I have been with them for many years, I was buffered once, after 4 days an appointment with the expert who examined the damage, I had to decide whether to have the body repairer paid directly or whether to receive the check at home, I lost a week of time to decide and when I called mine they replied that the check had already been sent home. 5 years ago a lady reported a claim caused by me in her opinion, the traffic police intervened and did not find the fault, she contacted the insurance saying that I had to report the accident. I explained the fact and said not to pay because there was no accident and that the traffic police had not found what had happened. Morale did not pay and my insurance remained unchanged.
