I needed a new battery in my 640i and Adrian Pena was my service rep. He was very efficient, kept me updated on the progress and advised me of the other items that were checked. The day prior to the service he provided a very accurate estimate. Additionally he was polite and courteous - enjoyable to work with!

Quite possibly the worst experience I could imagin...

Quite possibly the worst experience I could imagine. I haven't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and was very excited to get a BMW. When we first saw the car, it was nowhere near clean but not the end of the world. It also had a couple of scratches which we were promised would be taken care of where we wouldn't even notice them. We planned to come back 3 days later.

We had to call 4 separate times to find out if the car was truly ready for pickup, was told it would be done by noon. At 1pm the car showed up, not clean at all - wasn't vacuumed, wheels were covered in break dust, food still stuck to the cup holders, and neither of the scratches were removed. 1 wasn't touched, the other looked like they took a black permanent marker to try to cover it up.

Of course our original salesman Bruce wasn't on site when we came back (which he never told us until we got there), neither the previous manager when we first looked at the car. The manager on site said he couldn't do anything bc he doesn't know what we were told. Wow. Never once made an attempt to contact Bruce or the original manager, never offered to do anything about the scratches (but did offer to get the car clean, which was already supposed to be done). Instead he offered "you don't have to purchase the car if you don't want".

That was when we got up and walked out the door, and drove back to St Pete (after all the financing paperwork was prepped and just waiting for our signature). Drive time included, about 12 hours time completely wasted and I don't think BMW batted an eye about it.

Absolute terrible service and I would strongly recommend never going to this dealership. They made zero effort keeping us updated, zero effort making sure they were selling a clean car, and made zero effort keeping our business.

The ironic part about this is they told us how important it is to buy a "full circle vehicle" (prior owner purchased from them, serviced with them, then traded it in). If they aren't capable of cleaning a car, I question their capability of servicing one.

I had the pleasure of being assigned Chuck Griffit...

I had the pleasure of being assigned Chuck Griffith as my Service Advisor. He worked my need for a tire replacement into what was obviously an extremely busy day at Germain BMW. He kept me informed as to the progress and while they had the car saw that all fluids were checked, car washed and vacuumed. I was so very grateful for his efforts and those of the BMW staff needed to see my car successfully out the door in a little over an hours time.

Chuck left me feeling as though I could call him with any/all questions and issues moving forward which is most comforting. His customer service is to be applauded and appreciated.

We purchased our first BMW from Bramen @ West Palm Beach after being disappointed at old Germain on Davis Blvd. The dealership on Immokolee Road is "cut from a different cloth". Their service on our previous BMW brought us in for a new sales visit and Jason Durston, Neal and Francesca made that visit a pleasure and we're driving a new 5 Series. These folks are fun, professional, detail oriented and will make it happen for you and get you home in time to feed your new kitten!

*WARNING* Do not buy or get your car serviced here. This dealership just cares about making a sale and not helping the customer experience.

My 86 year old father was taken advantage of at this dealership. He brought his 2017 BMW in for a routine maintenance check and they charged him over $6,000. They refused to help him with his warrenty. They actually told him he should just buy a new car since his 2017 had so many issues.

Once he told me that I brought the car to a BMW dealership in Ft Myers and got the car repaired for free. GERMAIN DEALERSHIPS ARE SUCH CROOKS! Why take advantage of an 86 year old man just to make a sale during these tough pandemic times. It's sad but i will make sure all my friends and family stay away from these dealerships!

I came here for an oil change and Christian was my service adviser. He was exceptional! I am always wary of going to the dealership because of all the horror stories I have heard. I have been here twice and this second time sealed the deal--all my services will be performed here. I used to take it around to other BMW specialists, but this dealership is far superior.

After I experienced a concerning issue with my 750Li while running errands, I immediately called service at Germain BMW, Naples, FL., leaving message for my service manager. Charles Griffith immediately returned my call, however at this point I was already in route to the dealership. When I arrived, the service team had already been informed by Chuck (Charles Griffith) that I was in route and they were waiting when I did arrived. Within minutes of my arrival I was then greeted by Chuck whom I discussed my issues with. He explained the process thoroughly with me, then sent me off in a loaner vehicle. Throughout the time my car was in service, Chuck kept me informed on a regular basis, explaining every issue in a manner I could understand. I have dealt with Chuck in the past and he is always on point, considerate and willing to go out of his way to make sure his customer is satisfied in all aspects. I would highly recommend Germain BMW and its service department, giving them (Charles Griffith) the highest review possible. Thank you Charles (Chuck) Griffith.... you are the best!!

I brought my 2006 Z4 for an annual oil change and service. It was a pretty minor moment for any BMW dealership which routinely deals with BMW high end cars, some of which run over $100,000. Yet my service writer, Rhoel Gray, treated me like I was the most important customer he had seen that day. He showed real interest in the car and its condition. That was very cool. The service was prompt. We waited comfortably in the waiting room which provided free wi-fi. And the price of the service was quite reasonable. This is a brilliant dealership. And Rhoel Gray is a real asset to the firm. Can't recommend highly enough.

Reply to your response: my car is a two seater, no back seats and no back plates. Replacement of perfectly good plates at $800 is outrageous. And you obviously didn't read that another shop didn't even have to take anything apart, they just untwisted the seatbelt within two minutes! There was nothing wrong with anything inside requiring replacement. For your dealership to quote me a replacement without ever taking it apart and seeing whether replacement is even required is absurd. No taking apart was even required.

My original message:
Incompetent scam artists. I came in with two simple things, one seatbelt was twisted and wouldn't retract back in. And seatbelt holders/hooks seemed broken- split in center.

They just looked and said, are you sitting down?, $1,600!!!! $800 for each non issue. Of course I was gone.

Another shop just pushed the seatbelt in within two minutes of trying. Charged zero! And holders weren't broken at all, they always split in middle. Shouldn't the dealership know what their own seatbelt hooks look like? Were they going to install the same split in middle holders and charge me $800 for that? I'm blown away. They have to be reported somewhere.

I traveled all the way from Fort Myers to see Chris Tuttle and Jim McGinn at Germain BMW in Naples. I've worked with Chris at the BMW of Fort Myers when I bought my last BMW (he has since relocated to the Naples BMW Center) and read rave reviews about Jim on this and other websites. I came in late and Chris greeted me since all the sales people were busy closing sales. After poking around their beautiful dealership for a few moments, Jim came out and we hit it off immediately.

The man know his stuff. He is an avid BMW fan and has owned several of these cars so he knows them inside & out.

After showing me a few key features on the nearly equally equipped cars, we took a 535i and a 550i out on a test drive. I fell in love with that 4.4L twin turbo V-8! After the drive, I had a nice chat with Chris and Jim in the sales office and it turned out that I had kept him there for about an hour and a half after closing.

We've shared a few pleasant emails since then and although we weren't able to get a deal done (perhaps my budget made my numbers a little too aggressive), I would still recommend Germain BMW to anyone. Chris is a great sales manager and Jim McGinn is one of the best salesmen I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Product knowledge and honesty are what sets him apart from the typical salesman. Make sure you ask for him when you go there.

I would love to complete a sale with them - maybe next time!

Can't be trusted with your car. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Spent $800 in service, only to spend few hundred more fixing damage caused by them. Car came back with two exterior & a interior trim damaged which they wont take responsibility for and now I have to fix myself.

I bought a BMW X5 this week from Germain BMW of Naples. After having looked., test drove, and negotiated with other dealers for the same car over the past 5 months...there was always a catch, always something that was difficult. But not at Germain. I was in and out. My salesperson, Kevin Browne, gathered the documents and handled a good part of the transaction admin while I tended to other business. The team was helpful, fast, knowledgeable, and the purchase was easy.

Lastly, if you live in Naples, the service deals are excellent. Looking forward to working with them on my wife's car purchase.

I ve been working with Adrian Pena at Germaine for 3 years now and he always provides great service. I especially appreciate his communication and that he always does what he says, on time and thoroughly. Most recently I took my car in thinking I needed front brakes only to have him call to say only that the brake lines needed flushed my brakes were fine. Quite a difference in expected maintenance expenses, thanks to Germaine and Adrian!

Zero stars on delivery of my new vehicle...covered in spots of wax, didn't have my windscreen, floormats and other included items, had only 1/4 tank of gas and the only thing provided to me in my goodie bag was my cars manual.
Service is almost as bad, in that I came in for a flat tire, was provided a loaner for them to order, and then when it was ready I waited 2 hours because they realized when they stated my car to bring it to me they had CHANGED THE WRONG TIRE!!!
You make your own decision.

I got a full debriefing on maintenance items completed and what I would be able to expect from wear items. The wait was comfortable and the car was cleaned for me.

The staff are nice but as far as getting through to the engineering department to discuss issues... I called and left messages at least 5 times and gave up. No one would call me back. (Same with talking with the finance department. They seemed to be going through multiple personnel changes.) Instead, I looked up the issues online and got some of the answers I needed. But for a new client to have to do that isn t good. Somewhere management isn t jiving.

George Donovan has been my service advisor for many years and the purchase or lease of several BMW's. George has always taken care of us with genuine concern and great service. I trust George - when he says something , it is always the truth.

Just last week, I had scheduled service on one of my BMW's. I asked George if he could arrange to have an X5 Loaner so my wife could become familiar with the vehicle, driving, and features such as Navigation etc. I wanted to do this since my wife's BMW lease is up in several months.

I don't know how he did it but George had an X5 for me as a loner and it allowed my wife to get acquainted with her first SUV and was able to make favorable comparisons with other SUBV her friends own and drive.

I was equally impressed with the X5 since the NAV system is new and much better than previous versions. The cockpit is comfortable, efficient and offers some important safety features. Admittedly, the downsides are the height of entering or exiting the front seat. and the wide rear window brace bar that obscures rear vision..

The effort that George made to arrange the X5 loaner was the best sales promotion than any salesman could have offered. Having the loaner allowed my wife to get accustomed to the new vehicle on HER speed and not on a brief drive with the salesman or look/see on the lot.

I suspect we will lease a new X5 and the credit goes to George Donovan for making the loaner happen.
