One of the best ways to know when someone like Jerry has provided above-standard service is to hear from one of your other service providers that Jerry is doing something that very few others do. The Title Company representative complimented Jerry on being the rare Loan Officer who would accompany his clients through the long and tedious notary document signing process in person. We already knew how patient and professional Jerry is, and how easily and quickly he answered all of our questions (sometimes more than once) about the complicated home-buying process and the intricate and seemingly endless documents to complete or read, so we would absolutely work with him again and again.

Mark and his team were incredible to work with!! Excellent communication throughout the whole process which helped calmed any anxiety and stress that might have popped up. All in all it was a smooth and easy process from start to close. We had worked with other companies in past home purchases, who were good, but Mark and the team superseded all of them in regards to performance and how easy they make process. Response time was always quick, any questions we had were answered very promptly which helped put our minds at ease and reassured us we made a great decision in choosing to work with Geneva. I highly recommend Geneva Financial and my wife and I will be using them for any future financing needs and referring our friends and family based on the exceptional experience we had in working with them.

I would have given 5 stars if there was a video explaining all the detailed steps at the beginning of the process. There are a couple small video tutorials throughout the process to explain the next step.
(Due to Covid, we never met in person, so prior to Covid I m sure this would have been explained in person.)

Holly called with an opportunity for us to save on a government program for vets on our home loan. My husband and I had been talking about ways to lower our house payment in the days prior to her call. She made the entire process effortless and was always available for our questions. This is the second time we have used Holly Sanders and it wont be the last. By the time we were done with everything, she had saved us an extra $100+ on our house payment with a total savings of over $300 on our monthly payment!
