Was a great experience. Probably the most painless loan process I have ever had.

I own several cars, GMC, Chevy Camaro, and my beloved Honda Civic. I have purchased 3 Honda's over the years at this dealership and they are great! My Honda is my favorite car I own and I have had to have several major repairs on mine, was no problem because I bought the best warranties they offered. I saved over $9000 in repair costs because of the warranties I purchased. Their repair shop is excellent, friendly, great service. I will be buying another car from them in the future. Buy the warranties! Hondas are easy to operate all the extra features everything always works just as their manual says. I have not had that same experience with GMC and Chevy.

Terrible dealership . . Will never do business again . GM and sales team say they want to make you happy but really don t care . Will get over on you then say there is nothing they can do. Was offered a hat to make things right . Anyone lookin to purchase should definitely go elsewhere. A lot of false advertising to get you in and then will scam you

Such a great experience, nothing negative to say about any of the sales man. General manager works with people diligently to get the numbers they want. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used Honda!

I bought my Honda Civic here after I returned my leased Honda Accord. The sales rep was not pushy. The service lounge is more comfortable than other places I have seen. It is clean, spacious and offers great self-serve coffee/tea service.

Can no longer schedule an appointment for an oil change. Something that would take a half hour now can be 2 hours or more.

Gary was great! Super helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns!

Not sure even where to begin!
I walked on the lot about 11:00am on a Saturday morning. I saw 2 trucks I was interested in. My financeing was good and down payment was great.
I told the salesman I am not a patient person so while we test drive these trucks can you have someone start the paperwork and see what we are looking at as far as payments....his manager told me it was a waste of his time to do both, decide on one then we will do paperwork [I should have walked off then].
The test drive was good for both but of course they only wanted to do the paperwork on the more expensive truck as I had a good down and credit................Then I waited and waited,,,,,,,,,,coffee machines is nice.
When they came out of the office to show me what they could do it was not even close to what I wanted for monthly payments and they asked for more down? I set these peramiters when I first stepped foot on the lot.
I refused this then they came back with what I wanted..............whats wrong with this picture? I signed circled what I wanted then went back to waiting.
There were some electronics that were not part of the trade in so I asked if I could leave have these removed then return................well first I had to sign a paper to take my own truck off the lot and was old I would loose my turn with thier finance guro! So I waited and waited until I said I do not care about the line I need to do something. So to make me feel like a criminal they would only let me leave if the salesman went with me [at least I got to drive]
Returned waited "more coffe" finally finance guroo.................just said yes to everything signed a million times then finally drive out with a great truck [Dodge Ram]

So next I made an appointment for thier "touch of class and lo/jack install!
Well I have done enough complaining as even this was crazy wrong.............
So if you have allot of time and enjoy a good cup of coffee, salesmen with bad jokes and like abuse this is your place.
I will never go back

I saw a listing online for the car I was interested in. Their dealership was about an hour away so I was very careful to call first and lock in a price. When I got their the salesman referred me to his manager who pulled the "oooooh, Fred is new and misquoted and we have to charge more". Felt like a total bait and switch. I almost walked out on principal, but bought it b/c I wanted to stop shopping.

The sale went fine and the car runs perfectly. I am glad I bought it but I have to agree with the "get it in writing" from the other review.

I now get too much communication from them. I called and emailed to ask them to stop b/c I am not really figuring to drive an hour to a place that can't live up to their quotes. They have not stopped and just now followed up to ask for this review.

DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THEM!

They are lairs and good at playing words game!

I had such a great experience working with John Moreno. He was very honest with me and got me into a better car than I originally wanted, but at a budget I can afford. Bad service, I never come back this dealer, just warning to someone want to buy the car on this dealer, make sure checking out the pint any everything is good before leaving, this dealer always trick the customer,

I had trouble with a broken key and thought I'd be okay for awhile, but the remote battery died and it just turned into a mess. Luckily, I was able to get it all fixed up today with Tommy!
He's a good man, helped me out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you so much!

We stoped by Morgan Hill Honda, to purchase a new car.We meet David, a sale person.After test drive a car,I decided that I like a car and want to buy it.We were about to close the deal till we ask for sale manager for a discount of $190.Rashpal Aulakh,sales manager shows up,this guy needs to learn how to talk to a customers first.Very rude personality,at one point he even raised his voice and he said"i'll let you go even for a penny".I never had a such a bad experience in my life.If you need to keep your customers satisfy, you need to hire better people,who knows how to keep a customers happy.Bad sale manager.

it was a good Experience and we got the rate that was quoted. The sales Team did all the possible help to make us get the car we wanted.

The best service. Complete opposite of the usual dealership experience. Courteous, and efficient. Now you can schedule appointments on line! But you can also drop in if you have a problem. I call it celebrity service!

Took my CRV in for normal maintenance. They told me an hour and an hour later I was out. They have a nice waiting area.

Jerry had an excellent customer service, gave choices ,explained everything, and gave us time and space to think which was very important. .

Valerie Martinez, worst internet sales manager. Asked me to fill out finance application and then after I submitted it she never gave me any feedback whatsoever. Messaged her 2 days and nothing and then I try getting back 2 weeks later and nothing. She really doesn t know how to do her job. Bye!

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill is awesome! I bought my car with the help of Yuliana Jimenez about a year and months ago and she made it super easy for me to decide. She came out to offer help right away and answered all my questions on the spot. The job was done quick! My car is the best! I went in today to get a recall done and an oil change and it was super quick and easy with the help of Rob! :)

Ughhhh I seriously feel the staff is unhelpful and the women that work there are rude!!! The service department charge way too much and dont care about how you feel.

I bought an oil filter for my car and the parts guy said it was the right one. I got home and realized it was smaller than the one on my car. I called the parts counter back and after being on hold for 5 mins they said that all their cars except one used the same oil filter. I went to the locals O'Reilly's and they helped me find the correct filter which was larger than the one Honda gave me. You would expect their parts counter person to be knowledgable about the products. You're better off going to an auto part store than waste your time or money here.

These people have terrible customer service. I was looking on auto.com and had found a car and the original price ended up getting upped by $1,500. When i tried to negotiate they wouldn't talk to me so i had to have my son (or me i am the son) call just to talk to them. Don't buy from here they are a rip-off literately anywhere else works better

I bought used Mercedes ML 2009, Car as was described was in perfect condition. If I am going to buy another car, at first I will try Honda Morgan Hill, I would of course recommend to others.

Service was also excellent, I needed several days to take decision. Car was hold on until my decision.

It was a straightforward, no strings attached experience at the Honda of Morgan Hill dealership. Sam, the sales manager who helped us make the purchase was very approachable, pre and post purchase with any questions and concerns we had. A hassle free, simple purchase and I'd recommend them!

Just a typical rip-off style dealer. Well trained liars.

I had to take my van for a oil change and to have the master lock look at. The customer service I received was not the best that I had received in the past. I have been taking my van to this location for over two years. I use to pay around $80 for a oil change, fuel check, tire rotation etc.. This last time I went in the rate jumped up to $131 .

I liked the vehicle we got & the financial institution that offered us a loan! But the "salespersons" they sucked because they didn't went the extra mile to deliver on their promises...

Came in looking for a good deal and that exactly what I got. Gabriel Jimenez was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I. It s usually very dreadful to go into a dealership and get a good deal but Gabriel went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. If you re looking for a new car Gabriel s your guy!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RAIDOS ESPECIALLY IF THE CD INPUT WORKS BECAUSE WE BOUGHT A VAN AND CD INPUT SUCKED HAD TO BE BACK AND FORTH FROM SALINAS TO MORGAN HILL SERVICE IS AWESOME BUT CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING YOUR AUTOMOBILES THEIR

We had an 8 am appt and it is now 9:32 and we still don't have diagnostic information. Seems ridiculous it should take so long to figure out what's going on...

Great place to work, friendly people and fantastic product.

Multiple salespeople/staff here were rude, lied to me, and wasted my time. The salesperson will agree to something to get you to dedicate your time, and then pull a 180 and change the deal. Avoid the shady practices here to avoid wasting your time, and go to another dealership.

Salesperson Chrystal did a fabulous job on getting me to like a certain Honda. It had everything I wanted and the some.

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill is the place to go if your looking for great customer service , clean safe facility and a large variety of options to fit your budget.
We first started looking for a good Honda in San Jose which was not such a great experience not to many options. We then decided to try our local dealer which we should have done in the first place to be honest.
We were shown models that were exactly in our budget and the options were great here. I highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Horrible service.
I called one day prior close to closing time. Made an appointment with John. He told me he was going to hold the car I wanted so I can test drive it. I drive all the way from Santa Cruz and get there and tell me they sold it. I don t get how you can sell something that was put on hold. I ll rather stick with ocean Honda.

Have to say this is one of the few family stores that feels like a family store atmosphere when you get their. Wonderful staff huge inventory to pick from and a willingness to truly help you make a good purchasing decision.

I came here with a buddy, to drop off his wife's car. I was surprised how no one approached me when I walked about the lot and showroom. Either way, the dealership is nice from what I can tell.

Dear honda, don't say a car is available when it isn't. This dealer wasted our time and lost out on our business. We called ahead to see if they had a car we saw online. They said yes. We drove 85 miles to see this car. We were ready to buy the car on the spot. They said we couldn't buy it because they had other people coming to look at it later that day.

Placeholder for my longer review but you can expect them to hold and hide your keys, and paperwork from you when you have a trade as a tactic to hold you hostage. Get your stuff back THEN talks.

Despite TruCar prenegotiated price, they didn t honor it, adding on then refusing to remove wheel locks. I d of paid 50 for them or let them keep them, they refused to budge from 200. But that s not what killed the deal, it was the old school hostage tactics then when I wanted my keys and car title back, they stalled and held me hostage. When I finally let lose on them they claimed the moral high ground...

Poor costumer service and bad business practices. They will enforce many extras like ; wheel locks for anti theft, anti scratch film, GPS tracking service, etc in oder to buy an used car from them. I have never gone to a dealership and force to buy all those extras in order to buy a vehicle. I will stay away from this location... Don't even bother to talk to there General Manager as he does not have time for you and can't afford to give you a business card. They give Honda some bad reputation...

I never want to take my car here ever again to get serviced! I took my car to get my battery checked a couple months back and informed them that it had been dying on me and they told me that they didn t find anything wrong with it and wouldn t fix a problem they can t find, even after I told them that it died on me multiple times and I need a new battery. Now weeks prior to this I went over my mileage and now I have to pay out of pocket to get my battery replaced, this wouldn t of happened if they just replaced it when i told them it needed service. Never trusting Victory Honda with my car ever again! If they cared enough they would ve tried to find the problem the first time I took it to them instead of just trying to get me out of there!

DON'T even think of having your vehicle serviced here as you will loose something inside your vehicle or your original auto part replaced by a lesser quality and used one. Then they will ask you to replace an auto part which is actually yours. You don't know that you are just paying for your own auto part which they for sure will not change but let you pay more for nothing. These guys are a bunch of crooks so never ever let your vehicle be serviced here unless you want to give them your hard earned money for free. The reason why it will take you longer to wait is that they are replacing your auto parts to their old and used ones and then ask you if you want to change that auto part and if you agreed then they will put back your original auto part and there goes your hard earned money and time. Please NEVER EVER Go To THIS HoNDA SERVICE CENTER.

Robert Verceles was great!! Took my trade in and got me a great deal on a 2018 vehicle for my daughter who we were taking down to Santa Barbara to start her college education. He even spent extra time to go over all the functions of the car with my daughter so she was comfortable in her new car. Thank you Robert, you are a class act. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the are looking for a great car.

Wife went in to look at new 2021 CR-V and have Victory inspect and test drive our trade in 2018 CR-V. Sales person gave quote with trade in that was ridiculous. I had my wife leave. Over the next several days Victory emailed back and forth negotiating for the new CR-V. Came to a price with trade that was agreed to twice in email by Victory sales staff (I was specific on details the second time to make sure we were on the same page). We prepared our trade and drove the 40 minutes to the dealership for the appointment they set to sign paperwork (supposed to be ready). Was greeted with salesperson and price $16k higher than the agreed to amount. Price was more than 10k above "suggested retail value" on the CR-V. Simply unbelievable. We now have our new CR-V using trade at a reputable Honda dealership at a final price with our trade in within 2k of the "agreed to" deal we had at Victory Honda in Morgan Hill. Obviously the deal was within reason as agreed to by Sales staff at Victory but they have no honor. If you are looking for honor and respect from a Honda dealership, look elsewhere. Victory Honda in Morgan Hill sales staff have no problem taking the shine off of a great product. I should have stuck with Sam Linder in Salinas as I have purchased there before (several cars). I have always received great service there, I thought Victory would be of the same caliber. Not even close.

Called the dealership to confirm the Jeep Wangler was still there and spoke with Oscar. He answered a few questions and I told him I would be driving from a few hours away. He took my number and started he would call me if anything changed. When I got there Paul said he would take me to the vehical. As we're walking he asked me if I knew what kind of Jeep I was looking for. I said I didn't understand his question and I thought we were looking at a Jeep Wrangler. He said "Well yes but this is more of an off road vehical, big tires, 4x4, lifted." I said that yes I knew that and he looked as if ok sure you do. I let it go but the implication was obvious, that I was a women who didn't know what I was getting into. Because obviously my dirty hiking boots, head lamp I still had on my hat or the tshirt that said I rather be outside wasn't any inclination that I might be in the market for a 4x4. So I ask to go for a test drive, Paul takes my divers licence and says he will be back. Paul comes back and says they can't find the keys. I waited for almost 30 minutes while they looked. I couldn't believe after calling them at 2 in the afternoon plus the 3 hours it took me to get there, they were that unprepared. Then had the nerve to ask if I would come back once the keys were located. I can't even stress how much of a waste of time and money this was and he actually had the nerve to ask me to waste more. Thanks but no thanks.

Bought a car here recently and had such a great experience. Everyone was super helpful. I didnt think I could purchase a vehicle cause of my not so great credit, But Justin made magic happen for sure. hands down grateful for everything he did to get me to purchase the car. Will definitely recommend friends and family here.

They didn t give me no contract paper,
They kept my car for 4 days, not a single call !!!
I called , this service advisor promised me to call me, but never !!!!!for 4 days.

Purchased cars here and have them serviced here. New building and expanded lot for many new and used car selections. Service and parts department are very good. Easy to get to.

I spent $650 on service and I'm disappointed a much needed courtesy car wash was not included .

I recently purchased a minivan from Honda of Morgan Hill. Before then, I had never thought that car buying could be stress free too. Sam Samaha, the Internet Manager I worked with made sure of that.
Trust me, I spoke to every bay area dealership and not only did Sam (Honda of Morgan Hill) gave me the best price, he was friendly, picked up the phone whenever I called with a question (which most dealers did not do), answered the questions patiently (repetitive questions - i used to call him daily; is the price still valid? what colors do you have now?).

When I mentioned the price quoted by Honda of Morgan Hill to other dealers, they scared me off saying that they are not including the accessories added to the minivan which I will be forced to pay for whenever I visit the dealership. I confirmed with Sam via email before visiting the dealership that this is not the case.

The experience was no different when I visited the dealership. Their staff were very friendly. Their dealership was also clean, big and had Starbucks coffee machine :)

If you are in the market for a Honda vehicle, please do yourself a favor and consider visiting this dealership for a better price and hassle free purchase.

Some other Honda dealerships we visited were very disorganized, but Honda of Morgan Hill was a very pleasant shopping experience. Everyone was very friendly and the financing process was straightforward. I liked the new, spacious office and parking lot.

Honestly I searched all over for a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring ranging from: Oakland, Stevens Creek, Salinas, San Jose and Fremont, but when I went to Victory Honda of Morgan Hill I was immediately introduced to Dane Cassidy. He was very upfront about everything and tried to get me the me the best APR %. He was very informative along with the staff. Their primary goal was to get me the best deal possible. He explained everything very thoroughly and represented what a car salesman should be like. He made sure before i left that I had everything I wanted and made sure this was the car I wanted. Not only did they get me a great price but he himself made sure I walked out of the dealership with the right choice. I recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Honda to stop here first. It s a very welcoming place and the staff is more than friendly. I m glad to welcomed to the Honda family and I feel Dane Cassidy was beyond professional. So I say thank you Dane for your honestly and thank you to the staff who worked constantly to find me the best rate possibly. Glad to be apart of the Victory Honda Family and I will see you again for the next time I buy a car.

I Purchased a 2018 Honda Accord. Price was pretty good. There's only two people u want to deal with Brent and Jeff, there the internet Mgr's. The rest of the staff SUCKS. The customer service is HORRIBLE, they don't call u back when u leave a message, they don't greet u when u walk into the show room. It doesn't cost them one single penny to be courteous. With competition as stiff as it is u would think they could be friendly. I seriously don't think I would make another purchase from them.
