We started the refinance process at the beginning of the covid19 outbreak. This created all kinds of unexpected problems but not for mark at Geneva. He seemed to anticipate possible issues and prepared us to get out ahead of them. Mark is an absolute pro and I recommend him as well as Geneva for any mortgages or refinancing

Working with Geneva financial home loans was an easy experience thanks to our loan officer Connor Barnes. Connor was a great communicator, who kept us up-to-date on each phase of the process for a new mortgage. He was very very helpful we were able to lock in at a great rate and closed the next day. My husband and I just bought our first home and financed through Geneva Financial. We worked with Chris Samples and he was amazing! We had so many questions and he was available to us all the time. He would get back within a couple hours at the latest, even on weekends. He made the experience seamless and was incredible! We got a great interest rate and great customer service. We highly recommend Geneva Financial and working with Chris specifically!

I was very disappointed with the service I received from the team of Rob Tames, Cindy Maeilla, and Beth Turner. My closing was delayed multiple times within a 3 month span of time because of their disorganization and lack of knowledge regarding closing loans. Every time I was about to close the UW discovered missing or incorrect documentation that was submitted by them therefore delaying my closing. All the while, I was assured that everything was fine and I would definitely close. I wasted 3 months with this company. Please beware. They will make up every excuse for their unprofessionalism. I do not recommend you use this company for refinancing or purchasing.

Barbara was very knowledgeable about the process to get the loan approved and paperwork done she guided me thru the whole process she spent alot of time and energy to get this loan done
