Nice place, rooms, pools, restaurants and beach, only the restaurant La palapa (Buffet) lacks more variety in meals, every day is the same, it also lacks a remodel.

The staff is wonderful, the food is great! Unlimited a la carte restaurants. Rooms are very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Attention very well cleaning something expensive for bad food and bad drinks did not give one of there is more comfortable rooms and excellent staff but it is already the third time I come and as I tell you the food without seasoning your drinks are not they are original pure flavorings and ice with little alcohol maybe it is my last time I visit it I know others in guayabitos with better buffet and open bar with much less price!

It is great to go with children all the staff are very friendly and it is great that they have a nursery!

We stayed Feb 18-25-18 this year. We've stayed here before, feel safe & comfortable. The rooms a clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly & speak English! Will be going back in the future. The only thing bad to say is, the "smoking area" near the beach & Tiki Bar, should have the huge umbrella secured better, when the wind picked up the umbrella blew off hitting me on the back of the head! I did report the incidence to the Concierge & he had the lifequard check me over. After the flight home, and sleeping for 48 hours, I went to the Dr to find I had a concussion & a hairline fracture in my clavicle!

I am just staying here, and I can say that on my second day of stay we have a very bad concept of the hotel that is 5 stars! Starting with the bad attitude of some hotel employees, it seems that one is going to ask them for a gift .. Then for the food so bad and without any quality they offer us, to finish the air conditioning does not work in our room, we were left send a technician and so far nothing! I had a lot of time wanting to come to this hotel because in photos and videos everything shows luxury., When in fact it is the opposite ... Their prices are not low, as for this result that we take! I honestly would not return! There are 4 star hotels better than this one, in food, attention and quality. For example Royal Decameron! Our experience was. Very nice in that hotel!

Great for kids, decent food and friendly staff. Most of the rooms have been updated but not top class. Great beach and pools are ton of fun for the whole family. Location is very convinient for taking side trips as its next door to the marina.

I met the most amazing woman I've ever met, I was captivated

Very personable. When I arrived I was deathly ill. One of the staff members (Aidan) came to my rescue, took my bags, sat me down and then checked me in while I was waiting. He was my knight in shining armour. He later followed up with me to make sure I was alright. I spent the next two weeks enjoying an amazingly friendly resort and got to know everyone on a first name basis. The maid (Rosa) was a sweetheart and kept my home away from home spotless. On occasion I needed assistance and the conscierge always got things sorted out. I met with the general manager as well, who was very helpful and was the definition of service with a smile . I will definitely go back and wouldn t hesitate to recommend this resort highly.

The rooms are very good, the children's area is excellent, what I did not like much was the food, it did not taste good. But in general it is a good option to go on vacation.
