Hi there please don t waste your money on this company they are a total mess I opened and account with mr John Gregory he was very helpful and on top of the costumers now I send him and email he replied right away unfortunately he is not working with ordermark any more can get no one to fix the issue won t be doing business with this none cense company

Very bad service, the whole idea sounds good, at the beginning, but then you have to deal with your delivery app's tablet and ordermark tablet too. Very dishonest company, if you want to cancel the service, they need a 30 days notice in advance. Not recommended at all

Being able to go from 5 tablets to just 1 tablet is life changing, especially in the restaurant industry. My employees love Ordermark! We can't thank them enough for providing exceptional customer support when we need to resolve issues with our online ordering services. Ordermark you rock!

Worst customer service. After having this service for 10months tired to cancel due to constant down time and you have to deal with all the tablets makes no sense. Issues take for ever to resolve 30 days cancellation notice make yourself a favor and don t get this serve!!!

As someone that love simplicity , Ordermark offers my restaurant simple way to receive all my orders in to one tablet and one printer. Great customer support line, every time I've had issues regarding an order or a up charge they were incredible in helping me. I strongly recommend Ordermark to any restaurant owner

10k lost of business, no manager or supervisor.
Calling 3 times a day for the 5th day in a row.
ADVICE TO ALL FELLOW RESTAURANT OWNERS: Switch immediately or your lost will be greater! Ordermark where are you?

Very dishonest company, We have tried them for 1 week to see if they can keep their word about combining all orders in to one tablet, Not only could they not succeed in merging seamless/grubhub but also charged us fees after the cancellation of the services. Although we rejected the charges they have sent the case to collection agencies.

This company is suck! I got the tablet on the march 15th and there customer service number never have anyone answering the phone call. I left message and no one ever give me a call back. I cannot use it until no April 21st. Don't ever purchase it
