Regarding Adservio I can say the following:
1. As a student you receive and upload homework and tests, view absences and grades, see exactly why you received the grade (test, oral, project), receive Zoom or Webex links to participate in classes, send messages to teachers (when and if applicable), so you have an "all in one" experience, without switching from one platform to another, just by accessing your account.
2. As a parent you can see if the student sent homework on time or late, what homework he received and did, see the grades and what the grading included (test, oral, project), you can send messages to teachers if you want to know something related to the school or disciplinary situation, but teachers can also contact parents to send them information in special cases, see the place occupied by the student both in the classroom and at the school or schools that use Adservio level of study) and visualize the situation of absences.
Honestly, it seems to me as a parent an extremely useful application, which sends me instant notifications when my child has been graded. They can also see the progress and evolution of the school in real time.
We encountered problems only once: when connecting we were told that the account did not exist, but we called no. from the site, to which someone answered me immediately and the problem was solved immediately.
And yes, it's not perfect, but it's clearly superior to other platforms, it's complex, easy to use and gives you the ability to view the information you need in real time.

The platform, no matter what the problem, is incredible. Of course it has its problems, the interface is not very intuitive, these are just some minor problems that took me a while to find out until I got used to it. In any case, it is a step forward. Many schools rely solely on this platform and have some very interesting features that are not present on other platforms. I would venture to say that it is even better than Google Classroom

Regarding servers, I imagine that an entire country, doing online classes, uses adservio. Approximately all teachers should send a connection link between hh: 15-hh: 20 (at least at my school) to 30 children. That would mean thousands of messages sent constantly. Then you complain about the application that in the morning, when we are all more punctual, the servers crash. I had no such experiences, only at the beginning of the pandemic. I think it's not too late for the reviews to disappear and you can understand what kind of work is behind the application.

MULTIPLE categories of the site are non-functional, sometimes even for days or weeks. Overloaded servers and poor hosting. If you keep working on it every day, it's really hard to fix trivial things, like a non-functional button or a missing text. -they liked money paid by schools and mayors, but you don't like to have a platform with a good reputation, quality, well optimized.
