Called to book an over night to morning reservatio...

Called to book an over night to morning reservation.
The person who answered almost refused to let us check in saying they don t normally check in this early never heard of a hotel not letting anyone check in as long as they were to check out at check out time...
Apart from the phone ringing forever before this associate sounding like they were asleep... once I asked for the price.. I got a dead line for almost a minute. Once I said hello the associate shouted at me on the phone to HOLD ON IM TRYING TO LONG INTO MY COMPUTER AND PLEASE DONT BE RUDE.

I said, I m sorry, I didn t know the word hello was rude?

They then proceeded to say, It is when you have a tone.
Then they hung up on me.. I tried to call back to still book considering I am a choice hotels LOYAL member and use Sleep Inn hotels quite often, and was answered and hung up on again.

To this specific location, if I could, I wouldn t even give one star just from the experience before I even got there.
I cannot imagine how it would have been in person having to deal with such a poor quality staff.
