Excellent staff. Most are helpful. Dusty store though. People with severe allergies bring extra tissues.

The store is very open and well lit. The staff was kind and curteous. Their selection of "dress shirts" isn't the biggest, but maybe i was just being difficult.

This has always been my favorite GT to shop at. The store is well stoked, and clean also easy to move around in. You can't beat the prices either. I enjoy the GT vip membership now to, it's a great idea !!

Lots of selections,big store but very limited for large men's sizes 2XL and up.

Went tothe NEW St. Laurent stores' grand opening. Could /should have stayed home. GT is only half open. A lot of things still missing.

Your giant tiger for three years now I'm a complaint about to Cashiers that are not friendly very rude and then ask a question and can't seem to help me out or find somebody who can help me out I know that you guys are busy you're stressed but you cannot put it on us thank you

I love Giant Tiger, they have clothes, household items (sheets, towels, curtains etc...) and groceries at discount prices - amazing bargains!

Please just adhere to the Retail Council of Canada Scanner Accuracy that you are apart of instead of involving 5 different employees to do this during this crisis

Definitely the best Giant Tiger location in Ottawa. Large selection of clothes, home decor and grocery items. The staff is never overly helpful or friendly, but the size of the location and selection makes up for it.
