Located in the hill of Florence, the headquarters of the Giunti publishing house is a long extremely fascinating one.

Given the publishing crisis, you too have entered the fat selection market. By now there are more selectors than jobs ... Really ridiculous to have hired interns which I hope were at least graduates to take care of the RAI selection. You have allowed yourself to judge and score people based on a stupid big5 test (easily manipulated by anyone who has studied hr) and a 10-minute interview with silly and first-grade questions. All to do a job as a clerk, we didn't even have to go to war. In the army competitions is given the suitability and not a score to the people !! Obviously, the required "behavioral" requirements were not known and you gave a final score (without indicating the score in the individual items) by rolling the dice and without any scientific validity, based on sympathies or other ... Really ridiculous !!!!! !!!!!!! You have lost several customers ...

I found an old edition of the book in the house: BASIC DOUGH. I find it very accurate but I have to criticize your "tortellini" harshly. I am from Modena and, absolutely, the pasta has never been cut into "disks". Perhaps you should inquire with the Brotherhood of tortellini.
