It was a pleasure doing business with him. I'm actually going to miss our conversations. This was the easiest and best house buying experience we've ever had!

This should be a ZERO star review. We are in the process of suing Geneva and their Loan Officer. Lie after lie, an outrageous loan (extremely high costs and rate compared to the market), a missed closing date, and an all around incredibly stressful experience. Try calling their home office number, you'll get no one. And when they cause a timing emergency because they don't do their job, they go completely dark and you cannot get through to anyone. They cost us $1,200 in per diem to the sellers, they ordered the appraisal with an incorrect purchase price (which caused us to have to come up with $5,000 more down), and the loan officer our of California will tell you one thing and immediately say he never said that...ON THE SAME CALL! We tried to go to a different lender, but it was too late, we would have missed the already extended once closing date. They drag their feet until you are stuck with them, then they stick it to you. Why I did not read these reviews is on me...lesson learned!

Do not use this company! They drag their feet then demand signed papers at the last minute, withhold information, and generally do not communicate at all. My loan officer made buying a house miserable but strung me along enough that i couldnt chang companies without loosing the house i wanted

Avoid this company!! There is no communication during the loan process. We hit some serious snags along the way and the owner Aaron won't take calls or bother to return them. He just pushes them over to the VP who also won't take calls or return them. Do yourself a favor and choose any other lender. There is almost no chance they will be worse than these folks.
