436th Services Squadron, Dover AFB, DE Review

Just got stationed here. Nice buildings. Amazing surroundings. Awesome people. Every day I wake up feeling safe.

Edit: Been here for over 4 years. I don t think I will ever leave. Still feeling safe though.

Amazing Place everyone was so nice I really loved it there

It was very wonderful but I would like to go back and be able to walk inside the base because. All that fascinates me is my passion but I could never exercise it due to a physical condition but my father Major Mark Smith. I have been entrusted with the love of respect and passion for their work and I thank all our soldiers for their work, passion and devotion to our country. The Museum is spectacular I just hope to return to some other upcoming activity.

Cool military airspace. They used to run an air show showcasing their various aircraft

Came from MO to visit my daughter. Nice but everything was closed due to covid.. Their dorm could definitely use a maintain man to fix the crumbling, fallen down ceiling mess she said a squirrel created mths ago and now lives up there down in the community T.V. and kitchen area... But other than that, it looked to be a nice air force base. 5 stars bc I got to see my babygirl

Truckers be aware! No Respect. I highly suggest to look for another load.

Beautiful basketball court. Weight room a bit congested but has everything you need.

The Dover Air show was fantastic, this place has some really cool aircraft, and the staff was amazing !

Great place my dad was a pilot there. I would like to talk to the head of the Dover Air Force Base to see what type of person my dad was and ask for a request. But the Dover Air Force Base is my dream to work there and I will never get that chance to ask or work there.

It is a wonderful museum. Has many planes and helicopters used in WW2 and Vietnam. It also has a Memorial for 911.It even has Air Force 2.You can get a free tour with a volunteer guide. It is free and a fabulous place to see.Especially if you love our country and our Veterans.

Who is in charge of traffic control leaving the Air Show.....nobody by the looks of this mess!

One of the mightiest Air Mobility Bases in the world!

They have a museum immediatly south of the base that is first a worthwhile experience and is also free. We ave been back more than once.

The dark haired woman at the counter has zero customer service. I believe her name is Amy. She has never greeted us or smiled & always has a rude answer for any question. She is the main reason we will no longer take our 4 pets there. That and they are over priced & rush us through our appts.

Went to the air show and it was outstanding, there was food and drinks and venders too. Definitely worth a return visit.

I loved it because it was humongous I couldn't believe my eyes I have never seen one like that before but the only thing is it was very expensive tha k u for reading my experiences!!!!"

I just wanted to write about my excellent experience at The Airmen s Attic on Dover AFB. The people who run this place are so kind, professional, and super helpful. They were extremely helpful and the place is super organized. With my family being a medically retired family, this will now be my new first Saturday of the month activity and I m counting down the days until next month!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This place was great for us had to get on a hop to Germany with 6 kids and the staff where very respectful and patient with us traveling is some times hard and stressful but these guy helped get us through the process and when we got back from our trip our car wouldn't start they even spent the time in the cold to help get us on our way

Just to let customers know complete privacy taxi does serve the air base and are open to take customers to bwi Philadelphia airport new jersey Air Force base , and other locations and other states , base is awesome , museum is great could use some new planes , staff is wonderful ,

I was able to sneak in without the guards noticing but eventually i did get caught and asked them where the aliens were because i know the military is keeping some here one star kept saying that their were no aliens

Trying to renew id. My fault forgot second id so needed to bring in. Did anyone think to mention they would be closed Thursday and Friday. So wasted time and fuel to come be frustrated. Was there on Wednesday and I think someone could have mentioned it.

Nothing special, (YAWN) just a Air Base with expensive toys. Forget this place on a Sunday. Everything is closed. Shoppette was open.
