Goodman Networks Continuously lied about repair and repair times. It has almost been 3 weeks, and my refrigerator is still broken... Unprofessional staff, no compassion or courtesy! HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE!! Frisco Texas

Alexjander was Great! He fixed everything he was supposed to. HE pointed out some other things I had been having trouble with and he showed me how to He"Offered to help me" by teaching me how to do it for myself! It was a cinch. I will be calling them gain for all of my technical stuff. I learned something today!

Fraudulent Company, Dishonest service technician a...

Fraudulent Company, Dishonest service technician and blatantly lied about ordering repair parts for a broken LG Ice maker.

This company lied about fixing my Craft Ice maker and stated it was function when they left.

I was told by the technician "Ezekiel" that he was ordering a new ice maker and would schedule a follow up date to install the parts.
After contacting Goodman Solutions they told me that wasn't the case and the invoice stated the ice maker was working when the tech left.

This company's technician lied to me, falsified official documentation and is billing LG for services that were never completed.
I probably have the conversation on my nest camera for verification.

When I checked the Google review I wants surprised to see the 3 star rating and very similar stories from other consumers.

Oh the Tech from Goodman and LG Tech support said its probably inadequate water pressure causing my problem. Please note the picture with the pressure gauge noting 100 PSI way more that the specs require.

This company is a total scam. They lie straight to your face and never fix anything. Goodman solutions were assigned to fix my LG fridge under warranty. Initial contact was 4 weeks ago. Tech came out next day, ordered parts, said he would return in 1-3 days MAXIMUM. After 7 days I called and talked to the worst customer service rep in history. She told me the parts would take 14 business days. I texted them every day without any reply. I called them after 14 business days and they said the parts came in and they d be at my house next day. They never show. I call again. Parts arrived broken they need another 14 days for shipping. Call LG and LG shows they never even ordered parts for me!!! Complete and total scam. This company is trash

Well, after reading all of the negative reviews, I was planning on a bad experience but I was surprised! I had to call to reschedule my appointment and was able to reschedule to THE NEXT DAY! (Usually, it's another 2 weeks or more!) I received text notifications of my appointment and the name and phone number of the technician. On the day of my appointment, he texted me saying that he was running a little ahead of schedule and could be here in 10-20 minutes. It was no problem for me as I was home already. He showed up and went right to work. I showed him the problem. It was very clear that he knew EXACTLY what he was doing! He checked my model/serial number for any other service bulletins and found some but they did not apply to my condition. He called the LG service tech line and they recommended replacing an additional part which he has to order. He said he'd be back out when the part comes in. He was courteous and friendly but, most importantly, VERY knowledgeable and well trained.

Last year an employee REVERSED at high speed ON TOP of my car in a school zone. It has been a nightmare working with their insurance company. I am currently not able to register my vehicle because their insurance company filed their paperwork twice and now there's a restraint on my property. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! The employee who hit me acted like it was no big deal and said "not to worry" because his Goodman's insurance will cover this. It's one year later and I'm still dealing with these people.

Former employee. Not writing a scathing review out of spite, but out of truth. This company does not care about its employees, especially the ones that bring in the money to keep the lights on at this place. Supervisors and managers will not go to bat for you to help you out, as they are too busy to make nice and cover their own backsides. Lower than normal pay, crazy work schedule, and constantly changing work environment that makes it next to impossible to complete your job. Do not hitch your wagon to this company because it will bring you heartache.

Horrible drivers with this company. Completely distracted on their phones. This is for the North Jersey area. If any one of them ever showed up to work on my network, I would refuse them into my house. They look very unprofessional as well, like they just got out of prison.

My property management company had to use them as ...

My property management company had to use them as part of a warranty on a dishwasher. They did not complete the job said they would be contacting us to schedule another visit as they had to order another part. After 3 weeks I called them to follow up only to find out they closed out the repair and invoiced the manufacturer for payment.

I have been working with Goodman Networks for 6 months and I have had a great experience thus far. My team is awesome and there is plenty of work coming in with new clients/contracts always popping up. I definitely recommend the company to anyone looking to get into telecom.

Goodman Network driver this morning in Somerset, N...

Goodman Network driver this morning in Somerset, NJ almost ran me off the road. He was driving reckless and then got behind me and followed me for about 2 miles with his high beams on and harassed me. He then made sure I didn't get behind him to see the number to call about his driving. I was unable to get his license plate either. HORRIBLE, Wonder if they even screen these people before hiring them. I will make sure Corporate hears about this. STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
