I called Geoff Mcdonald & Associates because I had no idea what to do, I spoke with a very kind person who became my case manager on the phone about my case, I was put on hold briefly she came back and told me that he would take my case, within 2 hours someone came to my home to talk with me, they kept me up to date with the concerns of my case, she would call periodically to ask how I was doing, because I really was a little nervous, she helped me to not worry to much.
