I did not give this company the authority to withdraw 237.00 out of my account. I even sent them a Certified letter saying so. They are one in a long list of companies defrauding people. I am going to refer this to State District Attorney and see if I can get answers. My real score is -3 Stars.

DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Sad to trust a company to be taken advantage of. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for 7 months and when I called to cancel, I was ASSURED my (approximately) $1800.00 would be returned to my bank account. NOT 1 CENT was returned to me... THEY KEPT EVERY PENNY, AND TOLD ME 'SORRY YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, REFER TO YOUR AGREEMENT, THIS MONEY WAS USED FOR SET UP AND "THINGS LIKE" ... HERE IS THE EXACT WORDING "The fees for your program however must still be applied for the work done thus far. These cover things like your initial startup, the creation of your Global Holdings account, notary meetings, attorney retainer cost, check in calls with our servicing team, as well as issuing Power of Attorney documents to your creditors and so on. We hope this clears up any confusion regarding your refund." REAL PROFESSIONAL??? What company uses terminology 'THINGS LIKE'... AND THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. FYI, you can contact your creditors and request an arrangement (I DID AND THEY ARE NOT REPORTING ANY DAMAGING INFORMATION TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES!!!) and they STOPPED all finance charges!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR GLOBAL HOLDINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Names trade as Newport Legal Group, Concord, MA , Global Holdings LLC and Greene Legal Group, LLC Hopefully this deters anyone from signing with this/these companies

I am VERY UPSET with this company. They made a DOUBLE withdrawal from my bank account overnight last night, $757 each time, which is over $1400, this left my bank account in a negative balance causing me to have NO MONEY this entire weekend. I tried calling and can't even speak to anyone about it until Monday Pacific time and I am in Eastern time, so I am without money from today (Saturday) until Monday after noon. Very poor way to run a business.
The Customer Service Rep that I spoke to was incredible. She walked me step by step to get what I needed. She was kind, she was sweet, she was helpful, she was patient, she was everything you wish you'd find when interacting with another person. Thank you ma'am. Your kindness has made an impact in my life and I will always remember our interaction.
Global Holdings is helping my husband get his life back! After nearly losing his life and losing his job he didn't know how he was going to pay his mounting bills which consist of more interest than anything else. GH is really working hard to negotiate that debt.
I wouldn't use these people either .their salesman talked me into signing up even though I couldn't afford it. He said he would call to check with me if they could take payment from my account. No call, so now I have stuff bouncing in my account just want tell them thanks for nothing
Do not use these scammers. They take money but do not send any to open accounts . Their fees are the bulk of your payment and they tell you to quit paying because they are negotiating. Give me a break. There has been legal action against them before. Look it up. In California of course. Global sucks. Scammers!
