Avoid this company!! There is no communication during the loan process. We hit some serious snags along the way and the owner Aaron won't take calls or bother to return them. He just pushes them over to the VP who also won't take calls or return them. Do yourself a favor and choose any other lender. There is almost no chance they will be worse than these folks.
Chris was great to work with on our home refinance. He helped us save hundreds per month! He is knowledgeable about the industry and was able to answer all of our questions, and helped us navigate all our options. Overall, everything was EASY for us, and we saved a lot of money!

Amazing team- They helped us with a refinance that was BEYOND a headache. We watched the market for 3 months before finally pulling the trigger on locking a rate. Secured a home loan through Geneva, they sold the loan to Amerihome before the first payment was due, and then continued to demand an outstanding mortgage payment after they sold the loan (despite me having made multiple payments to the new mortgage servicer per their instruction).
Everything was pretty much great up until that point.
Unfortunately their mistake cost me thousands of dollars. They also threatened my credit and my new home unless I produced another mortgage payment because of their accounting error. Completely unfair and predatory business practices with respect to my loan. New home ownership is hard enough without having to deal with this BS. Find a company that isn t trying to just flip your loan and then collect on outstanding balances .
