Nice trip up and down the river. It was interesting seeing the different types of bridges. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Wish we spent more time on the lake.

Nice ship and a pretty cool tour. I wish I could ve heard more of what they said but the other passengers (screaming kids, non-stop chatting adults, etc.) made that impossible. I wish there was a separate section for those who want to pay attention. The second part of the cruise (the portion on Lake Erie) was just a cruise - no stories, history, or anything like that. It did provide beautiful views of the downtown skyline though. The trip is worth it and the price is fair.
It was a beautiful day for the Goodtime III. Friendly staff, great tourist information, even for a lifetime Ohio resident. I'll be back for the Happy Hour and dinner tours.
Great ride and amazing view of the city and sunset!
Did the Mother s Day Cruise... it turned out amazing but only because we ventured to the top and the weather was decent for it. BUT the 2nd floor which is where our main seats were was cold and breezy although they blocked off the sides so we didn t have much of a view although if they didn t block it off we would have been so cold. The first floor was the best but because the weather was good venturing to the exposed floors was amazing. You never know with cleveland weather. I would definitely book again but for first floor so we could have been more comfortable to start out. What a great ship to cruise along the river.
Last time on a good time cruise was in 1969 on a 4th grade school field trip. It was a dreary rainy day and you couldn t sea the water through the carpet of scum and foam. We ve come a long way. Really enjoyed the trip and the history lesson.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and the narrator of the cruise was very knowledgeable. I can't wait to book another cruise later this summer.
Food wasn't much to brag about but the trip history was good.
The field trip was fun. Students said the commentary was boring but they did enjoy the tour. They had the most fun when they could explore the ship out on the deck. I would go again!!!!
Had a great time on the dinner cruise and stayed for the evening cruise.
Fantastic tour! We could not have asked for a better weather day. Blue skies and sunshine. Very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed Cleveland skyline. Thank you!
We try to take any family or friends making their first visit to Northeast Ohio on the Goodtime III narrated cruise. Everyone enjoys the afternoon and learns more than we could tell them about Cleveland history
My family LOVED it the day was GORGEOUS your staff ... awesome!!! we recommend and will return.... thank you for an memorable time.
I enjoyed my trip very much. The buffet was good. And the narrative tour was wonderful. Thank you Lynnette Maddox
They have really up their game...food and musc was great nice outing.
Um. Ya know. Cleveland! Crumbling industry, Riverside bars, graffiti, and poop water. Some very overly fit white dude wearing a backwards Nike cap kept trying to pickpocket my mother-in-law...he was with his grandma downstairs? So ya know. That was awesome.
the dinner cruise was nice, after that seemed overcrowded with not much room
Wonderful trip around the waters surrounding our amazing city. The dinner was outstanding. Better than I expected. We hope to be able to do it again and I would say this is a must to do for any out of town visitor. Thanks for the great experience!
I wasted a perfectly good Sunday! It sounded promising but the trip is pretty dull, you get to see piles of sand, rocks and more sand as you cruising in a circle with 4 miles an hour so the trip will last for 2 hours. The last 30 minutes I was so bored that I was hoping for the ship to crash so there's some action! I guess it could be interesting to someone that never went on a boat in his life or he has a water fetish. Too expensive for what you get on the top of $8 for the parking
Great tour of the river and coastline of Cleveland. Great historical tour of the area. Highly recommend. Great 2 hours on the water
Waste of money. First of all they don t take it in to the lake. It stays inside of the wall barrier and then on to Cuyahoga River. Was too slow on the river. Too crowded on the cruise. The section of the river where they take has moving bridges to allow traffic and train cross the river. Because of that, the cruise spent too much time waiting for the bridge to open in the river section. Very disappointing. Should be called River Cruise and not Lake cruise.
I took a trip on the boat to determine if it would be a good fit for my mother's surprise 50th birthday, versus the Nautica. I was not impressed. The music didn't honor the theme for Friday night. Which was a real disappointment. The restrooms on the second floor was unsanitary and not maintained throughout the trip. It smelled like urine as soon as we got on the boat which tells me that it wasn't cleaned prior to the guest loading the boat for the evening charter. This left a bad impression on me. There was also smoking on board and I was told it was a smokeless boat. Security and boat personal were right in front of the restroom when the person smoking came out and they didn't even apprehend the person. Only made a announcement to not smoke on the boat. The quality of alcohol was extremely cheap and tasted watered down. With 7.50 being the charge for a drink the alcohol should not taste like watered down tequila and vodka. The ride itself was very smooth and somewhat enjoyable. However the negatives outweigh the positive. I likely will never revisit this boat because of the poor maintenance. Lack of enforcement and horrendous smell.
Booked, paid and missed the tour as the parking lots around were full. Obviously, no refunds.
The ride was smooth! Are drinks were only $7 and the DJ played music for the young and older crowd.
It's been absolutely fun everytime I go on it. Love it love it love it!!!
Music was way too loud, we couldn't even talk to each other during dinner. After dinner we went to the upper deck. The music was all the same kind no mix at all. Some people enjoy music and don't dance. The restroom floors were covered with urine. We went on this cruise as a family 6 years ago and really enjoyed ourselves. It definitely has gone downhill.
Great trip on the water. Staff is super friendly. Well worth the money!
I recently had my wedding reception on the Goodtime III. From the moment I began working with the crew, they have been the kindest, most helpful and consistant people I have ever met. They always smile and do anything to make you happy. I worked primarily with Captain Bob and I can't say enough good things about him! He was awesome! They all did everything I requested to help make my day easy for me and how I wanted it. They kept in touch with my other vendors and made sure everything arrived and was just how I wanted. Goodtime III gave me the best reception I have ever been to (and I'm not just saying that because it was my wedding). Seriously, it was so unique and fun! People enjoyed themselves so much in EVERY picture I have people are laughing and smiling. People kept coming up to us saying it was the best reception they had ever been on. Between the boat, the everchanging scenery, the crew, the music...I can't say enough good things about it. If you want a memorable event, don't hesitate to charter this boat.
Thank you soooo much Goodtime III !!!
It was an on tour. The train came through and we got stuck which cut our tour short.
Had a very good time beautiful weather nice sightseeing Cruise would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of going. All people were very friendly and courteous and very informative And plan to do it again with other friends.
Im sure it would have been a better visit if it was a dinner cruise and the weather was a lot better other than that it was a pretty nice boat thank you good time for a good time
Me and my girlfriend loved it. It was our first time and it was very nice and relaxing not once did we not have an unpleasant time it was a very great and we are looking forward to come back again!
Great time. Average lunch. Great service. Fun time to sightsee.
A great time and a great way to show out of town guests how beautiful Cleveland is. It's kind of like the rock hall, West side market as one of those very easy easy things to do with out of town guests that'll get them to love Cleveland
Nice boat tour. And the drinks and staff were excellent.
We did the dinner cruise Sept 1, 2018 and had a great meal while cruising the Cleveland shoreline followed by a river cruise. Good food, good entertainment, and impressive sightseeing.
Great Jazz Cruise on July 12th definitely going again!
I enjoy every time I sail on the Goodtime III , my favorite cruise is Happy Hour I have a ball.
Decent drink prices and a good variation of music, great view of the city and a little bit of snacks to hold you over while afloat.
I was part of a 4th grade field trip group on the Goodtime III in June 2019... It was an excellent field trip and I highly recommend for that age group (and older) to learn a little more about Cleveland's history and buildings, and then have some fun exploring the boat! Staff was excellent and helpful for planning. Thank you Goodtime III!!
Food was great and staff was great also. The narrated cruise was very interesting and informative. I would highly recommend the luncheon/narrated cruise to people all ages.
Wonderful cruise with great views and history. Every part of the boat has a great view. Ok
Excellent experience... great for family on Sundays. The food was great and the ride was very relaxing.
It was great, only thing that bothered us was a table who just did what they wanted, took a table that was not theirs and went a head of the line for their food before the first couple of tables.
Way better before COVID. No sitting on the middle deck. Tables on lower deck were all wobbly. Even if you bought an overpriced drink it would spill. Tons of people working but everyone gave me different answers to very simple questions or they just didn't know the answer.
Had a blast definitely recommend and will be going again!
My daughter and I had a Fantastic time.
Good seats, food was ok. The atmosphere was great, couldn t have asked for a better night, weather wise. Forecast is so fantastic and mgracious to there audience. We Love them!!
Had not been on The Goodtime in many years, it exceeded my expectations. Wish I could come back Friday 9/21 but I have to work. Darn!!
It is a very nice and relaxing experience, especially good for seniors and kids. My whole family love it!
Extremely relaxing, educational and expect to repeat next year
Music was decent. Need more r&b soul, hip hop & old throwback songs. Food is too pricy. Should be included in ticket.
I had a great time very fun. Looking forward to doing that again.
Had a good time with the family and the food was good.
The trip was enjoyable and the music was fantastic with a nice array of Beverages and food. The fact that the boat was wheelchair-accessible except for the bathroom was really exceptional to experience. You will be indoors but you will have access to the dining room the kitchen to place an order or listen to music without feeling the elements of the outside per se the way the rest would be able to if they went on the second or 3rd levels of the boat. So if you are prepared and can handle not using (for people that are disabled using a wheelchair) the bathroom for 1 and 1/2 hours this is an enjoyable Excursion
1st time we had s good time each deck plays different music so if u want to see and here the band get there early to get a seat. There is plenty of seating, not much to see on the lake mostly just dark outside.
I always have a Good time on the Goodtime & go every summer.
Really fun experience, worth every penny. Spared no expense. Cruise was just long enough, sights were amazing. Staff very professional. Leaving and arriving were punctual to the minute
Lived here all my life, first time I took river tour, really great time. I look forward to booking another tour.
Awesome experience! Great deal! Highly recommend for any type of celebration, date, or night out. You must experience this side of Cleveland for yourself. Friendly staff, decent drinks, good DJ and band.
Had a goodtime on the goodtime III friday nite dance cruuse July 27th, It started raining at the end of ride but it was still fun
Fun boat ride, just wished it was a little bit longer. You stay in the breakwall and just drive out a little bit.
I live in New York City. If you visit Cleveland, make sure you get on this boat.
We had an excellent time and the food was really good.
Educational and relaxing tour of the river and lake.
I think with the cost of the boat ride, there should be a better selection of beverages. More top self drinks at the bar. The selection of alcohol was horrible.
Very relaxing cruise. The tour is something my husband and i enjoy very much. We are from out of town, but visit Cleveland quite a bit and take the boat tour at least a few times every summer. The narrator is very informative and will answer any question you have. Take the tour, you wont be sorry.
My daughter took me for a mother's day cruise the food was good the band was ok we had a great time.
My overall experience on the good time III was very nice. Boarding was no problem exiting the ship was quite tolerable. The only issue that I had was the bathroom. There were only two bathrooms on each level, and the lines were extremely long. I think it could have been a little cleaner the smell was awful. But other than that I would definitely go back on the Goodtime III
Great time was had by all on our cruise Labor Day weekend. Not only was the staff hospitable but the trip itself was enjoyable. The information shared through the trip was as informative as well as entertaining. Definitely will return.
Very nice and peaceful.Staff was friendly as well.Me and my family will definitely be back!
Celebrated a birthday there it was my first time and I had a ball
Wonderful trip. Courteous staff. Recommended stop after Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
The happy hour cruise was surprisingly fun. You don't really go anywhere but on a nice night it's fun to be outside, on a boat, with a cocktail and the option of dancing. I would go again.
Had a great time. The food was excellent and so was the tour. A very enjoyable cruise.
Really great tourist attraction! We went to Cleveland for a family vacation and this was the first thing we did. Great views of the city and lots of information about the history around town. Staff was super helpful and attentive to everyone the entire time! We recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
