Rich place children have fun good beach cruise view rooms ok

The buffet is good, the burger too, the staff is very friendly!

It is an expensive hotel despite announcing 5 stars I would give 3 there are better options for the same price on arrival they offer a breakfast to offer membership and despite asking 90 minutes they took us 3 hours without getting anything. Very friendly staff but they take away a lot of time making you feel that you are the indisposed one. The membership is given to people with incomes greater than 30 thousand something that they do not tell you since you lost your time and they ask you 100 pesos from the beginning to force you to go. It is a good place if you expect a 3 star hotel.

I loved the service and the hotel the rooms are very clean and tidy

- The food is good. Good variety and good taste.

Negative:
- Old facilities and somewhat neglected rooms.
- The family room is more expensive and all have a view of the street.
- Very slippery floors, even with rubber footwear.

Price-quality: Bad

From 11am we are waiting for them not to give our room at last after the long wait they did not give us a room but oh surprise with only one bed being that we are 4 people and it is 3:30 pm and nothing that still solve us, that annoying is to be more than 4 hours waiting for a response. Terrible organization, ruining the first day of vacations the only good and kind thing was the young man who helped us with the luggage

Pity of such beautiful facilities with that terrible service. I do not recommend it, pity that for the majority of the employees what if they are good like the restaurant waiters the palapa and the bellboys have to generalize

This is a very nice place, the people is very warm and friendly. The amenities are great and the kids love the pools. Some rooms seem to be old or small, but they are cozy. Besides the buffet I could only try the Japanese restaurant and the food was delicious. The place is perfect for people with kids

The hotel is fine, and the food is tasty, you can see raccoons, but the room is horrible. We arrived 6 people, and there were only 3 beds, they adapted some chairs to sleep but they had ants, the cleaning at the time of arrival left to be desired because there were dead insects, there was a broken window in a bathroom, some lights did not work. It is far below my expectations, it is not comfortable at all, I would not return.

I've been to Mexico many times fyi. This was my first visit to this city and hotel. The staff work hard and are very friendly. Its clean and the food is good. The rooms are nice and its quiet at night. The things I did notice which are negatives are; the water is not inviting as there is scum in it. Not sure what it is maybe pollution. I couldn't go in. The issue which I didn't appreciate and many others noticed it was it was difficult to book a reservation in the restaurants located in the resort. I spent hours attempting with no success. I've been here 4 days and still no luck. The restaurants are empty when you walk by. Also they hide the bacon in the buffet which for Canadians is a staple. I found this odd. You must ask for it at the omelet station. Oh well. They try hard.

The only thing that can be rescued is his people and his food, his attention to his partner is very low and he is treated like Juan cuerdas or son of cuico. They promised a lot in the purchase of the membership and nothing is seen.

Excellent place to rest and relax, the rooms and facilities are very good! The food in the palapa is often salty, and they go several times like this. The staff is attentive although I had a bad experience with the staff who delivered clean towels in the pools, they put away the people who give them big tips and they refused to use towels, after I came a person "gringa" and handed him towels on the pretext that he had already set them aside, then the sr handed him his tip.

This is the worst hotel in Puerto vallarta I guess. No one here knows what they are doing. They will tell you all inclusive but everyday they will make you run around like street beggars to do the booking for dinner or breakfast. When you call 49 to do any booking as per their rule they will ask you to go directly at 3pm and book it. When you go directly they will tell you we are fully booked for today call 49 tomorrow morning between 8 to 11am and do the booking. They will just play around and treat people very bad until you speak spanish they dont treat you well here. Worst service ever and couldn't have been any worst experience at all. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here and their wi-fi service is pathetic and they dont care for their customers at all.

The place is very nice, the bad thing is that in its restaurants, there was very little food, especially in the palapa, I agree that there is a contingency, but they exaggerated, there is no variety in the food and we as partners of the hotel gave us a room of the worst and not of the remodeled ones, in short, its quality as a 4-star hotel has decreased, and we as partners have zero preferences, of the promised ones.

Of super luxury everything. There is fun for kids and adults and without having to leave the resort.

I 100% DO NOT recommend this place. We came here because we had an awesome experience in the one in Cancun so we figured it would be the same.
Run down facility. Except for our cleaning lady and the bell boys everyone here has terrible customer service and attitude. Our bathroom had a really bad sewer smell and there was no hot water. Construction noise near our building, my fridge was never restocked... I can write an essay about how terrible my experience. Stay away form this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very good place to go with children, the pool for children is beautiful and they entertain a lot. The restaurants specialties very good for dinner. Breakfast buffet and very coarse food at La Palapa Restaurant.

It is not a luxury hotel, its facilities of swimming pools, rooms, food restaurants and snacks seemed good, however the food does not become excellent and several people caused damage, it is very delicate to work with large quantities of food. The attention of all the staff was very good.

It has been one of my best hotels that I have stayed and still very accessible price, I loved your food your attention from the waiters and bartenders and what fascinated us was the area of the kids they have fun like crazy. The only bad thing that I see a little are the daycare employees lack some cunning or patience to deal with hyperactive children or with lots of energy so they are not a problem for other children who are a little calmer because I saw that They had a lot of problems with it. But from now on we will go back to the hotel and recommend it

My favorite hotel in Puerto Vallarta. I have stayed more than 10 times with the latter. I've already met other hotels in Puerto Vallarta and I'm still coming back to this one. The clean beach, very well located. The unique and unparalleled attention. And the best, 0 children!

All very well except that there is preferential treatment for foreigners of some workers.

I went to the crow family and I did not like that if I chose a hotel that has attractions for children, they can not take care of them. That was a big problem, that the staff that takes care of the children are square and do not take them out. Children can not be together because it takes a few months to reach the age to be fair, so if you have children of different ages can not be together
