I had to cancel because of a COVID 19 situation. NO mercy, still had to pay full fare. The terms of my agreement stated that in the event of a cancellation, no refund would be given. However, I was supposed to pay at the property, so this is misleading because refund means getting money back in the case that I had already paid, which I hadn't. Very uncompassionate and money hungry. Will never book here again, or with Agoda. FYI if you book through a 3rd party like Agoda, there is a huge disconnect between the 3rd party and the hotel, and if there is a problem, both Agoda and the hotel will just tell you to contact each other and hope that you get tired of running in circles and give up.
