Got my Honda Accord here around 4 years ago. (also a great experience). It recently started giving me some trouble. Called yesterday for a service appointment to check out whats going on & got an appointment for the next day. Jim was super helpful & informative over the phone and also in person. He got me in early when it wasn t busy & got me outta there with a loaner car while the part for my car comes in. all in 40 min maybe even less! The waiting place is also very comfy with coffee and tea and water available. Everyone that works here greets you with a smile and kind words. I was so happy with my experience here today. Thank you to ALL the staff members for that. <3

Nico and Robert helped me get out of my Kia and into a brand new Honda Civic hatch! The process was cool and easy and I love my new Honda! Also want to give a huge shout-out to JD for closing mine and my sisters deal and for always answering and responding to me within minutes! All of y'all are amazing and I appreciate all the hard work and dedication to getting my deal closed!

Bought a car here today and the process was so fast, I ve never been in and out of a dealership within an hour and a half. Taylor my sales rep was super knowledgeable and always made sure my water was full because of this heat. John the sales manager worked a deal I couldn t resist and Lalo in finance had all the paperwork printed and ready to go.

After visiting 4 other dealers, exhausted and fed up with getting the run-around with numbers and negotiations, Taylor was completely straight forward about everything we asked and made things happen. She is absolutely the best dealer we ever worked with. Her enthusiasm and overall demeanor made the process of both finding and paying for it a breeze and fun. I would highly recommend making appointments with her.

Worst run Honda dealership I've ever been to. Management was consistent on having credit run just to have a quote on the vehicle. Lied several times about the process of leasing a vehicle. Wanted my SS number to check something on my current lease that I'm pretty sure he could have looked up with the VIN. Tried to push add-ons onto the vehicle. This workers were nice but management is slimy. Go anywhere else.

I went through the trouble of signing up online so I can make an appointment online. I made the appointment and got there on time. There were 5 cars in line to register and each car was taking 15 minutes to register. I told service rep that I had appointment. He told me to wait in line like everyone else. Whats the point of an appointmnt? This is my third time attempting to get service here in a reasonable fashion..aways encountered service reps with attitude and always long waits. Never again even I bought my car there.

NEVER work with Robert Verceles. We were trying to get a jeep there and he didn't tell me about $3,000 with of add ons that can't be removed. Then when trying to explain this to his partner or coworker he began belittling me (22F). He guilt tripped me and lied too his coworker about what he said. I left that place feeling disgusting they were that mean to me. I've never been that blatantly degraded by 50+ old man knowing this is my first time buying a car.

Be aware of borderline bait & switch sales practices. We came in a total of 3 times. The 1st time, we negotiated a sales price (and DMV taxes/fees) and decided to take a few days to think about it. We came back in a few days later for the 2nd time ready to purchase the car. The salesperson and general manager ignored the previous agreed sales price and offered a price $3000 more than what we originally agreed upon. We promptly left feeling lied to.

I got a call a few days later from a salesperson ROBERT saying they were looking to earn my business, and we agreed explicitly that if they were able to do our original sales price (and DMV taxes/fees) that we negotiated in the first place, we would come in the next day.

We came in again, and after waiting an hour for paperwork, the general manager came in to tell us that there are $2000 additional fees for "optional" equipment installed on the car. When we negotiated a sales price, it was for the complete vehicle (minus DMV taxes/fees), and they wasted hours of our time.

Furthermore even if we hadn't negotiated a complete sales price beforehand, the pricing of the additional extras they tried to tack on were a lie. Attached are pictures of the fees they were pushing, and the actual cost of the equipment listed on the window sticker.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP and go to Capitol Honda instead. They have better prices and honorable staff and practices.

Very bad experience. I got a recall notice, called to get appointment. Receptionist transferred to person in charge of recall notices, she told me she will order the part and call me when it comes in to setup appointment. Got a call that part came in, so gave me an appointment for the following Saturday at 8. Went in, waited for like 1 1/2 hr., then they called me told me my car was ready. Well 2 weeks later I get a call from the service department to take my car in to replace the part that was supposed to have been replaced that Saturday. I told him I thought it had been replaced, that why I went in for on Saturday. He told me it had just been checked, not replaced. It does not make sense to me, why would they order the part and not replace it. Obviously someone is not paying attention, and don't know what they are doing. I'm very upset. I'm just taking my car in because of the recall. I don't plan on ever going back. (note: my car is a 2002 V6 Honda accord and I have had like 4 recalls on it since I got it brand new).

Update: Received a call from Bill Kendrick the Service and Parts Director from Honda, explained what had happened with the recalls. Apparently there was a recall on other models besides the accords. Some were for inspection only and others for replacement. Mine was thought to be inspection only when it was supposed to be replaced. Bill admitted it was their mistake and offered to pick up and deliver my car wherever it was to have it replace and to not inconvenience me. I told him I would take it in myself. So I went in on Friday. Bill was there waiting and had everything ready. My car was done in less than 30 min. Thank you Bill Kendrick for going above and beyond to make it right. Honda you should hire more employees like Bill, he is a great asset to your company.

My wife and I had a terrific experience buying a car at Honda of Morgan Hill. We worked with Jeff & Luis in sales, both of which were a pleasure to work with. Shawn the sales manager was also really easy to deal with and while he didn't give away the farm (like I asked), I feel good about the price we paid on our brand new pilot. Working with Anthony in finance was also a breeze, and was definitely the most advanced car buying experience we've had yet. Lastly, Nick was our product specialist that showed us around our new car, and how to use all of the features.

Thank you all for your help. It was easy peasy!

I was skeptical as I think of service in dealerships as a rip off. I had a recall software update done and wasn't convinced it was going to be helpful. But I was surprised. Everyone was pleasant, kind and helpful (without being patronizing) and even though I wasn't as pleasant as I could have been; and, everything they said was 100% true. If I need to use a dealership service, or if I decide to buy another Honda-this is the place I will go. They deserve some kudus in today's world of poor service and poor quality.

This dealership will scam you please do not go. They have ripped off many people. They don t care about you and mark up prices on cars. The GM Justin doesn t care about you just making the sale. When you go there ask them to show you the lowest then can sell a car far there s 3 categories marked up price, MSRP then a little bit cheaper lowest then can sell it for if they get mad leave. Suckers

Stealership. If your inquiry does not involve paying more money, you are not in luck. I was promised free oil changes for 24 months for the car that was purchased from them. When it comes on getting it done you are not a priority, and just ignored.

Surprisingly poor shopping experience for a quiet ...

Surprisingly poor shopping experience for a quiet Wednesday evening. Locked cars in showroom, broken cars (stuck tailgate) in showroom, and asking me to come back another day despite 7 people in the showroom and 2 other customers.

I walked into the showroom actually excited about a model! I'm usually a passive shopper until I need something, so I walked up to the vehicle and it was locked. I stood there looking around for help eventually had to walk over to someone's desk to ask to unlock the vehicle. That was done and I brushed it off.

After crawling around the cabin, someone approached me to ask questions starting with "What are you looking at and are you looking to buy today?" Looking to buy today... Odd and somewhat abrasive. I've got a car ready to trade as soon as I find the right vehicle. He walks away while asking me to holler if I need anything. Okay... Brushed it off again.

I move to the back of the vehicle to open the tailgate and it's locked. I had to ask 2 people for help. Someone approaches and after briefly trying to open the back says "It's stuck."

Okay, that's disappointing, but I persist and ask for a test drive. "Not tonight at least for this one." I offer to test drive the used one outside! Despite at least 7 visible dealer employees around the showroom, they said everyone was busy and that I could set an appointment and come back. At that point, I saw 2 other customers with the one dealer employee with the others tucked behind computer screens. At this point, I'm awed at the experience and decide to leave. Entered literally excited, left downright confused and disappointed.

Visited this dealer for a Ford truck they listed online. Test drove it and looked at couple of other similar trucks. People were professional and did not pressure me to make a deal.

Linn Gardner was great. He gave me an honest price quote via email, which was a better deal than anything else I found in the area. And he actually stuck to the price that was quoted when I came in. Overall it was a hassle-free car buying experience.

What seem to be an exciting moment of buying a new...

What seem to be an exciting moment of buying a new car, has turned out to be a horrible and frustrating experience with Honda of Morgan Hill. Being left out in the cold with no apology or assistance to address our loan issue, and not admitting to a mistake on their end. The dealership has stopped communicating and provided no help/support.

Main frustrating issue has been Honda of Morgan Hill issuing/selling our car loan to a different financial institution without our consent or agreement, this is after mentioning it to the finance manager (Anthony Hatefy) several times when we were signing the contract that we wanted to have our car loan transferred to our credit union. We wrote down our credit union s name twice as reference on the credit application and brought in a CUDL brochure from our credit union. Additionally, Anthony entered our credit union s phone number and address in their computer system.
If it was not for me contacting my credit union to find out the status of the car loan and a surprised email from the other financial institution welcoming us to their auto loan program, we would not have known that our request had not been fulfilled.
When I contacted Anthony to get an explanation and find out what they can do to address our issue, he was very rude. When I asked Anthony to talk to the general manager, he refused (said he did not know how) to spell the GM s last name. When I asked Anthony to provide me with his last name, he refused to do so and said that I did not need to know that information. When I asked to be transferred to the GM s office, Anthony said he could not do so and then the phone call abruptly ended.
Called and left messages with the general manager (Dan Diedrich), he has yet to return any of my calls.
The only call back we received from the dealership was to tell us that there is nothing that they can do, but no offer to assist us. And although the dealership assured of a follow up call, we have yet to hear from them in over a week.

Instead of wasting my time with unanswered phone calls to the dealership, we are going thru the process of transferring the car loan from the financial institution that currently owns our loan to our credit union. Which means time and more paperwork, time wasted and paperwork that should have been avoided if Honda of Morgan Hill had done their job correctly. It is disappointing and frustrating that my wife and I have had to go thru this experience with Honda of Morgan Hill.

Looking back now there were some potential signs that should have raised red flags and although I m not necessarily saying that they were bad intention, I only suspect:
The sales person, Linn Gardner rushed us thru the process, he seemed to want to get rid of us as fast as possible so that he could get to the next customer. When he was filling out the paperwork, he was doing so in a rush, we asked him what was the hurry, and he told us that there was another buyer who was interested in buying the same car we were looking at and if he did not get it in on time, the other person was going to take it from us.

Although my wife enjoys driving her car, it will be the first and last time that we purchase a car from Honda of Morgan Hill. Ironic that the other day we received an email from Honda of Morgan Hill saying We would like to think of ourselves as part of your family and want you to know that we are here for you throughout your Honda journey. If this is how they treated us and we are part of their family, imagine how they treat non-family members.

Robert was very helpful. He listened to our concern and explained very carefully our repairs.
I can't say that from the Financial Department guy though. The guy was very selfish and he was not listening. Iowa and Idaho are 2 different states. Pay attention when a customer is talking .... Very desappointing.

I was really struggling with finding a new vehicle for my family member. We went to various dealerships trying to find the car we wanted. We were wonderfully acquainted by Sami who helped us get us exactly what we needed within our budget.

The financial advisor named Rodger is a big liar. He told me I could not remove Gap nor the extended warranty. The dealer Dean is awful he told me to relax when car buying is stressful. I am going to be in debt for 6 years. I still have yet to receive my refund for gap and the extended warranty

Great experience in purchasing my new Odyssey EXL 2019 in this honda dealership last weekend. The store is very clean and decent. It's not the crowded one like in other honda dealerships in bay areas. But they did a good or even better job.

I live in central valley, and I went to bay areas to buy a new car just for a good price. This dealership did give me a good price and saving my money. Also, they saved my time. The whole purchasing process only lasted at most 2 hours. Unbelievable!

Thanks to Riley who gave me a lot of help with patience. Anyway I highly recommend this dealership. If I buy the next honda car I will definitely try this dealership first.

Both my initial leasing experience and my easy lease end convert to purchase of my 2013 Honda Pilot from Morgan Hill Honda were handled very efficiently. The entire staff of sales associates, financial coordinators, and service department crew are very accommodating and friendly including associates not directly assisting with my purchase experience.

This is our families 3rd purchase in just the last year. We weren't really looking for a Honda this time but had such bad experiences at other dealers we thought we would see what Honda had and they worked it out again for us! We are official a Honda family! The staff is always so helpful in sales and when we come for service! They have tables set up at the front door with hand sanitizer, mask and gloves they also have a young lady that is always cleaning. This made me feel really comfortable with the precautions they are taking with covid.

We just had a baby and were in need of a larger vehicle, we ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot 4x4 Touring in March of 2012.

The Dealership is very nice and new. Everyone we were in contact with during the purchasing process were very friendly, and professional.

I already knew what price I wanted to pay and how much I wanted for my trade in, it was pretty easy to get considering I was being realistic with my expectations.

The entire process went very smoothly, however they did not have the Pilot we wanted in stock so we had to order it. When they received the Pilot I was called to pick it up. An hour or so before our pick up time I received a call saying there was some sort of noise coming from the engine and that they would have to look at it before I could pick it up. A couple days passed and I received another call that the Pilot was ready to be pickup, and that they ended up replacing a bad part on the vehicle. Again an hour or so before we were schedule to pick it up I received another call from my sales rep stated the transmission was now making some sort of noise. The next day the sales manager called me and said they were going to order another vehicle because he did not feel comfortable selling that Pilot to me. So I had to wait another week for my vehicle to come it, they did supply me with a loaner which was nice.

Finally my Pilot came in we did the paperwork, which went smoothly, and we took the Pilot home. We absolutely love our Pilot it's so easy to drive, plenty of power for our needs, and has all the bells and whistles we could ask for priced thousands of dollars less than the competitors. We chose to go with Honda due to the price and my experience with my previous Honda Vehicle, which I now use as a commuter (1998 Honda Civic 275,000 miles never had a major issue with it).

My major complaint is with Honda of Morgan Hill is the lack of follow-up after the purchase. I have not received a single phone call from my sales person (can't remember his name) to ask how the Pilot is working out for us. I received a generic email months later. Also due to all the issues/rescheduling we had our Sales Person PROMISED to sell me the side premium chrome running boards at dealer cost. He later quoted me $500.00 which is the standard price, I should have got it in writing.

Overall the dealership is good, don't expect any follow-up calls after purchase, and get everything in writing.

P.S if anyone at the dealership reads this and willing to make good on the sales person promise about the running boards, look up my info and give me a call..

Bought my first Honda after owning a Kia and I'm in love. I worked with Nico, JD, and Robert and they were very knowledgeable and made the whole process go very smooth. 2 months later and still love my Civic just as much as when I got first got it. Thank you guys, you rock!

Wish i could give negative star to this dealership. I will not recommend you to go to this dealer. They are making fool to the customers.
I talked to Internet Sales Manager Sam Samaha before 4 days for new Honda Accord and he quoted me the price which both of us agreed upon. I was calling him daily to confirm for the car and the price and daily he was giving COMMITMENT that he will give the car at same price. So i applied for financing from the bank also. Now today when i was about to leave from my place to get the car i thought to call him and confirm everything once again. Now they changed their mind and quoted me $600 more for the car. Even i talked to his manager and he was not ready to listen to me and talked to me very rudely. Customer Service is pathetic.

NEVER RELY ON THEIR COMMITMENTS. They can change their mind anytime. PLEASE NEVER GO this dealership to get a car.

I purchased a Honda Odyssey through this dealership based on the criteria I entered through the Costco Auto program. I have nothing but good things to say both about that program and working with Honda of Morgan Hill. It made the whole process of purchasing a car easy and simple. We worked with a rep named Reza who was fantastic. I'm sorry I can't recall the person we worked with in finance, but he was equally great to work with. While it is not as close as other dealers in my city, it is not that much further once rush hour dies down. For the price, the stellar staff, it was well worth it. Highly recommend them!

This place is horrible. Please avoid it. We bought our Honda clarity last year and bought the prepaid service which was sold to us with the promise that it can be used anywhere in the country. 1 year later I go to Honda nation and they will not accept the warranty. When I called victory Honda of Morgan hill, they told me that the service is only accepted at victory Honda and the sales guy doesn t work here and he basically sold me a lie. They made absolutely no attempt to help and said basically you lost your money. I am never going to buy a car from these guys ever again.

They don't know what they are quoting about when you ask for online quotes. When you will reach the dealership they will try to sell you different things. I won't recommend this dealership.

Dane was busy, still he acknowledged us and helped us explore the car. Taylor is new but is full of energy even at closing time she was smiling and excited to finish our transaction. We didn't go to buy but didn't feel any sales pressure either! Their accommodating approach got great price and trade in value and helped us get great deal on Honda Accord Hybrid 2020! Very friendly dealership. Roger made us aware of all our options with very competitive price to earn our business and to make us feel happy. Everyone we met their were respectful and friendly.Thank You Everyone!

Sales person, Josh, was a decent guy. Good stops here. Now the bad. I purchased a CPO 2014 accord with 8K miles or so from this place. A month from purchase date, paint started chipping on the rear bumper. Was surprised to find out it has been repainted. Took it to an independent body shop for inspection and to my great surprised my car had a major paint job done to it before it was sold to me. Pretty much most of passenger side of the car has been repainted. NOT A WORD mentioned to me by a dealer. Just the usual BS of "Our CPOs undergo 160+ point inspection. Rest assured, you are buying a phenomenally kept car". If they can't spot a paint job to the entire side of the car and a bumper during their "160 point inspection", they need to fire their entire service department. Now I have a piece of junk that I paid over 20K for. Trust this dealer, and you will get ripped off. Horrible. Horrible experience. Don't even think about buying a car from here. Give yourself a favor.

Great place for service. Got a replacement for a recall, got it done in a reasonable time. Staff are welcoming. Free coffee but no doughnuts, but that's just asking for too much. Will come back again.

We stopped by Honda of Morgan Hill on our way home after having a poor experience at Capitol Honda in San Jose. We were immediately greeted by a friendly highly informed salesman. This is not a pushy place looking to make a quick sale. They took their time with us and showed us various Honda's, my son settled on one and within hours we were done and on the road home in a brand new car! Before leaving the lot, my son was given extremely detailed instructions on how to use the various new gadgets in his fully loaded Honda. The next day, he received a call to see if he had any questions. The service is great, it's nearby, there is no need to go out to San Jose for a great price in a vehicle as well as expert and professional service.

Chadd the internet sales manager at Horgan Hill Honda was very rude. We had a terrible experience talking to him. He has great skills at showing disrespect and treating customers in a horrible manner. He was so good that we immediately walked out after the conversatuon, so good that we decided to give a one-star rating, so good that i will never buy a car from them.

To make a long story short. We saw a car on Victory Honda website listed for one price and by the time we arrived the next day the price has significantly changed. We made an appointment so they knew we were coming. At the very least they could have informed us of the price change but no... They dragged us half way through the paperwork credit checks etc. before I noticed the price change.

Once I told them about it and showed them the original price all they said was that was an old price and they couldn t do anything about it. The price literally changed over night.

They used this price to get us in the door and then try to pressure us to buy a car at a price we did not want

Be very careful when dealing with these people

Update...
Victory Honda reached out to me to resolve this issue. The gave me assurances that this was a situation of bad timing and they don't operate like that. They offered to help me find a Honda but we already found another car. Had to pay more but I it was worth it

Friendly and helpful, but never pushy service! I love my new CRV and Carlos walked me through everything teaching me how you use all of the high tech gadgets and things. I had no idea Honda's could be so high end! My car will literally drive itself for a short time, but then checks to see if I'm awake and if I don't respond will slowly stop itself, completely on its own for me! My husband and I came in late, but they stayed and took care of us even though we went past they're closing time. They have a decent selection of used cars as well as a huge selection of new ones. They have a nice play area for the kids and even gave them hot cocoa! I would highly recommend this location!!!!

We have purchased several cars/trucks over the yea...

We have purchased several cars/trucks over the years and worked with several dealerships. I am sorry to say that this was one of the worst experiences. The only pleasant part, ironically, was working with Roger in Financing. Where do I start!!!!!! Wow!!!
1) Sales - unorganized, uninformative and passed from one sales person to an intern sales person who just sat and babysat us. Unknowledgeable to any questions we had because he said he was very new.
2) Pricing - Told one price higher than sticker because of add-ons, which we found were not added on after all. Negotiated a price and sounded good, to find out after waiting on financing for 2 days that "oh they can't accept that offer. Attitude was "oh well, sorry" when we left.
3) Customer Service - Something to be desired. No communication and responses very delayed until we called. Promises not fulfilled.
3) Financing - Roger was great, but all paperwork we completed the day before just happened to be lost or misplaced and he had to re=enter all the information while we sat in his office.
4) Only 1 key was provided. Was told by the young sales person, that is how it came. NOT! All Toyota Tundras that year come with keyless entry, not just one key without a remote.
5) Presentation - After we took the truck home, we found there was dried heavily packed mud in the undercarriage. Looked like it was used for 4-wheeling in a mud field.
6) Service - Jose the manager was nice and arranged for us to have the remote and an extra key made. I also mentioned how filthy the truck was after we asked if it was be detailed. He said when they keys were made they will detail the truck inside and out.
I asked Jose to please check the truck which he also heard a thumping sound. In addition, there were missing lug nuts on 3 of the 4 tires, and no lug nut key was provided. The undercarriage was full of mud and all rusted as well
7) Pick-Up: We were told by Rob in service it was cleaned. He said the truck should have never left in that condition and thanked me for my understanding. The truck was in service for 5 days. I was told the truck was detailed on Friday AND Saturday. They replaced all the lug nuts which were all rusted. I did get the extra key and the remote. Told the noise we were hearing was from the old lug nuts (which weren't the right ones, very dangerous!) Noise is gone.
8) Conclusion: Disappointed after being "detailed" for two days, the outside of the truck was full of dust and looked exactly how we bought it, DIRTY! The inside looked like it was just lightly vacuumed. Dog hair between the seats. One of the speakers still had old dried residual from what appeared to be a spill. The rims were dirty, fingerprints on the hood chrome from oiled hands, had to use the windshield wipers to see out the window. This after "2 days of detailing and in service for 5 days".
The whole ordeal was overall dissappointing!!!!
Please don't respond with your canned response providing an email. I have that already sending a more detailed email and pictures.
