Mostly chose this place for the Price and the Spa Pool. Pool was not very big but it had jets and heated and we were the only swimmers so it was AWESOME!! Also, rooms were clean. Will come again for sure!!
Wanted to stay the weekend and couldn't because the roaches were so bad I complained about it the next day and was told that the hotel management would get in touch with me and they never did

Our neighbors were literally yelling around 3 AM, front desk didn't make any action to stop them. Breakfest was mediocre at best, missing utensils, out of coffee creamer and milk, etc.

everything so far has been really nice by the motel spend a couple hours there I'm on the fourth floor and as soon as you get off the elevators on to the 4th floor is a horrible horrible smell and they spray their rooms smell better but the smell eventually creeps in and you just it's just a very terrible smell don't know what it is or why but it's the entire fourth floor
There were sooo many bugs in our room but the staff was really nice and the building is under construction so it may just be because of that. We didn't bother with complaining though because we didn't want to make a big fus over it
Really enjoyed my stay very clean and staff very friendly.
The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Only real complaint was old piping, we heard creaks, drips, and water all night.

The rating is probably closer to a 3.5, but I went up to a 4 because it's better than the 1 and 2 stats others were giving it. For the money, it is a better than decent place and the bed was comfortable. I paid like $75 for a Tuesday night, which was a better rate than a lot of the hotels in Athens. The room was big and had a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small and the tub looked like a kid went wild with a permanent marker. But it did the trick for a night.
Room was clean and comfortable staff was very nice breakfast was just ok and was out late so we could not eat before going to airport lobby floor was sticky they are constantly mopping the floor
My friend was having a performance at a theater in Athens. All the hotels closer to the city were booked up, so I read the reviews and chose this hotel. The price was okay at about 89 after taxes, but the room sucked. I drove down from Atlanta with my sister to our queen double suite. When I opened the door I noticed that the carpet was stained in a couple of areas with colors varying from red to brown to black, the the comforters were also dirty with both beds having a dark emerald green stain on both the comforters.There was also a chair and ottoman by the window that was dirty with stains. We were running a little behind on time, so I just put my boots on walked to the bathroom to get in the shower. When I turned the shower on the water was coming out in a direct stream. Since it had an adjustment, i just twisted it but this mad it worse, so it is like I took a bath under a warm water hose. I had to go to the show, so did not have time to complain and switch rooms. When my sister and I got back we were kept up all night with the sound of a door opening and closing. I guess this is the door that lead to the ice machine, or stairs. I don't know but it has my head still hurting 7 hours later. This hotel was horrible. I travel a lot and had to stay in worse hotels than this, but at least they were CLEAN! This place is disgusting. They even have a 80 health score when you go eat your continental breakfast. How does one manage to get a 80 when all you do is serve waffles and cereal. Do not waste your money hear. The reviews on here are not legit. Walk in the hallway out side of the lobby and you will see the dirt before you get to your room. I told the general manager when I was checking out and all he said was I should have told him earlier so he could have fixed it. I told him I had somewhere to be and did not have time to complain. It was left at that. My suggestion is how about you invest in plenty of cleaning supplies, and hire someone "qualified" to use it. Also be mindful of broken shower heads.
check-in was fast and easy, I walked in and was greeted with Southern hospitality from start to finish, I can t remember the young mans name at the Front desk it was around 11:45pm he had the most Beautiful blue eyes if that helps, but he was very sweet and Helpful. The bed was comfy, breakfast was a plus, so I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family when their in town!
My wife and 7yr old daughter stayed the night and was happy with everything, the pool was nice, didn't have breakfast but heard it was good the bed was comfortable the staff was very nice. I'll definitely be going back
It's not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but it's just okay. The late night desk attendant was super sweet and really made the check in process delightful. The rooms are outdated and I feel kind of dirty sitting at the desk. The carpet had a sticky feeling to it and just wasn't somewhere I would spend multiple nights. Thankfully, I was just passing through, so it sufficed for the price. Pretty good area of town though and has a Sonic out in front.

I changed room and the new room mattress was stapled together but falling apart rm 405 then we settled in at Rm 215 also the pool was dirty it was green! But overall staff is accommodating and nice hotel is up to date hot breakfest was great after being moved to a different room I slept well
I had a very good. Room was very nice but could not turn air off so it was cold for me. I have arthritis. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

I had to cancel because of a COVID 19 situation. NO mercy, still had to pay full fare. The terms of my agreement stated that in the event of a cancellation, no refund would be given. However, I was supposed to pay at the property, so this is misleading because refund means getting money back in the case that I had already paid, which I hadn't. Very uncompassionate and money hungry. Will never book here again, or with Agoda. FYI if you book through a 3rd party like Agoda, there is a huge disconnect between the 3rd party and the hotel, and if there is a problem, both Agoda and the hotel will just tell you to contact each other and hope that you get tired of running in circles and give up.
Our 4 day stay was made extremely pleasant by the care that was provided. Staff was friendly, willing to accommodate our special needs. Would recommend them to anyone.
Good sleep but all contractors are waiting every morning on the "late" breakfast at 6:30. We stay at hotels year round and almost all hotels serve breakfast at 6:00. Most of us has to leave without eating.
This hotel accommodation offered great food, great customer service, and a wonderful room, at a great price. I will start staying at Sleep Inn & Suites in the future.

Positives:
Friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms. Bed was comfy, free Wi-Fi fast enough for occasional online gaming (Xbox one). Furniture was in good shape.
Free breakfast included hot gravy, biscuits, sausage, and scrambled eggs. Waffles, yogurt, muffins, cereal, apple & orange juice was also included.
Water pressure and temperature were spot on.
Negatives:
Pull out couch did not come with any sheets and was still wrapped in plastic, minor annoyance. Flat screen tv sucked. Parking was limited and tight.
Would stay again if in the area. Recommeded.

The person who answered almost refused to let us check in saying they don t normally check in this early never heard of a hotel not letting anyone check in as long as they were to check out at check out time...
Apart from the phone ringing forever before this associate sounding like they were asleep... once I asked for the price.. I got a dead line for almost a minute. Once I said hello the associate shouted at me on the phone to HOLD ON IM TRYING TO LONG INTO MY COMPUTER AND PLEASE DONT BE RUDE.
I said, I m sorry, I didn t know the word hello was rude?
They then proceeded to say, It is when you have a tone.
Then they hung up on me.. I tried to call back to still book considering I am a choice hotels LOYAL member and use Sleep Inn hotels quite often, and was answered and hung up on again.
To this specific location, if I could, I wouldn t even give one star just from the experience before I even got there.
I cannot imagine how it would have been in person having to deal with such a poor quality staff.
Had to stop in here and get a room for a friend in need and they charged $190 for 1 night because it was 10am. None of the vending machines on the floors worked.

The staff have been very helpful with all my needs. They have an awesome warm pool inside. Nice back deck to sit. They provide a small breakfast so you do not have to go outside the building to eat.

Everytime we go to visit our children or grandson, this is the ONLY place we really want to stay. My GPS has actually listed under the name "HOME" LOL. Clean, the sweetest front desk employees, the know who we are when we walk in the door, and they are pet friendly for a very reasonable fee, the cost of a king size suite is extremely reasonable, they love my Pomerainian, they ask about my grandson & my kiddos... I feel almost like I am "home" or visiting family, I just adore them & when I took my dog out he came in with NO FLEAS!!!! Unlike other places I've stayed which to me made a huge impact!!! Thank you my sweet girls, love y'all & you know Ben & I will be back soon but not on game days!!! LOL
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I knew where I was going so I didn't need any assistance. Everything was very clean and very well decorated and up to date.

The sheets had cigarette burns. The woman at the front desk was rude at checkout. "Morning medley" consisted of fruit loops and watered down coffee. Avoid if you're traveling for business.

The customer service was outstanding, they kept it very clean, to the point that you smelled the cleanliness upon entering, and the bed was super comfortable.

Not really a pool there, fitness center was not available, had to change rooms because the first room spelt of cat piss, all rooms were dirty and dusty, not enough food in the morning for the guests, and only one ice machine worked, that was on the top floor
Hotel is in good condition and offers a decent breakfast.

Terrific value. This hotel is new, has a work out room, and updated rooms. Its a bit of a drive from campus but near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Definitely a good stay.

Room on the second floor was fine. Had a nice indoor pool at almost the perfect temperature. The issue we had was the kids wanted to rent a movie before bed. Guess what? Management removed that option. Why?! And as you know hotel wifi is too crappy for streaming. Minus 2 stars for not having a basic amenity.
