I own several cars, GMC, Chevy Camaro, and my beloved Honda Civic. I have purchased 3 Honda's over the years at this dealership and they are great! My Honda is my favorite car I own and I have had to have several major repairs on mine, was no problem because I bought the best warranties they offered. I saved over $9000 in repair costs because of the warranties I purchased. Their repair shop is excellent, friendly, great service. I will be buying another car from them in the future. Buy the warranties! Hondas are easy to operate all the extra features everything always works just as their manual says. I have not had that same experience with GMC and Chevy.

I walked on the lot about 11:00am on a Saturday morning. I saw 2 trucks I was interested in. My financeing was good and down payment was great.
I told the salesman I am not a patient person so while we test drive these trucks can you have someone start the paperwork and see what we are looking at as far as payments....his manager told me it was a waste of his time to do both, decide on one then we will do paperwork [I should have walked off then].
The test drive was good for both but of course they only wanted to do the paperwork on the more expensive truck as I had a good down and credit................Then I waited and waited,,,,,,,,,,coffee machines is nice.
When they came out of the office to show me what they could do it was not even close to what I wanted for monthly payments and they asked for more down? I set these peramiters when I first stepped foot on the lot.
I refused this then they came back with what I wanted..............whats wrong with this picture? I signed circled what I wanted then went back to waiting.
There were some electronics that were not part of the trade in so I asked if I could leave have these removed then return................well first I had to sign a paper to take my own truck off the lot and was old I would loose my turn with thier finance guro! So I waited and waited until I said I do not care about the line I need to do something. So to make me feel like a criminal they would only let me leave if the salesman went with me [at least I got to drive]
Returned waited "more coffe" finally finance guroo.................just said yes to everything signed a million times then finally drive out with a great truck [Dodge Ram]
So next I made an appointment for thier "touch of class and lo/jack install!
Well I have done enough complaining as even this was crazy wrong.............
So if you have allot of time and enjoy a good cup of coffee, salesmen with bad jokes and like abuse this is your place.

I saw a listing online for the car I was interested in. Their dealership was about an hour away so I was very careful to call first and lock in a price. When I got their the salesman referred me to his manager who pulled the "oooooh, Fred is new and misquoted and we have to charge more". Felt like a total bait and switch. I almost walked out on principal, but bought it b/c I wanted to stop shopping.
The sale went fine and the car runs perfectly. I am glad I bought it but I have to agree with the "get it in writing" from the other review.
I now get too much communication from them. I called and emailed to ask them to stop b/c I am not really figuring to drive an hour to a place that can't live up to their quotes. They have not stopped and just now followed up to ask for this review.

I bought an oil filter for my car and the parts guy said it was the right one. I got home and realized it was smaller than the one on my car. I called the parts counter back and after being on hold for 5 mins they said that all their cars except one used the same oil filter. I went to the locals O'Reilly's and they helped me find the correct filter which was larger than the one Honda gave me. You would expect their parts counter person to be knowledgable about the products. You're better off going to an auto part store than waste your time or money here.

We first started looking for a good Honda in San Jose which was not such a great experience not to many options. We then decided to try our local dealer which we should have done in the first place to be honest.

I have never gone to a dealership and force to buy all those extras in order to buy a vehicle. I will stay away from this location... Don't even bother to talk to there General Manager as he does not have time for you and can't afford to give you a business card. They give Honda some bad reputation...

I took my car to get my battery checked a couple months back and informed them that it had been dying on me and they told me that they didn t find anything wrong with it and wouldn t fix a problem they can t find, even after I told them that it died on me multiple times and I need a new battery. Now weeks prior to this I went over my mileage and now I have to pay out of pocket to get my battery replaced, this wouldn t of happened if they just replaced it when i told them it needed service. Never trusting Victory Honda with my car ever again! If they cared enough they would ve tried to find the problem the first time I took it to them instead of just trying to get me out of there!

Then they will ask you to replace an auto part which is actually yours. You don't know that you are just paying for your own auto part which they for sure will not change but let you pay more for nothing. These guys are a bunch of crooks so never ever let your vehicle be serviced here unless you want to give them your hard earned money for free. The reason why it will take you longer to wait is that they are replacing your auto parts to their old and used ones and then ask you if you want to change that auto part and if you agreed then they will put back your original auto part and there goes your hard earned money and time. Please NEVER EVER Go To THIS HoNDA SERVICE CENTER.

Wife went in to look at new 2021 CR-V and have Victory inspect and test drive our trade in 2018 CR-V. Sales person gave quote with trade in that was ridiculous. I had my wife leave. Over the next several days Victory emailed back and forth negotiating for the new CR-V. Came to a price with trade that was agreed to twice in email by Victory sales staff (I was specific on details the second time to make sure we were on the same page). We prepared our trade and drove the 40 minutes to the dealership for the appointment they set to sign paperwork (supposed to be ready). Was greeted with salesperson and price $16k higher than the agreed to amount. Price was more than 10k above "suggested retail value" on the CR-V. Simply unbelievable. We now have our new CR-V using trade at a reputable Honda dealership at a final price with our trade in within 2k of the "agreed to" deal we had at Victory Honda in Morgan Hill. Obviously the deal was within reason as agreed to by Sales staff at Victory but they have no honor. If you are looking for honor and respect from a Honda dealership, look elsewhere. Victory Honda in Morgan Hill sales staff have no problem taking the shine off of a great product. I should have stuck with Sam Linder in Salinas as I have purchased there before (several cars). I have always received great service there, I thought Victory would be of the same caliber. Not even close.

Called the dealership to confirm the Jeep Wangler was still there and spoke with Oscar. He answered a few questions and I told him I would be driving from a few hours away. He took my number and started he would call me if anything changed. When I got there Paul said he would take me to the vehical. As we're walking he asked me if I knew what kind of Jeep I was looking for. I said I didn't understand his question and I thought we were looking at a Jeep Wrangler. He said "Well yes but this is more of an off road vehical, big tires, 4x4, lifted." I said that yes I knew that and he looked as if ok sure you do. I let it go but the implication was obvious, that I was a women who didn't know what I was getting into. Because obviously my dirty hiking boots, head lamp I still had on my hat or the tshirt that said I rather be outside wasn't any inclination that I might be in the market for a 4x4. So I ask to go for a test drive, Paul takes my divers licence and says he will be back. Paul comes back and says they can't find the keys. I waited for almost 30 minutes while they looked. I couldn't believe after calling them at 2 in the afternoon plus the 3 hours it took me to get there, they were that unprepared. Then had the nerve to ask if I would come back once the keys were located. I can't even stress how much of a waste of time and money this was and he actually had the nerve to ask me to waste more. Thanks but no thanks.

I recently purchased a minivan from Honda of Morgan Hill. Before then, I had never thought that car buying could be stress free too. Sam Samaha, the Internet Manager I worked with made sure of that.
Trust me, I spoke to every bay area dealership and not only did Sam (Honda of Morgan Hill) gave me the best price, he was friendly, picked up the phone whenever I called with a question (which most dealers did not do), answered the questions patiently (repetitive questions - i used to call him daily; is the price still valid? what colors do you have now?).
When I mentioned the price quoted by Honda of Morgan Hill to other dealers, they scared me off saying that they are not including the accessories added to the minivan which I will be forced to pay for whenever I visit the dealership. I confirmed with Sam via email before visiting the dealership that this is not the case.
The experience was no different when I visited the dealership. Their staff were very friendly. Their dealership was also clean, big and had Starbucks coffee machine :)
If you are in the market for a Honda vehicle, please do yourself a favor and consider visiting this dealership for a better price and hassle free purchase.

Honestly I searched all over for a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring ranging from: Oakland, Stevens Creek, Salinas, San Jose and Fremont, but when I went to Victory Honda of Morgan Hill I was immediately introduced to Dane Cassidy. He was very upfront about everything and tried to get me the me the best APR %. He was very informative along with the staff. Their primary goal was to get me the best deal possible. He explained everything very thoroughly and represented what a car salesman should be like. He made sure before i left that I had everything I wanted and made sure this was the car I wanted. Not only did they get me a great price but he himself made sure I walked out of the dealership with the right choice. I recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Honda to stop here first. It s a very welcoming place and the staff is more than friendly. I m glad to welcomed to the Honda family and I feel Dane Cassidy was beyond professional. I Purchased a 2018 Honda Accord. Price was pretty good. There's only two people u want to deal with Brent and Jeff, there the internet Mgr's. The rest of the staff SUCKS. The customer service is HORRIBLE, they don't call u back when u leave a message, they don't greet u when u walk into the show room. It doesn't cost them one single penny to be courteous. With competition as stiff as it is u would think they could be friendly. I seriously don't think I would make another purchase from them.
