GOLDEN CROWN PARADISE Review

The attention of the staff is terrible, they took a plate from my bedroom and stayed all day in the garden that was outside of it, they take care of you grudgingly, the dirty lovi furniture where the children play, in general I do not recommend it and I would never go back there

It is an excellent hotel all very nice has a children's area with a large boat on the water for children to have fun and has swimming pools for adults this very well

It lacks details to correct, more in the food in terms of quality and flavors.
Maintenance in the hallways and elevators, they feel dirty and broken. In other respects, it is good.

The rooms lack better furniture conditions, the pool is very good and a clean and quiet beach

Actually the hotel is nice, but at least I had no luck in my stay, one night there was no water which seems unacceptable and finally I had to change rooms, the new room they have given me, I notice that maintenance is missing .

It is a nice place to stay, but in my opinion the price / luxury ratio is somewhat high.

The only thing I did not like is that the pools are not at a pleasant temperature only one and the one for children was freezing, the rooms X old, but the service excellent. Another thing that was not good at all was the lack of towels in the pools, very bad that part.

They do not give maintenance to the rooms and if you have a problem they give you long and never solve it. We were in room 127 (ground floor) and we filled the tub to put my baby in and the tub had a leak and the water was spilled all over the room. Call us at reception and they sent someone to check, it was, "Czech" for 1 minute and no longer return, the tank of the toilet was flushing the water all the time, the water was still running out of the shower. You could hear all the noise from outside as if you had the door open and even more so when the carts with wet towels passed by the corridor every so often (it seemed like a train station). Food X simple drinks. What is redeemable is the care of the elderly who work there. I am not coming back.

They went down a lot the quality of service, bad people faced attending the snacks, in the jacuzzi bar super slow to serve, the frigobar did not work nor the air conditioning and to finish it they lowered the quality of the wine before they gave black label now red label :(

The pools are not heated ... They say yes, but not enough In cold weather alone. it would be a good option in hot weather. In the restaurant. You have to queue for the morning and supposedly it was at 55% of its capacity that was what they told us at check in. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Acceptable buffet. It happened to us that one day of the 5 that we were there they did not stock the minibar and they could not supply us a cold beer. They stocked us until 8 at night and all hot. And they could not bring me a drink to the room ... to compensate a little and why I spoke to reception 3 times. Etc etc etc the very redeemable of the hotel the VDD is its staff. And attentive. But if the hotel is already in its infancy ...

Not really good food and service. Most of the food doesn't taste anything. Some stuffs are great like tequila mousse. I have to be honest. But the suhi restaurant sucks, buffet is ok. All inclusive? If you find it! Three times we ask for a drinks that bar supose to have and the barman said this he doesn't have this or that drink bottle. We stayed 15 minutes to check in because there was only one person! Ha!
Service is ok. Servers are very polite and friendly but sometimes they don't have the right information. More training maybe?
We still have two days to stay. Hopefully we could experience something better in the next couple of days.
Beware! Kids everywhere! Nobody told me that. So if you come with partner or friends avoid it, if you come with family, this is the right place for you and the little ones! Peace.

Food 0 star ( everyday same food).
Fruits ( no apples,no banana,no grapes). Kids menu everyday same. I went out every night for dinner with my family.

Washrooms: dirty and most of the time floor is full with water ( no one care to clean).

Language: no one speaks or understand English.

Never coming back here

The hotel in its location is perfect, since it is next to the Marina, it has its own parking, in terms of its image and facilities in general I think it needs a change since it has finishes, colors and textures that They look like a very old and forgotten hotel, in terms of distribution, I think something much better can be done especially in the lobby and on the beach side, since its location is very good, in terms of food law firm I think it takes a little seasoning in some dishes, and fumigation in general, since I saw a cockroach hovering around the area of bases, what I found great is that they have a space for children, in terms of the bedrooms or rooms are comfortable with good space, unfortunately in my 1st. At night I got a cockroach in my daughter's bed and when I checked the mattresses they looked old and stained, which really upset me and did not let me spend the night well, I hope that the food of the other restaurants that are inside the hotel Japanese, French and Italian food are better than the general buffet, I will let you know in a second opinion. It is the second time we have stayed here. Negative points: I consider that restaurant schedules are short, although snacks are open between meals, in high season it is not possible to cover 100%, and a buffet is not the same as snacks. The seasoning is much better in low season, although the food does not taste bad, and the menu is very repetitive in high season. They are too punctual with the schedules, being bad when your idea is to go enjoy and set aside the clock. Although it is not bad that they receive excursions, one must be very careful with the towels of the hotel, because they can "change" owners, and it is an extra expense that you do not want to have the beach is not highly recommended for children, the sand in thick, which makes it easier for you to join, also the slope is pronounced, indicating that the swell is strong. Affordable, friendly staff, great for kids, nice family swimming even for very young children. Excellent food options and accommodating staff, also an adults only resort connected so friends without kids can join and have their own adult experiences but join families occasionally. Was a great spot for a tropical escape from the Pacific Northwest!

Today is the first day of my arrival and the service in the restaurant left much to be desired, very slow in the service and drinks and the menu has not changed, the same dishes, a change is needed.
