Dealing with Breton McDonald and Jeanne Clark was enjoyable and productive. I had issues with the underwritying department, as they seemed to consistently ask for additional documents, sometimes duplicates of the same ones. i would suggest a better coordination and an upfront approach to documents needed, to help reduce the stress. Overall, I was very happy with the low fees and the great rate. I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with the attention DeWy gave to the details of our home re-fiance. We felt we were in good hands throughout the process as long as he was involved. We ran into a bit of a concern on the day the loan was to be funded when we were told that we needed to have more details in the paperwork regarding what was going to be funded. We were out of town at the time and had to rush home to gather the requested information to take to the title company the following morning. Not well planned nor professional last minute stuff!
