Good guys. Parked overnight on their dock and they didn't wake me up as soon as they came in

I'm loading at the Second plant of this company. 423 Ww Industrial Park drive. One more awful place for a flatbed drivers. My appointment is 12 noon. I checked in at 10 am. My load must be delivered straight through, and, guess what... Product is not readt. -"When is it going to be ready?" - I asked a round noon. - " 5 hours from now" - replied the warehouse worker. Is it not wonderfull? People schedule appointments and do not even now about product status. 7 hours are lost.
