Sono venuto qui per un'intervista. Assolutamente terribile. Sono venuto qui per un colloquio con uno sviluppatore Android e dovevo fare un test in loco. Il test era in 2 parti. La prima parte è stata quella di rispondere ad alcune domande sulla programmazione Java e Android. La seconda parte è stata una totale perdita di tempo. Per la seconda parte avrei dovuto creare un'app per Android ma le istruzioni non erano chiare. Avrei dovuto effettuare chiamate Internet tramite l'app, ma Internet è stato disabilitato per i test. Ho chiamato il supervisore per chiarire cosa avrei dovuto fare, poi ha chiamato uno sviluppatore Web per dare un'occhiata e anche loro erano confusi su ciò che il compito stava chiedendo. Dopo tutto questo ho deciso di concedere loro il beneficio del dubbio. A volte le cose vanno male. Ho detto loro che riprogrammiamo per un altro giorno quando il test è ben preparato. Non ho mai sentito nulla in risposta, nemmeno le scuse per il mio tempo sprecato. Se possono fare questo a un candidato, temo di pensare a come viene trattato il personale.
