was a beautiful day. Cleveland shined for our out of town family guests. The bridges, skyline and descriptions were interesting. We will treat guests to this experience again when the opportunity arises.

Erie sunsets are outstandingly beautiful, thank you very much for the tour.
One suggestion - some tourists are not originally from Cleveland area; a guide telling us what we see would be very helpful. Otherwise, excellent.

If starts off slow, but it's definitely beautiful. My kids were able to get up and enjoy everything without being stuck to their seats.

It was a great experience overall. My friend wanted 2nds on her dinner and they didn t let her. Great experience.

Had a great time on the Tito's Happy hour cruise with my daughter. DJ played some great hits. The weather was perfect, the view of downtown was excellent!. We danced and met some great people.

Hadn't been on a Goodtime boat since 1993. Have been on all 3 Goodtime boats!
Granddaughter's first voyage!

We went on the Good Time III on Wednesday, July 17th. It started as a rainy day but as we do tinted on our travels the sun came out and made it a very pleasant day. The staff was wonderful and we had a great time on the cruise. Excited to go back on it again. It was a great day of vacation spending it on your cruise.

I was on the dance cruise boat ride, I loved the fact that during the ride there was music for the duration of the boat ride. There were people dancing on every level. Loved it!!!

We had a FABULOUS time! Great food, clean ship, and kind people to help us and answer questions!!! The best summer activity!!!!

I had a wonderful time. I was celebrating my Birthday, and it just so happened fireworks were part of my cruise, the band was awesome !!!! It was perfect. I enjoyed myself!!!! Can't wait to do it again.

Excellent trip for a birthday surprise! We got to see the Blue Angels practicing for the Air Show as well as get the facts about Cleveland during the tour down the Cuyahoga River. We all live in the area and enjoyed the tour. The city is beautiful from the boat, a must do.
