Ich bin hierher gekommen, um ein Interview zu führen. Absolut schrecklich. Ich kam hierher für ein Android-Entwicklerinterview und es wurde erwartet, dass ich einen Test vor Ort mache. Für den zweiten Teil sollte ich eine Android-App erstellen, aber die Anweisungen waren unklar. Es wurde erwartet, dass ich über die App Internetanrufe tätige, aber das Internet wurde zum Testen deaktiviert. Ich rief den Supervisor an, um zu klären, was ich tun sollte. Dann rief er einen Webentwickler an, um einen Blick darauf zu werfen, und selbst sie waren verwirrt, was die Aufgabe verlangte. Nach all dem beschloss ich, ihnen den Vorteil des Zweifels zu geben. Manchmal geht etwas schief. Ich sagte ihnen, dass wir einen weiteren Tag verschieben sollten, wenn der Test gut vorbereitet ist. Ich habe nie etwas zurück gehört, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für meine verschwendete Zeit. Wenn sie dies einem Kandidaten antun können, fürchte ich mich zu überlegen, wie die Mitarbeiter behandelt werden.
