Great service, polite staff. What one would expect from a chick filet

Chick-fil-A hospitality is always top notch. Even right now with covid19 safety measures they are on top of it and still get you through quick, efficiently and with great customer care. Well done Chick-fil-A!

Chick-Fil-A is always a great option for fast food (except on Sunday's when they are closed). I really enjoy their chicken nuggets, sweet tea, lemonade and anything seasonal. The employees are always happy and friendly and I think that's why I love coming here so often. The only thing I wished they had was a restaurant outside of the mall and somewhere in Coralville.

I am an out of state law enforcement officer that dropped by the mall for lunch before heading back to NE. While in the mall the manager of Chic Fil A approached my partner and I and offered to open a bit early and buy us lunch. Everyone was super nice. Chic Fil A has always been pro LEO and this experience just adds to their already awesome reputation. God bless them.

So I ordered my food was told they were out of spicy deluxe sandwiches and I should park around front, waited a few minutes, got my order, got home, fries missing. Called to report their inefficiency, no call back, no one answered, left a voicemail. The fries wasn't important, it's waiting to get an incomplete order that made me mad.

Today I was in a little bit of a hurry. My boyfriend and I had just finished running errands at the mall and wanted to get some good filling food. We were in a hurry because I had to get my brother from school soon. We stood in line but then noticed the amount of people already waiting for food. We walked away and explored other options and decided we were going to leave with empty stomachs. Then a man approached us and said he saw us leaving Chick-fil-A, we explained to him the situation and then told us he d like to take care of our lunch today on him. This man was Andrew White, the owner of Chick-fil-A. We didn t even notice until he began taking our order. I just want to say how greatful and appreciative I am of this. How many owners do you know that would see you leave from across the room and want to take action in helping you. It truly felt like we met a celebrity, and it couldn t of been better! This is why I ll always choose Chick-fil-A!!

This place is over the top! Especially for a food court location. The food is always incredible. I have eaten here at least a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Wonder experience and value. I would highly recommend!

Besides the fact that the food is delicious, the service they offer is second to none. They catered for us and it was a great experience.

Make sure you check your order carefully if you are not eating at the Mall. I got home with the food for my family, and found it was incorrect. Got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead of a regular Chicken Sandwich. I called, they were very nice about it nothing the could do. It would take to long to drive back and not worth the sandwich. I gave my wife my order, and now cooking something for me to eat. Sandwich went in the trash.

Good service and good food, however the prices are going to be high. There are a lot of people, but the wait won't be very long because there are a lot of people.

Fresh food and the most courteous personnel you can find. Everyone is so happy!

This Chick-fil-A is great, I love coming here as service is always very quick, relative of how busy it is, but even when they're swamped it's never a long wait. The food is always hot as there are some Chick-fil-A's where I've recieved cold food. Service was great, very lax workers, my only complaint is that there is girl who doesn't say "My pleasure" and what kind of a visit is that if the worker doesn't say "My pleasure" jokes aside, employees are great, but if sometimes bothering you just take a quick breather!

Love the service and speed here. You can pull up and it'll look busy af but you'll still get your order in under 10 minutes.

I haven't been to a Chick-fil-a yet that I did not like, and this one is no exception! Of course, it's in the Coral Ridge Mall, so there are plenty of other options for those in your party who might not want to eat here. But seriously, Chick-fil-a is one of the finest restaurants for quick service meals. Eat more chicken!

The chicken sandwiches taste really great but I'm still gonna give this a 3/5 due to the prices. The wages have not kept up with inflation and its kind of ridiculous how the prices of Chick Fil A have crept up over the years while the purchasing power has gone down. In the end, the product is the same while cost has changed resulting in me having to work longer just to pay for a sandwich of this type.

Another 5-star experience at Chick-fil-A. From greeting to pick up of my food, had excellent customer service! And the food was awesome too!

The food is mostly hot and fresh!
Really like the waffle cut fries and the sandwiches.
They have seasonal drinks which are great!
The salads and dressing are very flavorful.
They have kids meal options as well,
with treats for kids.
It is located in food court so sometimes the wait line is long and it s closed on Sundays

They have the best breaded chicken I've ever tried. It was very crispy and I never had chicken so juicy that it dripped when you bit into it, but this chicken did. Better than Popeye's and way better than KFCs, this place is definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Based off of only having a vanilla milkshake, I'd say it was pretty good. may friends enjoyed their meals as well.

Ease of ordering was definitely something to take note of, The staff I dealt with were super friendly and They made me feel welcome, Food was hot and Fresh and Came out in a reasonable amount of time. Waffle fries are hard to beat! Would recommend!

CFA is always yummy and the service is always quick, even though there is often a long line. I also love how they let you try as many sauces as you want! Love the CFA sauce.

Sorry but the entire staff was rude to me here. Actually I'm not sorry because for me to be a customer giving them service means I should recieve respect, correct? Obviously wrong because when I had ALREADY ordered, was waiting for my food, the people in BACK OF ME, got THEIR food before me. Then someone proceeded to ask me "Ma'am have you ordered yet?" Of course I've ordered. I wouldn't be standing here, on the pick up side of the counter, if I hadn't. Then finally got my order and was very unimpressed with the quality of the food and how it was packaged in the bag.

Just started eating there couple of months ago. Like the sandwiches, staffs is always friendly. And when they messed up my order the apologized sincerely and rewarded me with free sandwich cards. I think they do a good job at this location and actually care for the guest. I would give them a five if they would make sure the orders were correct everytime, do not like pickles and seem to get them often when asked for no pickles. And Stephanie by far gives the best customer service anywhere. Great job

Ordered gluten free bun with my grilled chicken sandwich. The bun was awful. It tasted like sawdust held together with wood glue and covered with sand paper. Scrap the gluten free bun!
