Fantastic insurance, I have been with Genialloyd for many years, both with cars and motorcycles, never had problems. the site very simple and intuitive and clear, when you call the always extremely knowledgeable and friendly support staff and never a long wait. Insurance prices in my opinion one of the best on the market; if you then have more polizes with them there are considerable discounts. Finally, with a trivial amount, car insurance covered me even though I hadn't done the revision (the car was abroad and I couldn't do it on the spot) Stupendi.

For me they are excellent both in communications and for insurance replacements from one car to another

Perhaps taking out a policy, whatever the reason (new, replacement, etc) is a bit complicated in certain passages due to a vaguely convoluted and unclear mechanism, such as the change of quote number at every slight data modification ( even in cases of little or no relevance to the final amount), with consequent difficulty in understanding whether what has been done before is still valid or not (see sending documents that are automatically requested at each issue of the estimate). The call center is efficient, it is a pity that 5 to 10 minutes of listening to various advertisements are needed to talk to an operator: even no, right?
A pity that the smartphone app is practically useless and you still need to access a PC to carry out any operation.

Bad in everything. I was a genialloyd customer years ago and then I changed company because it took me days to get on the line to get telephone assistance. Now I wanted to insure my new vehicle and I have been calling customer service for 4 days and sending the required documents and they don't let me know anything. I send back the requested documents they tell me to wait and they don't let me know anything.
The service offered is truly horrendous.

With the policy expiring, not happy with the renewal proposal, I proceeded to analyze various estimates. Genialloyd made me an excellent proposal, all things being equal. I also spoke to an operator about a password problem: they answered me immediately and they solved the problem.
For now I have to say that I am very happy and I purchased the policy.

They took 1 month to send me the insurance receipt paid by me with a credit card. I had to leave the car stationary for a month and received a relief of 21 euros as a compensation proposal. Relief that was not counted to me and now on renewal I discover that from six-monthly they have passed me to annual without asking for changes. Low prices, even lower quality of service.
