You can learn more during training course.. once it training done higher management will not care about ur career or professional growth.. they will put you in testing if they have vacancy in testing even if you were a developer. Need lot of change in management and hr department.. don't join this company if you are an experienced person.. For fresher there is bond of 3 years to brake the bond you need to pay 2 to 2.5 Lacks..

One of the worst company in bangalore. My interview had been conducted 4 months back. Qualified all the round. After submitting all the docs(adhar, payslip etc), they completely stopped responding to any mail or call being sent from my side. Such kind of unprofessionalism is unprecedented. If they dont want to hire, why to take so many rounds of interview wasting time and energy. I am now worried about my data which had been shared to this fraud company.
