i am holding on the phone going on 40 minutes trying to talk to the united health one insurance representative. this is awful. Dear CEO of united health one, please put more effort in serving your clients and we should not have to wait this long to get information that is not available on your website. AND this is not my first attempt to trying talk to the representative. every lunch break i try but i give up at the end of my 45 minutes lunch breaks. this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. My purpose of calling your company is changing into cancellng the policy as I am on hold for 45 minutes.
