I had solar panels installed on my house in August 2015. This past September 2016 I found out that the panels were never turned on. I contacted the company several times about the issue and no one is returning any of my calls. I called today to find out that my number had be blocked from calling the company. I've been very patient with this company. Also, this isn't the first time I've written a review. I don't know what else to do but seek legal advise.

After major research on how to improve our home s efficiency, we gave this company a call. They sent out a guy to show us all the ways we can improve our home to insure lower energy cost but also add some more value to our property. Certainly was a pleasant experience for us. We can see that they have made corporate changes to better the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

one star is 100% more than this company deserves. Over two years with the product, several thousands of dollars spent, many unanswered calls and emails to address issues for the products installed that have not resulted in any positive results as originally sold to us. I would be open to joining a class action law suit if one is available. I highly recommend not using this company.

Called to inquire about solar energy and renewable energy in general. They were super knowledgeable!! Answered all my questions and even shared some valuable energy tips with me. I didn t end up getting solar but I was impressed with how great the staff was even though I didn t buy anything. I can tell they are eager to educate homeowners about renewable and more efficient energy!

What a sham, I have tried for months to get an invoice on the products and labor this company provided. Their response was "we don't do that". What company cannot supply a list of items a customer is charged and the price per item cost, including labor? They ruined the top of my vintage console when spraying the foam into my attic. They sent a crew who did not speak English, so none of my questions could be answered. After reading all the reviews, I have been given the same treatment as those of you who have had an issue with this company. After several calls and complaints to this company, they gave me a $100 refund but nothing more. Stay away from these guys and the next time I attend a Home and Garden Show, I plan to let the sponsors of the show know of the terrible reviews this company has gotten from consumers. I also plan to seek the company out at the show, and ask them why they promote themselves in such a grand manner but fail to address the issues that customers have with them. WHY? This experience has certainly taught me a lesson, a very expensive and time wasting one. Is there any of the other dissatisfied customers that have taken legal action? My friend Ashlee M. referred me to this company and it was such a great referral because they lived up to it. They did an excellent job serving me and my family. The staff member that I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and the price was well within my budget, so I am a happy camper.

We were promised at 40% savings and after a year haven't seen that!! We were told 5 panels would handle the house and 10 would give excess to sell back. Each panel only produces .9 amps at 220 volts, that only produces 9 amps of power, our pool pump uses 8 amps, not the promised saving!!! The whole package we purchased ( based on their sales pitch) was radiant barrier ( which has helped) and solar powered attic fans. for a major investment to save $300.00 a year it is going to take 17 years for the this system to pay back!! We had a meeting with their who promised a resolution after Christmas, no follow up as have since found out he has left, just like other contacts with this company, don't walk away from this company RUN!!

My parents installed panels from Global Efficient Energy. We live in Texas so naturally, it's super hot almost all year. Warm weather means higher electricity bills. As of right now, they're saving almost 60%! It's incredible. They didn't see savings right away though so we had someone come out and help us understand the small adjustments we had to make in order to see a lower bill every month. They have great customer service and are so excited when we send them our bills every month.

If you can find my complaint with BBB, I m still angry and beyond angry. Tell me this, if 50% saving on electric bill of $200.00 = $100.00 then why the F#&$ That I only get about $45.00 saving per month?
Global Efficient Energy convinced me that 16 solar panels would give me about 750-800 kWh per month with long day of sun shine. I was assure that if I go with 20 solar panels, I would get at least 900-1000 kWh per month base on 30 days of continuous sunshine. Highest kWh that I got since July 2016 in 30 days electric bill cycle was 830 kWh. NEVER NEVER get to what GEE assured me of 900-1000 kWh!
I don t have enough funds to file for law suit against GEE. KUDOS to those customers who gave them ***** 5stars. GEE don t even deserve 1star from me, if you want to know what a rip off feel like. Go head use this company. You going to be sorry!!!

DON T USE GLOBAL EFFICIENT ENERGY!

We really had a wonderful experience with our solar salesman. The installation of the solar was wonderful. We had a 7kw solar system installed and we have been seeing some good savings from it. I've been wanting to do this for a long time and everyone we called was just a typical contractor. The company was very informative.
