Absolutely amazing experience from a pretty disastrous situation. I am from Vermont and on a Friday afternoon my car broke down. I called Germain BMW and explained we were on our way with my car on a tow truck...they close at 6pm, we arrived at 5:59pm!! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful...I got a loaner car and recieved phone calls with updates. Adrian was absolutely the best!! He is super helpful and made this entire process very stress free. I am beyond grateful to him for all he did to help me get my car fixed. Your dealership is truly the best!!

We made contact with Alex Pope to find out if he could assist with purchasing a BMW via the European Delivery programme. It didnt take time to make an appointment and we met him and he explained and helped us go through all the documents and look for the right BMW we wanted. He has been extremely helpful even up until we took delivery in MUNICH. Alex thank you for doing the paper work for us and making life easy for us, we enjoyed driving our car in Germany. I purchased a car from Germain BMW on 12/16/12. W...

I purchased a car from Germain BMW on 12/16/12. Within 6 months of purchasing the vehicle, the transmission gave out and the sunroof broke. I did not test the sun roof on the test drive. Germain failed to mention that within 300 miles I would need a 60,000 service that would cost around $1400. Within 6 months of buying the car, I had to spend $2500.00 to keep the loan on track with BMW Financial North America due to servicing and maintenance not mentioned by Germain BMW.
I had contacted Germain and they said the vehicle was as is, but I could gladly trade it in for another one, per Peter Martin, the salesman. I appealed the decision higher, to Mr. Steven Hill, hoping they may be able to change my finance deal, or provide me some type of service that may offset the costs I incurred. Soon enough it was realized nothing would be done.
I kept getting mail from Germain BMW, long after our dispute, and had asked Mr. Steven Hill to not contact me from the dealership anymore. [No contact order/entire dealership, I did not want anymore business with them.] I provided Mr. Hill all of my information, and he assured me I was removed from all of their contact lists.
I received more mail today, and called Germain to talk to them. My call was not returned, so I went to the dealership to find out why I was still getting mail after I was assured time and time again there was a no contact order processed.
After waiting for 30 minutes, I was able to meet with Larry and Flavio Gallasso (the name on the letter that was mailed to me). I never got to meet with Mr. Hill who processed the order, and was belittled by Flavio, and asked to move to different seating places in the dealership as Flavio vented his frustration. I received a letter from Germain BMW, with Flavio's name at the bottom. He assured me that it did not come from the dealership, but it came from BMW North America.
I contacted BMW North America, and they confirmed the letter was sent by the dealership, and had nothing to do with BMW North America.
I was lied to, harassed, and incurred financial damages because of Germain BMW, and they could not respect me enough to just leave me alone. A BMW North America Marketing Manager rep is on the way to the dealership today to speak with them and to 'lay down the law' per BMW North America.

Hopefully this ends my communication with Germain. I have not left a review to date due to outstanding issues, but I hope this is the end of me having to deal with Germain BMW, or any Germain affiliates ever again. I would gladly finance with BMW North America, but I would highly, highly, highly recommend that you avoid this dealership.

I contacted both BMW North America and BMW Financial; the offer was on behalf of the dealership, and not a 3rd party as Germain is stating. I have already contacted all divisions and requested no contact from the Germain Dealership, seeming as they cannot honor this. Mr. Flavio is changing his statements as written below. The verbal conversation we had that day differed. I have a complete version of the minutes of everything discussed from walking in the door, to being asked to leave the dealership. This is an untrustworthy business, and they will change what they say. I never did get the manual promised to me either. After I signed the contract, they seemed to forget what they owed me.

Outstanding service from BMW Germain in Naples. Not so much from another BMW dealership nearby. I had an A/C problem and took my car to the dealer where I purchased it (new in dec 2013). I was told that the earliest available appointment appointment was 4 business days away, and no loaner would be available, but there was a rental agency in-house where I could rent a car at my expense. I left and
went to Germain in Naples. What a difference!! They asked if I could wait about an hour, to give them a chance to trouble shoot. I stayed, and 45 minutes later the service coordinator and technician told me that they needed a new part which would be available the next morning and, since they were also short on loaner cars, they
pulled a brand new car off the sales lot for me to drive. Next morning my car was ready as promised. Thank you Victor Meola!

I bought a 2012 BMW X5 from Germain BMW. I was looking all over the east coast for a specific model and Germain BMW happened to have it. I live in North Carolina and have never bought a car remotely before. But the salesman at the dealership was very helpful and the reviews of the dealership on Google were overwhelmingly positive. I was happy with my experience and Kevin Brown the sales manager worked with me to fix the only small problem I experienced.

Cordiality, total focus on customer satisfaction, knowledge in the product I m interested - the electric i3. And he knew from the begging I was not going to buy the vehicle, because I live abroad. The reasons that I go to Germain BMW for my services are :-
1. I leased the car from them.
2. My service associate ( Rhoel Gray ) is perhaps the best service associate it has ever been my pleasure to have to deal with - and I have many years of dealing with car services.

Rhoel is very courteous, very respectful, very knowledgeable, very affable, very helpful and someone who I trust to give me the information which I need to ensure that I am in the car which is properly serviced and the right car for me, at all times. I have never been let down by him ( or the dealership ) since I came to live in Naples, four years ago. Hopefully, our relationship will continue for many years.

I have purchased 2 BMWs from Germain in the last year, a 2017 X5 and more recently a 2019 M850. Both cars were purchased used but were in new condition. The used car department is excellent and made things quick and easy, and I've been assigned Adrian Pena as service advisor, and he is excellent and very helpful. Nice having such a great dealership right down the road from Bonita Springs.

I just had to write a review as I am impressed with Germain of Naples and the quality of service received I recommend this dealer.
A recap of what happened . I live in East Fort Myers and had to take my my 2016 550D to Germain BMW because Fort Myers BMW has the worse service ever, they never answer the phone's in service and never return phone calls, and the engine light was on after two weeks of waiting I made the decision to take my car to Germain BMW of Naples . I arrived and spoke with Aliana who immediately found me a service writer Adrian. I must say my car had an issue BMW of Fort Myers could not fix and it took me a few runs back and fort to Germain as the engine light would come back on after being driven so many miles . Adrian alway was professional and answered every phone call and had a loaner ready every time . The problem ended up being an electrical connection not making proper contact something BMW of Fort Myers fixed previously I was told. to my surprise I also received a phone call from the service manager Bill Emerson explaining what happened and the chain of events something the other dealer didn't feel necessary to take the time to do I give this dealer a 5 star and they have my business.

I leased a BMW X3 back in December of 2017 which was a loaner with 4k miles on it. Yesterday Memorial Day while driving down Tamiami Trail at 55 mph my left rear tire blew out making a loud noise. I was fortunate to be across from a Pep Boys that was open on the holiday. They examined the tire said it would be $212 to replace with a run flat tire however the car only has 8k miles on it. That of which I have driven 4k in 6 months and that this was not due to debris or road hazard and I should take it to the dealership. I used my sos service and spoke with a BMW rep which they informed me I could drive on the tire up to 50 miles at 50mph and to drop it off at the dealership 40 miles away. Since it was a holdiay they were closed and I would have to leave the keys in a drop box. Now with no loaner and no way to get around I had to uber it home $40. Today I recieved a call from the service advisor informing me that it would be $345 to replace the tire. I asked to speak with the service manager in which they claimed the blow out occured because of a puncture and additional tire damage. (Occured due to driving on the tire after it blew out for 40 miles as advised by BMW) As mentioned above I had immediatly pulled into a Pep Boys at the time of the incident and was quoted $120 less to replace and that it was not caused by debris or road hazaed and was a defect. After speaking with the service manager he informed me that there was nothing he could do and I would have to pay full price for the tire $261 and he would waive the labor cost which was still $50 more than Pep Boys. In a addition due to no loaner and vehichle I had to miss a day of work trying to get this resolved. As a valued client who leased a service loaner from them I would expect a dealership and brand to stand behind a vehicle and product 5 months after being leased. At a minimum pro rate the use of the tire for 8k miles driven minus its life expectancy of a new tire 35k-40k miles and charge 22% of the replacement cost which is $57 not $261. I advise to not do business with this dealer and service department that refuses to do the right thing and only cares about lining their own pockets. I expect this dealer to do whats right, not take advantage of their clients.

THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH ENGINE ACCELERATIO...

THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH ENGINE ACCELERATION LAG. THE CAR HESITATES WHEN THE GAS PEDAL IS PUSHED DOWN. THIS OCCURS WHEN IT IS MOVING AT A SLOW SPEED OF 5 TO 10 MPH AND AT A HALT. IT CREATES A DANGEROUS SITUATION IF YOU ARE MERGING WITH TRAFFIC OR TRYING TO ENTER TRAFFIC FROM A SIDE STREET. WHEN THE GAS PEDAL IS DEPRESSED IT CAN BE AS LONG AS 2 TO 3 SECONDS BEFORE THE ENGINE ACCELERATES.
I HAD THE GAS PEDDLE ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR (TWICE YESTERDAY) AND THE CAR LITERALLY DID NOT MOVE AND TRAFFIC WAS APPROACHING. THE CAR EVENTUALLY MOVED FORWARD. PROBLEM---HESITATION IN THE ENGINE WHEN APPLYING THE GAS AS I PULL OUT TO CROSS THE INTERSECTION, SLOW DOWN TO MAKE A TURN, OR JUST TRY TO MOVE FORWARD WITH TRAFFIC AFTER STOPPING. ALSO, BRAKE IS APPLIED WHEN APPROACHING A STOP LIGHT, THE CAR SURGES FORWARD TOWARD THE CAR IN FRONT. THESE TWO CHARACTERISTICS HAPPEN FREQUENTLY AND ARE VERY SCARY. I DO NOT TRUST THE CARS RESPONSE TO EITHER THE ACCELERATION OR THE BRAKING.
IT HAS BEEN IN THE SERVICE SHOP SEVERAL TIMES AND I CONTINUE TO BE TOLD "CAR IS PERFORMING NORMALLY". THIS CANNOT POSSIBLY BE NORMAL OPERATION!
I PRESUME THAT IT WILL TAKE A FATALITY FOR BMW TO TAKE THIS PROBLEM SERIOUSLY.

Charles ( Chuck ) Griffith has been my wife and my Service Advisor for 4 1/2 years now since our arrival in SW Florida. We both own BMW's and had the good fortune to be introduced to Chuck when we visited Germain. He has been our skillful and loyal Advisor ever since and we truly value his efforts on our behalf. My wife recently replaced her BMW and we took Chuck's advice within Germain. I very recently had a problem with my BMW and came to Chuck for his recommendation . Upon Chuck's diagnosis , the problem was more serious than anticipated. After consultation with his Advisors , Chuck outlined the problem , advised the cost of repairs , and offered me a 2020 - 5 series for my use during repairs. Due to timing , my car needed to left at the dealership over a weekend. Chuck contacted me , told me not to worry , and keep the service vehicle until repairs were completed. Chuck called on Monday , advised the repairs were completed , and that my car was ready. He pleasantly met me when I arrived , he personally explained the work done , and had the ability to complete the transaction personally. Chuck and the other staff were wearing face protection which I appreciated in these difficult times. My car was delivered promptly , very clean , and it is running beautifully. I love my BMW and feel fortunate to have met Chuck and have him attend to the car's service needs. I find him to be skilled , pleasant , and extremely dependable. Please thank Chuck on our behalf. On Saturday afternoon, I was driving across Alliga...

On Saturday afternoon, I was driving across Alligator Alley in my 740 li, which I bought at Peabody BMW in MA. My car hiccuped, and suddenly decelerated. The dashboard said drivetrain malfunction I got the car to the side of the road, called AAA, called Germain.
AAA came within an hour. My contact Roel had a loaner waiting for me when I arrived at Germain. I m waiting to hear what my car needs but boy those people at Germain treated me like a queen yesterday when I was in need. Thank you!

I want to again express my sincere pleasure for having Chuck Griffith as my "go to" service representative at Germain BMW. I had a problem with my air conditioner fan going on and off and he knew what questions to first ask me so that he could have it serviced correctly. My AC now works perfectly!

I always enjoy my service experience at Germain BMW with Chuck - he takes the time to ensure that my questions are answered - and I like that if he, himself, does not know the answer to my specific question he then goes directly to the appropriate person in your Service Dept. to get the answer. I hate dealing with car salespersons and had just come from another car dealership where I had been subjected to an aggressive, high pressure sales technique which is so typical in the car industry. What a great and pleasant surprise it was to meet Mr Martin and other staff members at Germain BMW. I was treated courteously and with respect and professionalism. Mr. Martin provided helpful information and allowed the car I purchased to sell itself. The overall experience at Germain was outstanding.

Buyer Beware

I made an appointment to test drive a used car after viewing it online at the True Car website. After a test drive the salesman printed out a price breakdown with a cost that was $3,250 higher than the listed price online. He stated that was the price in the computer and didn't know anything about the price I had seen online. I showed him a screen shot on my phone from the previous day's text correspondence. He then went to his sales manager who entered the office and said that the inflated price was accurate and showed comparisons across other dealerships. I asked him if he was a True Car certified dealer. When he said yes, I showed him the True Car email that certified the price that was advertised the previous day at $3, 250 lower. Reluctantly, they agreed to sell the car at the lower price stating that the transaction needed to be completed that day. It was an insult to hear them state that they were doing me a favor to honor the lower price. They ignored the True Car guarantee for online pricing for 2 weeks. I would not trust the honesty of this dealership and would certainly never purchase a car from them or recommend them to others based on the bait and switch experience I had today. Shame on them. They thought they could take advantage of a single woman, but I did my homework. Be advised!

Jeff Woody was awesome!! I walked in unannounced. He listened to what I was looking for. He immediately knew what to recommend...went to the lot, drove it to the door for me to see. Then we looked around a bit more...afterwards, still loving the first car I saw. He let me drive it home to show my husband & the next day, it became my Birthday present. The car was delivered to me the next day in perfect condition & clean as a whistle. Delivery and paperwork went smoothly and efficiently. Love my new 430i Gran Coupe! Best car dealership we have ever dealt with. First class service. I would never consider buying another car from any other dealer. We have now purchased 4 BMW's with Jim McGinn and have an established service relationship will Bill Emerson. Both gentlemen make all the difference to us making us feel like they value our business.

Adrian Pena and the Germain BMW service department are exceptional. My car required its routine service, for which I neglected, but the service department contacted and scheduled an appointment for me, and quickly serviced the vehicle (9-11-20).

first service of 430i which I bought December 2018. Oil change was only thing suggested. I made appointment to have it done December 12. Rhoel Gray was my service representative. Job done in less time than had been suggested. Everything done well. Car washed. Mr. Gray answered all questions that I had.
