Easy process to refinance. DeWy answered all of my questions and after each stage of the process I received an email with a video explaining where we were at and what to expect next. I refer everyone to DeWy.

Very shady organization. I applied and got letter I was approved. They called and I submitted all docs incl tax's, pay stubs and other.

Their people all of a sudden dried up communication. I emailed, called and after a few days called their Arizona office as I was working with their Tacoma office.

I was told by the "owner" who is unprofessional and rude that all the people over there in Tacoma were fired and I got caught in middle.

These people are hucksters so be warned and go elsewhere.

michael went over and above delivering and picking up papers to be signed during this time of uncertainty. he made me feel very safe to proceed with closing.

Holly spent a large amount of time finding a very hard to detect problem with our credit, that two other lenders couldn t find or help us with. She was very knowledgeable about how to correct the situation and within a matter of weeks, had us approved for our dream home.
