Very Unprofessional.. This company doesn't care anything about humanity or humans to be exact. Very very unorganized.. EVIL!!

I have been working with Greenberg, Grant & Richards for about 10 years in helping with our collections. They have been extremely professional and have done a tremendous job in collecting past dues that our company was unable to collect. We have also taken several accounts to court with good results. Their communication with us has been wonderful. We are part of a nationwide company and I have referred all of our branches across the US to them. Brent Davey has done an excellent job and I have enjoyed working with him and his team all these years. I have had many collection agencies reach out to me to make a switch and I have never considered making that change. I give this reliable, productive and very professional firm 5 stars!

I HAVE TRIED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE, BUT NOT GETTING IT RESOLVED.
THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR ANOTHER SUITE NEXT TO US THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OURS OR OUR BUSINESS.
NOW THEY ARE PUTTING AN INCORRECT NAME ON THE ACCOUNT WHEN CLEARLY THE BILL FROM TXU WAS ADDRESS TO ANOTHER SUITE THAT WAS SERVICED. WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS IN THE SAME LOCATION.

I have worked with Phil V for many years, although we do not have many claims to turn over we have always been made to feel like our cases are just as important as a big firms may be. They are exceptional to work with and have always been successful in collecting receivables that I had exhausted every angle I had. They have been a great help also in just answering a few questions about a new client that i may be a little concerned about giving "open account" too.

Have been dealing with GGR for over 6 years now, and very satisfy with the result, my main contact there is Matthew Thornton, very professional and always reply fast to any request. I do recommend this company to help collect the debt you often considered a complete write off, they make miracles.

Great Company! I have worked with Buford for 6 years. Buford has always been honest, and upfront about every account I have placed with him and the fees are very fair. The collection rate has been great, even working hard to collect the contract fees for late payments. He has been very easy to work with, and has amazing customer service. Always returns my calls, and answers all my questions thoroughly. I really like that I can call Buford for any account and not passed on to multiple people. I will be using Buford and Greenberg, Grant & Richards for all my collection needs. I could not be happier with their performance.

Great company to work with. Everyone, especially Ron Markovits, is very nice. They manage to collect on those problematic accounts.

This company called me saying they are doing investigation on the business assets such as computers and corona virus ppc loans. They said they hired private investigator from Commercial Asset Investigation company. I did some google research and it says it is a scam, and it looks like they are saying the same things over and over.

We have been using GGR for more than 8 years now. Matt Thornton is my contact. I have worked in AR for 34yrs. In that time I have worked with numerous agencies and GGR in my opinion is top rated. Obviously their ability to collect is impressive. The ease of placing accounts is seamless. Their team of collectors are tenacious and extremely effective. The communications skills is above par. Their services has been a great asset to us in recovery bad debt. We strongly recommend them.
