I came here for an interview. Absolutely terrible.

I came here for an android developer interview and I was expected to do an on site test.

The test was in 2 parts. First part was to answer some questions on java and android programming. Second part was a total waste of time.

For the second part I was expected to build an android app but the instructions were unclear. I was expected to make Internet calls via the app but the Internet was disabled for testing. I called over the supervisor to clarify what I was supposed to do, he then called a Web developer to have a look and even they were confused what the task was asking.

After all this I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes things go wrong. I told them that let's reschedule for another day when the test is well prepared. I never heard anything back not even an apology for my wasted time. If they can do this to a candidate then I dread to think how staff are treated.
