Bad in everything. I was a genialloyd customer years ago and then I changed company because it took me days to get on the line to get telephone assistance. Now I wanted to insure my new vehicle and I have been calling customer service for 4 days and sending the required documents and they don't let me know anything. I send back the requested documents they tell me to wait and they don't let me know anything.
The service offered is truly horrendous.
