We stayed 5 days at this resort . They gave one of our rooms away. Both of our rooms had bed bugs and they tried to deny it . Even though there was proof . They found a bed bug, took a picture of it . Moved one of us to a new room. Filed a complaint . After we left they claimed it wasn t any bed bugs . Pictures of us all bitten . They do not do room clean ups. They don t throw trash away . They didn t tell us till 2 days after we stayed at the resort. You can get better service and price at other resorts with full service. They charge for towels . Cabled stop working two days before it was checkout in BOTH rooms. Would not recommend this to anyone . Will not be coming back at all.
