From the first phone call I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. Service was scheduled immediately next day. My service tech Hal was on time and also friendly and professional. Spent time to find and fix the problem. Explained process as we was working and also explained special deals on other services. I will definitely call them again for any upcoming services I need in the future.
Mike D. performed a professional and comprehensive diagnostic service of our furnace. He took his time to carefully look at all of the components of our old furnace. He explained the purpose of each component and showed us pictures of problem areas. He also showed us pictures in a book to illustrate potential problems that we may encounter down the line.
Mike D. did not try to push us into purchasing any new parts. He simply showed us potential issues with our furnace and explained our options for fixing them. He was concerned primarily about the safety of the furnace and his focus was on providing a safe furnace for our home.

I had a clogged floor drain in my basement. Called around 630p and they had a guy to my house in about a hour and a half. John was the plumber they sent, he was very professional, friendly and talented. Unclogged the drain quickly at the flat fee of $99. I really like how they list prices on their website, almost all other placed did not list how much it would cost. I will definitely use them again (hopefully I wont have to!).

I called them for their advertised $69.95 (?) unclog a drain service. The plumber said the venting was not up to code and quoted $2000 to replace the slop sink. When I recoiled, he allowed as to how he *might* get it up to code for $700. So, stupidly, I accepted.
That turned out to be 15 minutes' work cutting one PVC pipe and attaching two other pieces. He then tried to leave without unclogging the drain. The clog turned out to be nowhere near the slop sink, of course. But it was cleared.
When I responded to Gillece's customer satisfaction survey with the details, the response was "we don't base estimates on time and materials". I suppose that means, they will charge whatever they think they can get away with.
They did offer me a 10% coupon for my next visit, though. LOL.

We called Gillece after a failed plumbing DIY. From the woman who answered the phones, to the consultation, and the actual repair, the customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. When it comes to the actual repairs, they were done quickly, well done, and honestly this is the first time I've had someone come work at my house that I didn't have to clean up after! For a bit of a nightmare situation, they made me feel at ease and came up with multiple solutions to fit our budget. It was an amazing experience!
Woke up to a fun Christmas morning with a flooded basement at my grandparents home. Water was coming up from the floor drains and we had no idea why. Called first thing on the 26th and they were able to send someone out by noon that same day. The technician Steven Thompson Sr. was incredibly polite to my 80 yr old grandparents and walked them through what the possible causes could and educated them on keeping issues like this from happening in the future. Clog was in the external trap leading to the street, Steven was able to assess, diagnose and alleviate the issue within an hour all while explaining each process to my grandparents. We had a plumbing issue several months ago and called gillece because they were cheap and could come out that day. They ran a "camera inspection" through our pipes and told us that we had cracked terra cotta pipes and it would cost us 10k to fix. Naturally, we were scared and wanted a second opinion before such a big investment. Long story short, my husband and father ended up renting an electric snake from a hardware store and had our issue resolved that day for under $40 with no issues since. Since then I tell everyone not to go to them and I hear horror story after horror story about them... running fake video feed of broken pipes to scare people into using their services... installing furnaces and then not coming out to service them... taking advantage of the elderly, even. Local plumbers laugh when you mention them because they're such a joke. Please do not use them; they whipped us into a frenzy over an issue that turned out to be nothing. I don't even know how they've managed to maintain as high of a rating as three stars on here; just ask anyone who has used them and they'll tell you to stay far away!

I had a pipe burst due to the extremely cold day we had and they came out the same day and had me back up and running. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service.
The techs that did the install were awesome, professional and personable. The work was done well and cleanup was great. My only complaint was in the scheduling. It took multiple try s to finally get the team to the house.

They did show up in the time frame they said they would on a Saturday. The price for the job thing is crap in my opinion, no details on bill about what supplies they used so you don't really know what your paying for. It seems to me the technician can charge whatever he feels like charging that day, he even tried to get me to let him tear my kitchen cabinets out so he wouldn't have to go under the house. I think their tactic is to make up dumb things like needing to tear out cabinets, so you don't notice your being over charged for a simple job. Over all not impressed.

Save yourself some time and call Arnold and Sons. All the guy from Gilleece did was pretend to snake my drain. He then proceeded to up sell me on other services after telling me the snake wouldn t work. The Plumber from Arnold and Sons actually tried, and guess what? He got the job done. Gileece didn t charge me, but no work got done either. Such a difference between what happened today versus yesterday. Like I said call Arnold and Sons.
Didn't bother telling me or my real estate agent that they don't give estimates to home buyers under contract/in the inspection process without the owner present. We made it very clear that that this was the case, yet we didn't find out until the appointment was accidentally canceled (by me) and that was their reason for not being able to rebook when I realized my mistake 10 minutes later.
The woman I spoke with said she was the Assistant Manager of something, but I am guessing it isn't Customer Service based on the condescending way she spoke to me (ex: "well I am SORRY we inconvenienced you," "that's not how it works.")

Steven Thompson is a straight up good guy before I called I look up the reviews and saw his name with 5star reviews about a hundred times so I ask him personally and I m sure glad I did he took his time with us even though companies that came before never showed us what the actual problem was and how we can fix for good and of course it cost us a bit of money but have you ever really saw what they work in my sewer was 10foot deep super dangerous to . Stephen treated me fair he was patient with my wife and me he showed us everything on the camera step-by-step I didn t feel like I was pushed to do anything and I believe that after this fix we will never have this problem again to reinsure me of that they gave me a lifetime warranty with the work that they did which nobody gives they also started the next day which I was very thankful for being that we had raw sewage in our basement .Thanks for everything Gillece and Mr Thompson.

If the way their employees drive is any aspect of how they work I dont want them near my house. Had a driver today driving like a real jag off with my baby in the car. All over my bumper laying on the horn and then proceeded to flick me off while he pulled into their building! I guess when you dont fly out of somewhere when they let you out or you dont drive thru the cars in front of you (if you know bridgeville traffic you know its bad) then that's reason enough! Let's not think about the fact that I had a BABY in my car! When I called to report this guy...NOTHING! what a joke wait til they hurt someone one day. Oh not to mention one of their drivers hit and ran on me 11 years ago!

They did show up when they said they were going to and after a quick inspection he seemed to determine the issue with my electric. However when told about the work that he said needed done I was quoted a price tag of 10,000 dollars!!!! I proceeded to talk to other electricians about the work and most were absolutely as shocked as I was and told me that the work and materials at most should be around 5-6 thousand. I also priced out materials to do the job myself and found that I could do it for around 1500. When I called back to find out why they were so high on their estimate I was told that the technicians set their own prices. Basically I paid them 65 dollars for them to tell me they were going to grossly over charge me. Don't waste your time. If zero stars was an option that would still be to generous.
I had a great service experience with Gillece. Our AC wasn't working properly and was leaking water from the air handler. Ron was on time and very helpful. explained everything including different service options. it was fixed quickly and done right. way better than their competitor that I used to use.
Absolutely Best Company.Steven Thompson is a hard worked and helped me out so much.We had to dig up a section of our old clay terra cotta pipe and these guys are great Harvey was the one who installed the work and Steve is the one who showed me the problem and gave me a honest price .It s finally fixed for good so no more snaking every 6mnths Steve showed how as long as your pipes are good you shouldn t have to snake them and now that it s fixed I m looking forward to it .
