These guys are scam. Don't trust them. I hope someone sues them for their dishonesty.

I m not sure how they are in business but they are. I should have read the other reviews it would have saved me a lot of money and time. They deny all claims. Even a simple wellness visit which they claim is free when you sign up. Online they have a list of in network Dr s but it s bogus. I got curious and started searching for a specialist and was told by 10 or more individually they do not in fact accept this insurance.

File All Your Complaints to the Department of Insurance!!!!!!!! Don't let them get away with this!!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! They are forcing me to pay premiums but they are not allowing me to use my insurance!!!! This is crazy! I have paid them on time every time! When I updated my banking information they did not do it properly so they took my account negative! I called and sat on hold for hours to have a lady apologize to me and "process" my payment... Well she didn't do her job either b/c it was never processed. I went to the Dr and the insurance company refused to let me use it... I paid out of pocket $273 then 2 weeks later I was to return to the Dr I called golden rule they still never processed my payment promising it would go through by the next day.... Well it didn't and I wasn't able to be seen by my Dr. unless I wanted to pay another $273 plus my premium!! I called golden rule and asked "WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY YOUR PREMIUMS WHEN I DONT GET THE SERVICE?" There response is simply we will reimburse you... Are you kidding me!!!! So I have to pay for coverage but have to be private pay to??? SCAM

Can't reach anyone on the phone but the person who transfers you to wait on hold. Can't even reach anyone to talk about your payment info. wait times 2-hours or more. I was on hold from 9:30am to 11:230am and I still was not able to talk to no anyone. Very poor customer service.

If you live in Michigan, don't bother applying with this sham of a company. They strung me along for week after week without accepting my application for an individual health insurance policy. They were awful quick to deduct the money from my checking account though! Finally they sent me a phony letter denying coverage based on some vague mysterious reason, then when I called to get more details on why they couldn't even tell me! They claimed it was something about not being able to issue an insurance rider in Michigan because of the state Legislature but were too incompitent to provide any more details other than just that vague explanation. I have to wonder why did they bother even taking my application in the first place? They wasted weeks of my time, as well as cost me 150 bucks which will now take weeks go get back. These people are just plain evil - avoid like the plague!!!

i am holding on the phone going on 40 minutes trying to talk to the united health one insurance representative. this is awful. Dear CEO of united health one, please put more effort in serving your clients and we should not have to wait this long to get information that is not available on your website. AND this is not my first attempt to trying talk to the representative. every lunch break i try but i give up at the end of my 45 minutes lunch breaks. this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. My purpose of calling your company is changing into cancellng the policy as I am on hold for 45 minutes.

Gotten a dental vision and health lan from them and they told me in total it would be $257 but for no reason the charge me extra $115 for something so i called and ask about it they gave me the run around saying they don't know so i cancelled my insurance plan but can't cancel my $17 dental plan for a year for unknown reason and i can't get ahold of a rep. For my $10 vision plan For a week. Today i saw that they took $73 more one of the plans for no reason. NEVER GET INSURANCE FROM THEM AT ALL THEIR A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife applied for short term insurance but was declined for a pre-existing condition that was over 10 years ago with no medical attention for that condition the last 10 years. To top it off they didn't even have the courtesy to let us know she had been declined. We only found out after calling them two weeks after we applied. We faxed an appeal, called 11 days later and they said they never received it even though we had a fax confirmation printed out with the correct fax number. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced from an insurance company and I have been a licensed Property/casualty/life/health insurance agent for 42 years!
