PROMPTNESS IS EVERYTHING! Geoff Mcdonald has been excellent in handling my case. From beginning to end, they have been on top of what I thought I needed and even what I didnt know I needed. They did not call me back when I had a question. They did not explain what my case was truly worth. They did not explain they break down of what all the charges where. I could did better on my own. I will never use them again.

They are absolutely the worse I always had to call them in response to my case and when i did call they would act like i was a bother and when it came time to settle my case I got paid 0 and of course they got there money I would've been better off dealing with the insurance company myself if I could give 1/2 star theyrecieve that WASTE OF TIME

I had an eye injury at work back in March 2019 and the case was reported to the workman comp insurance. My experience with GMA staff was first rate. They always represented in a professional way and made sure I had everything as far as paperwork. Kara and Theo made sure to answer all my questions, was always available and so considerate throughout my case. Kara always kept me up to date. I only got to meet Jesse and Taj at the beginning of the case but they really made an impression and were attentive to my needs. They were caring and I knew that I would love this firm.
