Frank Angielillo was my agent and very pleasant to work with. The team was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They persuaded me to lease rather than buy which I hope is a good decision. I was unhappy with the trade in value of my used car, and somewhat leary of some bad reviews of the service department but we will wait to see as I just bought this X3. Frank has been more than helpful and he gets high marks as a salesman from me.
