These people are the worst. I had my license plates suspended due to 10$. I didn t know my ezpass battery died. When I went to pay the tolls in person, the 2 women at the counter were very snooty. Greg on the phone was great and allowed me to waive my penalties. When I asked the woman all the way to the left window if they could waive the BMV s suspension fee I was told to ask them . I called the BMV and was told that it was the toll authority who waives the fee. The toll authority woman gave me misinformation, had an attitude, and was not helpful at all. I ve had to take days out of work for this, pay LOTS of fees, and deal with many rude people, all over my ez pass battery dying. The toll authority and BMV could really use some firing and hiring. It is embarrassing to me that the employees in my state offices are this incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Just called because I recieved notice of violation and got Greg who honestly was a Dick. I don't use checks just my debit card but now I guess I have to send a money order for
$6.75. What is the point to have a phone to call that goes straight to voicemail and can't make a payment by card like every other company.

The worst. They misapplied our payment to the wrong account and sent us a notice that our registration was suspended. They still haven't fixed their mistake.
